Violet: Yeah?

Kerrie: Tell them the wonderful story of how we went-

Violet: This is the wonderful story of how Kerrie and I went ice skating.

Kerrie: -.- I'll start.

~Kerrie's POV~

It was a cold day in the Mushroomy Kingdom, so I left my siblings at the house and headed to the lake.

In the winter, everyone was aloud to ice skate! And guess what? I found Violet there!

Violet: Yay how exciting.

Kerrie: -.- Anyway! Ahem. I shall continue.
~~~

"Hey Violet!" I waved.

Violet had a plain purple knit scarf. She walked up to me and tipped her hat.

"Hey Kerrie. Up for a skate?" She asked me.

I twirled,"You bet!"

Ice skates all tied up, I walked onto the ice and went into a starting position.

Soon, I was beautifully dancing over the ice.

Violet: You looked like you were losing balance...

Kerrie: No I wasn't! I was beautifully dancing over the ice!

Violet: Right, I'll continue now if you don't mind.

Kerrie: I do min-

~Violet's POV~

So Kerrie wonderfully skated over the ice, tripping here and there, laughing as she did.

I leaned against a tree and watched her from afar. Skating was one thing I was afraid to do in front of people.

I've only done it in front of two and that's it. No one else.

"Hey Violet, join in! We're gonna make a line!" Kerrie called.

I waved the offer away with my hand, she pouted, walking off the ice, up to me, dragging me back with her.

"Imma ice skate with what?" I asked.

"Your brothers ice skate with no skates in their adventures, your fine!" She pointed out.

It was true though...

So the skaters made a line, a 'conga' line, on ice.

I was the last person of the line, the caboose.

Kerrie was in front of me. I sighed as I put my hands on her shoulders, and the leader pushed off.

Everyone clapped as we skated, I only lowered my hat from embarrassment. Then I let go, which made some other random people go in my place.

Kerrie left the line and sat at the edge. I sat next to her.

"Had fun?" She asked.

"Meh."

She laughed and ruffled my hat, making it cover my eyes. I grunted, but I also smiles slightly under it.

Violet: No. I lied. -.-

Kerrie: Awww.

Violet: I was kidding...
