Alex's Point Of View.

I whistled.

It was very quiet, nothing to be heard, usually, it would be noisy, but it's so. . . different.

"Alex?"
"Yeah?"

"Would you mind smashing you hammer to the floor?" Erin asked politely while she gives me a warm smile."Might be traps here."

"Oh, sure."

I held tight to my hammer and smashed the cobblestoned floor. Fire rose from the ground, while there were poison spreading to the floor.

"Well, nothing new." Erin said, unimpressed. "We've encountered these before."

"So. . we are gonna run now before we get killed with that sound I hear?" I said while my hands trembled. "Choose."

"Eh? Maybe it's just Triss' shouts that I can hear from here." She said, doing a poker face. "Right?"

"Erin," I say while pointing to her back. "Run."

She turned her head, seeing 2 wyverns, one with a red shield and one with a green shield.

"Let's destroy yours first." She said. "Smash it!"

Obeying her, I ran to it, and jumped, hammering it down to the ground. I moved back to Erin, seeing the wyvern trying to stand up.

"Fire incoming," Erin reminded. "Prepare to counter!"

I did my battle stance, while Erin just decided to stay at the back to the wyvern for back up. As the wyvern stood up, as I soon saw the fire ball coming for me, I instantly countered it and ran to it again, smashing it with my hammer.

The red shield disappeared.

"Erin!" I called. "Your chance!"

She ran to the side of the wyvern and began shooting. She went to the right, to the left, here and there.

"TRT Lockdown!" She said, summoning multiple drones going down, shooting the wyvern. It had a lot of damage, cause there was like a little blood coming out of the wyverns wings.

Erin came to me, sweaty and breathless.

She started coughing painfully. I tapped her to comfort her.

"Rest a bit. I'll distract it, think of a plan, okay?"

She nodded, while she gave me a smile.

*Smash!

Mine was dead. Then, it turned to red particles flying in the air. But seriously, why red?

"Okay, Erin!" I shouted. "Destroy yours!"

She ran again, shooting the wyvern. She tossed her gun to me, and I shoot it as well.

"Give it to me! " She yelled while she continued running.

I tossed her the gun and she started shooting again. This time, there was a mix of her old drone and her TRT lockdown all together.

It started shooting, bullets coming up to every direction, as it shoot, I kept on smashing the wyvern, injuring it.

All of her drones disappeared, and we both attacked at the same time.

Then a white shield appeared.

Erin's Point Of View.

If an enemy has a white shield, even if you attack, nothing will happen, It will attack you instead, leaving you severely injured and hurt.

"Alex! " I hollered out. "Stop attacking!"

She tosses her hammer to me and I caught it. She runs to me and stays at the back of me. I raise up my gun, and pulled the trigger.

But nothing came out.

"Oh shoot, I'm out of bullets," I said while I opened my red sling bag. "Where is it. . . "

I could sense the wyvern is gonna attack me, since I'm the one that is being targeted.

Alex tried to attack it, but it was too late. I was attacked with fire.

I had red burns in my hands, while fire surrounds me. I am getting the bullets that I dropped due to the attack.

I could hear smashing everywhere. Probably Alex.

"Where is it. . "

The smell of the ashy, orange fire starts to spread to me.

I have no choice but to stand and shoot instead.

I put on 12 bullets, and slightly pulled the trigger.

"Bye-Bye."

I pulled the trigger, and all I could see left was green particles flying up to the air.

The fire disappeared as well, and I could see that their were 2 books, red and green.

"Books!"

Me and Alex ran to the books, I tried opening the red one, but no luck.

"Try opening your color, Erin." Alex suggested. "Green."

I nodded, and tossed the red book to Alex, while I grabbed the green book and opened it.

I'm very frustrated that Yuraki couldn't even paint. All he does is uses my tools. Every. Single. Day. But all I do is smile. If he really want that, then I have no choice but to force him to d€$t®0¥ everything.

I made a doubting face, And I decided to show this to Alex.

"Alex, Look at this." I said while I handle the book page to her. "Read it."

"What?" She says confused. "What the heck does this words say?" She says while she points to it.

"Destroy."

She then gave me a blank look.

"Well, what does yours say?"

Finally, he's doing it. He's ruining everyone's parents and dreams, And I love it. I could finally depend on this kid, Yuraki. Ah, Yuraki. I hope he continues this.

"Number 3?" I said, confused. "That means.."

"More books." Alex continued. "If we find all the books, then we'll probably find out s the clue."

"You're getting smarter every day, Alex!" I complimented while putting the two books on my pouch. "Well,let's get going. We want to go to the middle, right?"

As I stood up, she stood up as well, and stayed quiet.

We continued walking forward, seeing 3 pathways. Left,Middle right.

Shout.

"Well," I say while giving a sincere small smile. "It's pretty obvious that we can go to the left, since I could hear Triss' shouting from here."

Alex laughed. "Well, that is Triss after all, right?"

We went to the left, seeing Triss,Meg, and Finlay in the right side.

There were 5 white pillars, with signs of a diamond, spade, clover,heart, and a circle. There was also a long, purple carpet, seeing wyverns, skeletons, and those flower turrets that we've encountered in Thessaly. And. . .

"Oh, Hey, Everyone!" I greeted while I waved. "You all doing good?"

They all nodded.

Why does the man looks so familiar?

"We've meet again, Furies, and, another member, seriously, when are you guys gonna stop having members?"

"Yuraki?!"
