It wasn't like that before the last Twitter update...

- Before that when you wanted to send a tweet - you just wrote it, clicked 'tweet' - & in a few seconds it appeared on your TL without showing any % ...

*And now, whenever you try to tweet something

- it always shows '0% ... then 67% ...  ( nothing in between!  ^_~  ) - & then that 'your tweet was sent' & it appears on your TL
