Been thinking of it for a while,it's take place in a Indiana County in 1962 and and there are several gang leaders in the country and you work as an enforcer (Maya) and soon decide who will stay and who will go and who will live and who will die

You clear what district the gang leader want you to clear,once that clear you'll have to negotiate with the same leader and another gang leader for which one goes to,but a far warning,if you pick one,you'll get more respect from the gang leader but you'll get less respect from another gang leader,now if the gang leader start hating you,you'll have the option to kill

And the music I found was postmodern jukebox (they weren't hard to find)
