Naming:
As of being a kitten, the mother will pick a name for them which they will be referred to all their lives unless certain ranks are taken.
As of being made a Beta, Alpha or Scavenger, you will get a chance to change your name in front of the entire Mischief and that will have become your new name, or you can keep the original.
As of being an Omega, the Alpha/Queen gets to decide wether you keep your name or if they will change it to something likely humiliating.
Ranking:
A kitten is born, but upon becoming an Apprentice/Learner the Alpha or Queen will decide through rumor, observation, their opinion and the subjects opinion what rank they will train to become. For example, if the alpha finds potential in a learner, they will have them train to become a guard and once graduating to this rank, may be chosen to become Beta. Note all ranks can become Beta upon selection of the higher authority but all ranks besides the authority can be moved of Omega. An omega can receive redemption from the alpha if they choose so.
