"Who's riding" the paramedic asks as they load Line into the back of the ambulance.

"Tanner you should" Capron says.

"Your her family" I reply "you should go with really"

"We are gonna go pick up our parents, we will meet you there, make sure they do whatever it takes to keep her alive" Corey says as they hop into Lydia and drive off to go get their parents.

"Guess I am" I say hopping in.

"Family of Caroline K Funk" a Doctor in a white lab coat and magenta scrubs says, we all stand up.

"How's our girl" their mom asks tears in her eyes.

"She's not doing the best, that said we want to run some more tests, but you can go see her now that we've gotten her settled into her room. I'm Dr. Holt, I will be in-charge of her care till we know what's going on." The doctor says as we all head to her room, he goes off to do his own thing.

"Hi I'm Abigail Diaz, I'm a nurse, I was sent here to take a family history.  Has anyone in your family had a history of high blood pressure?" The nurse asks.

"Giving you our family history won't help you at all, it won't help cause Line, our parents adopted her five years ago" Capron says annoyed by the situation.

Lines adopted.

She never told me.

Then again we've only known each other for almost four months now.

"Do you know any of her family history?" Nurse Diaz asks.

"All we know is she was put in the system at the age of 10 months, and went from home to home for 14 years before we took her into our family and never looked back" their mom cries.

"I want you to know we are doing everything for your daughter that we can, we will get to the bottom of this" the nurse says before leaving.

We had all passed out early the next morning, tests still being done.

I was in and out of sleep and I woke up when Caroline shifted but was still unconscious.

Maybe she'll wake up soon.

I fell back asleep still holding her hand.

I open my eyes, I'm not in my room.

Where am I?

I feel a pain in my chest like no other and it hurts like so bad.

Before I know it I start to cry.

"Hey hey hey" I hear a familiar voice say.

"It hurts" I cry.

"I'm gonna go get someone" he says before leaving the room.

"Capron" I say trying to wake my brother up.

"Corey" I say a little louder.

"Mom, Dad she's awake" Corey says as they all wake up.

"Honey I'm so glad your ok" My mom cries.

"It . . . it . . . It hurts" I gasp in pain.

I was taken for more test over the next day or so.

Everyone was asleep when the doctor comes in and helps me into a wheelchair.

"Where are you guys going" Tanner asks as I accidentally wake him up. 

"To talk" the doctor replies coldly.

"He's coming with" I retort.

"Fine" the doctor says and we start to head out.

"Wait no they all can hear it. They are family to me more than anybody else has been" I say as we wake them up.

"After the numerous tests, we found that you have leukemia" the doctor says.

"Your kidding, nice prank guys, really fuckn funny" I say curling into a ball and crying.

"We recommend that we treat you with four rounds of chemotherapy every two weeks, we believe that the cold had something to do with why you became unconscious, you can go home in a few days after we get you set up and ready for cemo if you agree that is what you want to do." Dr. Holt says.

"I'll do that" I say in a low voice.

"A specialist will be in to talk to you guys soon" Dr. Holt says leaving.

It has been two weeks and I'm going in for my first round of Cemo.

I had made arrangements, and thank god, Tanner is coming with me to help keep me busy during my three hours of hell, and he's my ride home.

They recommend I don't drive, I also don't wanna drive.

"How was it" Corey asks as we walk into the house, Line heading straight up to her room.

"It was rough not gonna lie, she threw up three times, and it just wasn't fun, I'm gonna go check on her, they recommend saltine crackers, can you go get some for her?" I ask as I head up to her room.

When I walk in I find her passed out in her bed.

Before I join her I turn on her lamp so I can turn off the lights.

After plugging in our phones I lay down in the empty space and pass out beside her.

Corey had texted me and asked if I could pick up saltine crackers for Caroline on my way home from streaming.

I knew she had cemo today, it's the least I could do when she's being so strong.

When I get home I head inside with the groceries.

"Where's Line?" I ask the group in the living room.

"Line and Tanner went up too her room when they got back" Corey replies as I grab the crackers and head for her room.

When I open the door I see the cutest thing ever.

OML definitely sending a picture of this to the group chat.

A month and a half later

Kacey and I went to the hospital earlier and now I'm sitting with her playing a game of uno with another patient while I get my last round of cemo.

To say I'll miss this place would be to tell the fattest lie ever.

I just got done with my last round of cemo thearpy.

Kacey was driving us home and I was kinda feeling out of it.

"Water" I ask, she grabs a water bottle from the backseat and hands it to me.

"Thank you" I say chugging it down.

When we get back I head in and the boys all scream and scare the shit out of me.

"What the funk" I yell at them.

"Guess What Guys? your girl just finished cemo" Corey says into the camera.

"Yeah and your girl is going to bed" I say heading to my room, as I did the last three times I got done with Cemo.

"Hey" Tanner says from my bed as I walk in.

"Whats up" I ask heading into my closet.

"Wanted to hangout if you weren't too tired maybe watch some of The Flash" Tanner says

"Of course" I reply with a laugh.

Not long after we started the 8th episode of the first season do I fall asleep.

I dream of this woman, like four years older than me.

She's really pretty, really nice.

She's my sister.

Do I really have a sister?
