The three ingredients for this recipe are all purpose flour\Maida, powdered Sugar and sunflower oil. The approximate measurements are as below :

▶All purpose flour - 1 cup
▶Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
▶Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup

METHOD :

combine these ingredients together and make a soft dough. Take walnut-sized pieces of dough and roll them into balls, then flatten slightly. Place them on the Baking sheet, three inches apart (the cookies will expand a bit) garnish with a little amount of sugar (optional). Bake this for 20-30 min in an oven. Preheated at 180 degrees.
