Ed let out a sigh of relief as he opened the door to Mustangs home.
"Hey there Gracia, how have you been?" Ed says politely. He holds the door open for her to come in as she answers.
"I've been well, I'd ask you the same but from what Maes tells me and what I see now you seem to be going as well as one would expect a parent to be," she laughs in reply.
"Yeah, it's exhausting I don't know how you actual parents do it," Ed moans as he softly closes the door behind her.
"Patience, lots and lots of patience and love," she smiles. 
Gracia held a bag in one arm and Elicia's hand with her other.
"Hi Elicia, do you want to come to play with Rowena, she's still small so you'll have to be careful but I think she would love a friend," Ed says to the young child. She tilts her head slightly and puts a finger to her bottom lip.
"Little brother, who is Rowena?" She asks with asks cute pout.
"Rowena is the baby I'm looking after, you meet her on Wednesday when you helped your mommy drop off some lunch for the colonel, do you remember that?" Ed asks with a kind smile. Elicia's eyes light up as she bounces on the balls of her feet.
"Oh oh yes I remember that! She was very pretty I want to be her friend!" She cheers.
"Go along with Edward then I'll be in the kitchen if you need me, dear," Gracia nods letting her hand go so she could run to Ed bouncing up for him to catch her.
"Alright then let's go, Alphonse is here too," Ed grins.
"I'll let Mustang know you're here, the lazy dog has been sleeping all morning," Ed chuckles while holding Elicia against his hip.
"YAY, uncle Roy and big brother Al can play too," Elicia cheers.
Ed laughs as he walks through to the living room.
"Hey Al, how is Rowena?" Ed asks as he places Elicia down on the couch.
"She's been good, brother, might be a little hungry," Al says.
"Ok, you all have fun I'm going to go wake Roy up," Ed grins with a little twinkle in his eyes.
"Then I'll get her some food," he adds already walking up the stairs with a spring in his step as he goes.

As he stealthily sneaks up to Mustangs bedroom door he silently chuckles to himself. Carefully creaking the door open he peers in preparing to wake Roy with a ploy he had been planning as payback for a while now, a way to get him back for making him do office work.
Roy was facing the wall with his back to Ed blankets and sheets sprawled around him showing how much the colonel tossed and turned in his sleep.
Just to prove Ed's suspicions mustang rolls over to face him.
Ed pauses his plans to wake him by jumping on the bed interrupted by how peaceful the colonel looked. With His hair, even more of a mess and his mouth slightly open the raven-haired alchemist looked (for lack of a better word) like a hot mess.
Ed bites his lip and as if truth was teasing him the clouds clear of slightly letting a few rays of sunshine through the window and dust over Roy's peacefully sleeping face.
Pushing down the butterflies in his stomach Ed grits his teeth.
"No... I refuse to accept that, I'm definitely not frickin' crushing on Roy," he whispers slowly to himself.
"He's a guy... and like way older than me," he murmurs walking forward a little more. "It would never work. Besides, we hate each other, right?" He sighs as he tries to convince himself. Biting his lip he sighs. Shuffling forward a little more he reaches out to shake Mustang awake.
"Hey, bastard it's time to g..." Ed starts to say cutting off as his boots catch on the edge of the rug under mustangs bed. Tripping Ed let's out a small squeak of surprise as he falls. Landing on top of Mustang his cheeks become hot as a blush paints his entire face. The momentum of tripping and gravity working together pulling him down further until his lips crash against Roy's. With eyes wide and heart racing, he scrambles to get off of Roy who was now waking up.
"What the... Edward? Did you just..." Mustang murmurs slowly as the tiredness wears off.
"I'm so sorry! it was an accident... I tripped... and just happened to land... oh my truth what is wrong with me!" Ed groans covering his cherry red face and squeezing his eyes shut as his eyes start to water with the embarrassment.
"Its ok Ed, don't worry about it it was an accident, what's the time?" Roy yawns stretching his arms up above his head.
"Uh I'm not actually sure, I just came to wake you up because Gracia and Elicia are here and Elicia wanted you to play with us," Ed mumbles refusing to lower his hands or look at Roy.
"Oh okay I'll be down soon, I'll just get dressed, you know you don't have to be so embarrassed about falling on me, I'm surprised you didn't do it on purpose, to be honest," Mustang chuckles throwing the covers off and getting out of bed to stretch some more
"It's not because I feel on you it cus... you don't know that I... never mind, I have to go feed Rowena," Ed awkwardly mutters turning and sprinting out of the room. He slams the door and speed walks to the stairs pausing at the top steps to lean against the wall.
"Truth damn it, why won't my heart calm down," Ed moans pressing a hand over his chest where his heart beat rapidly. He lets out a frustrated groan leaning his head back and running a hand through his hair tugging a few strands out of his braid.

Roy stares at the door as Ed's footsteps hurry away.
"Well that was odd," he murmurs running his hands through his hair to tame the mess a little. He pulls off the loose t-shirt get had been using as a pyjama shirt and drops it on his bed, pulling a white dress shirt and some plain black pants out of his dresser he gets changed before sitting down on his bed.
Running his fingers lightly over his lips he shakes his head.
"I could have sworn.... cut it out Roy that's just weird, and perverted... intrusive perverted thoughts like that are going to get you nowhere in life," he sighs standing up and going to the door.

{I know I don't usually do authors notes like this at the end but I wanted to stop and take the time to apologize for the utterly horrible title of this chapter, it was
The only thing that I could think of at the time though.  While I'm here I've would also like to make clear that I don't actually plan on forming a relationship between Roy and Ed. It's not the intended plot more a side Story and unless I get a high demand for it their relationship will be strictly respectful towards each other and will let never be anything more romantic then this accidental kiss. From now on their relationship will be used more for me to show how Edward is dealing with his awkward teen feelings and the confusion he has of his sexuality, in this situation/story of am going to show the troubles that people might deal with while going through the self-discovery of their sexuality whether they are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, asexual, aromatic or other. Being part of a very diverse friend group I am going to try my very best to make sure everyone is included and happy so I will follow through with that and try to make sure I can keep Ed in character for the most part while also portraying what it is like.
Anyway I've rambled enough and not many are really going to bother reading this so peace out}
