22. Love & Chocolate (tritina)
Love is like a piece of chocolate
Wrapped in cellophane on your bed
But your pillow's on top of a tree
You need to soar to climb the tree
For you to win the mighty chocolate
To find peace and head to bed
Love's not always a flower bed
But oftentimes an untrimmed tree
Nurture daily , harvest your chocolate
Chocolate trees grow in beds of rock

*(Tritina) is an invented poetry form that consists of 3 tercets (3x3 line stanzas) and a concluding line. Thus the poem has (10 lines.)
*Lines may be of any length.
*The three words that end each of the lines of the first stanza are repeated in a different order at the end of lines in each of the subsequent two stanzas.
*The repeated words are unrhymed.
*The first line of each tercet after the first starts with the same word as the one that ended the last line of the tercet before it.
*In the closing line, each of the three words are used.
*The pattern of word-repetition is as follows, where the words that end the lines of the first tercet are represented by the numbers "1 2 3":
