Medicine cats share with StarClan every half moon, while leaders come once a season, unless not capable.
Gray Pelts, delta, and deputy are allowed to visit the Deeptunnel as they wish as well.

FurClan's ancestors are not the original Clan cats, although they can be seen in StarClan, and they are descendants of them. They have FurClan ancestors.
