He spun around before striking a pose.

Cabala: BEAUTIFUL in that outfit!!

Shido: AHHHH!! WHAT'S SHE DOING HERE?!!!

Karma looked to Shido, with a familiar looking smile.

Karma: You still have no idea how surprised I was when I heard this weakling was apart of your group.

For a portal behind him, Fafnir appeared, before kicking off the helmet of the knight. And sure enough, it was indeed Tasuku.

Keith: Aside from Kyoya one is allowed to tell any Disaster member to beat it. If I ever hear something like that coming from the spoiled rotten daddies boy, you'll regret every second of it.

He looked to where Terumi was, as she ran out.

Keith: Tch, you can't even keep a teammate, how would you ever be a leader?

Keith looked at Gremlin.

Azure was sitting on a bench, trying to improve his deck.

Azure: *Sigh* Most of Keith's cards are unknown, and I didn't ask Karma a thing about when they played. Even then, Darkness Dragon World has abilities that can't be countered, or have anything gained from.

Adamantine: We've witnessed one of ourselves, and the rest we learned from Ryu and Gao.

Azure: Shido specializes in the Shadow Dive. Attacking opponents directly even when a monster in in the center. Then there's Spectral Strike. When a monster is destroyed, the fighter receives damage weather it's from the left or right. Then, Keith's abilities. Distortion powers up monsters when there are no cards in the hand. Their offenses, defenses, and sometimes even Critical shoot up. And lastly, Resurrection. At a slightly high cost, a monster can be called from the Drop Zone to the field.

He facepalmed seemingly stuck.

Azure: So the question isn't how I can get around those, but how am I actually gonna surpass it!!!

???: Having trouble building your deck?

Azure heard an unfamiliar voice, looking around.

???: Right here.

He looked to his left, seeing a girl with long black hair, and pearly blue eyes crouching, looking at his deck.

???: Oooh, so these are the Dragon King cards.

Azure: Uhhh... Who are you?

???: I'm just a Buddyfighter and a Deck Builder!

She tapped a box beside her with a friendly smile.

???: Anyway, if you're looking to amp up your Deck, I can help out if I know what else I'm working with.

Azure was confused, before bringing out a box of cards, handing it to the girl. She opened it, pulling out various cards.

???: Man, these are some powerful ones. I don't see any in your actual deck.

Azure: -_- That's because a lot of these guy are too stubborn to cooperate.

???: Well then, if you're gonna be competing in the Gaen Cup, you'll have to take some of these monsters!

Azure's eyes widened hearing this.

The girl seemed a little surprised at this question.

???: You are Azure Kaito right? Your Buddy is Dragon King Adamantine, so you've gotta be.

Through the door of the roof came Ryu, as he saw Azure and the girl together.

???: Sorry Ryu!

Ryu: Anyway, Azure, THIS is our new teammate.

???: Sure am!

She stood up, holding out a hand.

???: I'm Erica Zenith! Pleasure to meet you Azure!

Azure shook her hand.

Azure: Nice to meet you.

Erica: Now, about those stubborn dragons of yours, when the last time you actually tried to use them.

Azure: Around when I joined Aibo.

Erica: That long huh? Well then, you definitely got stronger, why don't you try using them again?

Azure: *Sigh* Well, I might as well.

After taking Azure's cards, she began to switch them around at speeds even the best builders would be slightly envious of.

Erica: Alright, to balance call cost, we could add this is place of Rise and Fall of Dragons, and replace Blue Tempest with this one here- Oh, can't forget the Impact.

They looked to the side, seeing Davide.

He sensed something, and turned to see Death Dragon Deathgaze Dragon diving in, seemingly headed towards Azure.

Before the dragon could get any closer, it was kicked down by another monster with markings and a mask.

Ryu: Hey, nice save Kirisuji!

Kirisuji: Nice to see you again Ryu.

Deathgaze: I didn't anticipate another Buddy Monster.

Davide: Oh well, there goes the fun way. Yo Azure, the boss wants you talk to you personally, and you're gonna come weather you like it or-

Erica: AHEM!!

Davide jumped back, once he noticed Erica was next to him, glaring daggers. Azure only then realized she was gone.

Azure: HOW DOES SHE KEEP DOING THAT?!

Ryu: Did you not hear him say "Ninja Erica" dude? People have nicknames for a reason.

Erica: You need to learn some manners.

She pulled out a white core gadget.

Erica: And I'll be happy to teach you.

She Luminized her Core Deck Case, as it turned into a floating shuriken.

Kirisuji held up a flag, standing beside Erica.

Ryu: Let's see just how much better you've gotten.

She drew, nodding, as Davide seemed to chuckle.

Davide: Man, I love it when there are so many monsters on the field!! That means my black dragons get to enjoy themselves like no one's business!!

Erica shone in a brilliant white aura, as slammed her hand down.

Erica: Spirit Arts: ORIGIN!!!

Four gave stones appeared behind her, all with writing no one else could understand.

Azure: What's going on?

Ryu: Erica's Impact. You thought Lethal Formation was Tricky? Spirit Arts Origin won't let you know what'll happen until the very end.

All Ninja's on the field began to glow.

The cards disappeared, confusing Davide and Azure.

Erica: Spirit Arts Origin gains 2 Spirit Counters for each card returned.

Davide: Argh!!

Erica: Oh, and Spirit Arts of Healing allows be to gain life equal to the size of a Monster I return to my hand, and 1 Gauge when a monster is returned.

He ran in, ready to slash Erica, who didn't seem worried at all.

Kirisuji disappeared, before reappearing in a blue flame, before putting his hands together.

Davide's scythe was blocked, as he was sent back, and away from the monster.

Kirisuji glowed in a burning blue flame.

Erica: Spirit Arts Battle Force increases the power and defense of Spirit Ninja's and Spirit Keeper's by 3000.

Kirisuji grabbed the attack, smirking.

Kirisuji: And bad news for you. I get Counterattack.

He flung Deathgaze into the air, before jumping as well, glowing while pulling a hand back.

Kirisuji: Pulsing Spirit Palm!!

He threw his palm forward, hitting Deathgaze.

Deathgaze: ARGHHHH!!!!

A blue light came from the back of the dragon, before it was destroyed.

Orbs of flame went around Davide, before making him yell as a tornado of flames formed.

Erica: Kirisuji is the only one returning. I don't have a choice since he attacked.

Kirisuji: I'd say see you soon, but I think it's obvious this fight won't last that long.

He disappeared, as Davide grunted standing up.

Davide: Cocky little...!! Draw!!

He drew a card smirking. He was about to speak, before Erica put up a hand.

Erica: If you're trying to cheat by getting that card under your sleeve, then you might as well save your breath.

He jolted up, before shaking his head.

Davide: I'm beginning to think everyone associated with Mikado is some kind of freak in their own way. Whatever, no charge needed!! I call needed on this! I call to the Right: Bloody Moon Dragon!!!

The red Dragon appeared roaring.

Ryu: Keep your eyes on this Azure. You wouldn't wanna miss a second of it.

Davide: Might as well go for broke!! Bloody Moon and I do a Link Attack on the fighter!!!

As they went forward, things seemed to stop for the two.

Erica: Pretty typical. You thought that if you did a Link attack I would try and conserve my Gauge for whatever I was planning.

The second grave began to glow, as an orb of lava appeared in Erica's hand.

Erica: Sadly for you I'm always a step ahead.

She appeared behind Davide, as he began to sweat.

Erica: With 8 Spirit Counter and 4 Gauge I Cast!! Spirit Arts: INFERNAL MAGMA!!!

She struck Davide in the back, as he was engulfed in a burning magma, with his 4 life depleting, and his flag disappearing.

Davide said nothing, fleeing through a portal.

Erica: That takes care of that!

Azure: She beat him without taking damage...

Ryu: Naturally.

Erica walked back to the two smiling.

Ryu: Erica's skills are the real deal.
