The week went by faster than ever. Gaby and her friends went to the forest to find clues. They brought some pepper spray and some other things to help defend themselves in case they find the killer.

"I hope it's not a killer clown that has been all over the news," Alyssa said as she kept her pepper spray in her hand.

"Oh come on Alyssa what's the worst that could happen," Gaby said as she looked at the crime scene they saw nothing out of the ordinary some blood here and there. A missing shoe some leaves and an empty jar of... pickles?

"What's with the jar of pickles?" Omar said as they were about to move until they heard something.

"Everyone climb up the tree." She said as they claim the tree one by one. They waited a bit to see if something was near.

"I don't want to die you guys," Alyssa said as wipe a tear away.

"Clam down will get out of this okay," Gaby assured her. After five minutes passed the saw someone coming. They kept quiet while he stood there. Gaby began to record and take pictures on her phone.

"Its a clown. Why does it have to be a clown." Alyssa whispered to herself. As the clown got the jar of pickles and began to walk away but stop. It looked around to see anything was nearby.

'Come just leave already.' Alyssa thought as she didn't want to die by a clown. Soon it began to walk away to where it went.

"Let's just wait a bit in case he comes back," Omar said as they nodded. They waited for about fifteen minutes and went down the tree. They hiked back up to where the jeep was at.

"Please tell me you did lock your car right," Alyssa said as she was nervous.

"I always do." He said as he clicks the lock again. When they arrive they saw some balloons were tied on side mirrors.

"Oh please tell me this is a joke right?" Alyssa asked while getting her pepper spray ready.

"I'm sure it is who would be stupid to do this weak prank," Gaby said as she got closer to the jeep. When she got closer she looked in to see if anyone inside and checked the back. She didn't see anything since Omar jeep was clean and tidy just a towel or two and a first aid kit jumper cables and textbooks.

"It's clear there's nobody inside let's just go we got what we need," Gaby said as Omar unlock the doors. Just as they cut the balloons off they saw someone running at them. They got I side and lock the doors just before he could reach them.

"Omarrrrrr," Alyssa said as she panic rising.

"On it locking the doors." He said as he locks the doors just before he tries opening the doors. He hit the windows with his fist and then tap the window with his knife. He gave a motion that he'll slice their neck.

"Omar start the car, please" as she took some pictures.

"Well goodbye." He said ad the car started and he drove away with the clown chasing them.

"Gaby please forget this mystery. Do you have a death wish every time we go to find clues?" Alyssa said as she looked at the pictures she took.

"Hmmm, something's not right here. The clown in the forest was more scrawny and the one in the parking lot was a bit more buff. My guess there's two of them in that same forest." Gaby said as she looked closely at the pictures.

"Then that means we're one step closer to solving this and ending it.  Right?"

"I don't think so they went for that pickle jar. The question is why go for that empty jar?" She said as she began writing down the clues.

"Maybe he collects jars or uses them for planting?" Omar suggested while keeping his eyes on the road. Trying to keep their nervous friend clam.

"Or maybe they're using it for something else," Gaby mumbled to herself as she looked at the rearview mirror.

'If only I had some form of getting information without getting Alyssa scared.' She went into Google and reach for info brokers but none seem to be close to the area all far away.

'I might need to find someone willing to come even if I have to pay for it. I don't want my friends to get killed.'

"Hey, Sebastian are you sure that Mayra said this is the school we were coming. She gave them a few weeks before coming." A woman said to a guy once they arrive at the town with a map. She had shoulder light brown hair and brown eyes. She wore a white dress a light pink top a thin cardigan and some light pink flats.

"Yes I'm sure" the guy name Sebastian said as he checked his phone. He had raven hair perfectly combed showing his brown eyes. He wore a suit with a white dress shirt and a light pink tie.

"Okay hey let's go to the restaurant that we passed we haven't eaten since we left." She said as her brown eyes met with his eyes.

"Fine as long as my lovely wife is happy then I am too." He said as he kissed her head.
