CH 3

═⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯═

Looking around to see no one at the ship, made me get my eyebrows furrowed.

There should be someone, right? Is the man in the cabin? I took a step as I looked around with the handle of the suitcase in my hand.

A man stepped out of the cabin after my intense thoughts. He was working for the leader. I was given so many instructions even on the call. I couldn't talk much to dad and Jin.

"D4?" The man asked trying to confirm, I was the agent that should be here.

I needed to say the code to tell him I was D4.

"Tea at night is soothing." I said the code as he nodded opening the basement of the vessel. I know the code's weird, but let's keep that aside, cause I got to finish this mission. He gestured me to get inside with the suitcase. When I was inside, he closed the basement right after.

But before closing it, he warned, "D4, there will be a checking once."

I nodded as I kept the suitcase in a corner and sat on it, waiting for him to close the basement. There was only darkness in this room. Not even a ray of light could be seen. He slowly closed it as he walked away to start the engine.

I stood up looking at the suitcase as I crouched down to open it. Without wearing Sirdi clothes, how am I going to enter Erasird? I chuckled at the thought with my hand on my mouth. I had learned how Sirdi women used to live when I was in the learning phase of an agent. It was an important thing to learn, because of the feud between the two countries.

═⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯═

When I had worn the clothes, I took a long cloth, hiding in it in a corner, just in case. When I heard a voice, I breathed out a sigh in irritation. The voice meant the checking is taking place, about which the shipowner warned me. Murmuring noises filled the silent air, meaning they're here. I breathed in getting myself ready.

A few men fighting the ship's owner that I could hear. Fighting noises filled the area as they wanted to open the basement for a checking.

"There's nothing inside, chief." The man who owned the ship tried to stop him, but I slowly stood up arranging my hair as I looked to the open space of the basement. The basement's door slowly opened revealing a sirdi policeman

The police officers who were on a check frowned when their gaze caught me. Anger bubbled their eyes as the man who stood in the middle, gritted his teeth.

"Who the fuck is she?" The policeman asked while pointing at me. He grabbed the owner's collar in anger, "Take her."

"Sir!" The owner struggled but I turned to him with doe eyes.

"Honey? Are we caught?" I asked which caught all of their attention. There were at least four to five men. All of them turned to look at me.

The ship's owner turned to me with wide eyes as his brain slowly processed everything. He vigorously started nodding in agreement after understanding my plan.

"Yes. She's my wife." He stated pointing at me and turning to the policeman.

"Oh, your wench." The man nodded turning around as he talked to the other men.

"And what is she even doing in your ship, when it is for transport?" The policeman turned to the owner, who was now looking at him with terrified eyes.

"I-I-" He stuttered but I spoke up with sincerity laced in my voice and eyes.

"I wanted to spend more time with my husband." I said with an innocent expression, "I insisted he would take me here."

The policeman frowned at me as he saw a woman for the first time speaking up like this. Sirdi women were trained not to speak up, ever. "Don't have your disgusting affairs here." The policeman warned letting his thoughts be as he turned around walking away with his men. The tapping noises of their feet went far away by time.

I looked up at the owner with a blank expression as he sighed in relief. For me, this wasn't a moment of sighing. Because my mission has just begun, and I had to face much more than this.

The man immediately started gesturing for me to get out as we were on the port of Erasird. I got out with a long dress on myself. I had learned women used to wear these here. The man gestured me to fasten my speed and get out of his ship so he doesn't get in trouble. I took my suitcase getting out while looking around. I shouldn't get caught. I stepped outside the ship as I walked out in the dark night. Well, this place was beautiful. Something like a village and medieval era. But still, small LED lights exist here. Even if it looked all broken down, it still looked beautiful. The whole town was shiny with little lights everywhere. I went out with a blank expression walking along the lonely streets with no one there. I took heavy steps in the dark. I was wearing my heels. I think I should change these too. I didn't have any problem wearing heels, since I could fight with them on. I was trained like that, so I don't have any problems in my missions if I had to do them with my heels on.

I breathed in the fresh air. This place didn't have pollution as mine did. But fuck this place, cause people were animals here.

I saw a woman walking down the street while looking down and in thought.

"Hey!" I tried to talk to her as I approached her so I can ask her something. I need someone's help right now, so why not ask her?

"Yes?" She asked weirdly while looking around, "Please ask me fast, or the police will arrest us. It's late right now." The woman said as a small frown took over my face. What's wrong with that.

"I wanted to ask, can I get a place on rent here? My house has been taken by some...men?" I tried to find an excuse trying my best to let it look sensible.

The woman frowned then slowly nodded as she pointed at a street, "There you can find a house for tonight. I had heard an old man was going to sell it....and you have to wait till tomorrow morning on the exterior, or the old man can't negotiate with you. Since he's sleeping and it's night." I nodded at her words as she turned around to walk away. I bowed to her a little as a thank you for helping me. It was a way to express my gratitude to her.

I approached the house as I kept the suitcase outside near the stairs and sat on it, in thought. Should I trespass? No, trespassing is wrong. My country made me learn that. But fuck this. I am an agent, I can do it. I stood up going towards the window. I had learned before how to open a closed window. Opening Molvania's windows was a little hard, but here's easy. The technology wasn't so advanced. It's just a wooden window. A slight smirk formed on my face as I looked around to find something.

I took a small knife that I had already taken out from the suitcase. But my actions were paused when I saw the sunrise taking place. I breathed out a sigh as I hid the knife in my dress. I had two guns and a knife with me right now. One gun was near my stomach and the other on my thigh, with the knife hiding near my ankle.

I saw an old man passing by as I approached him, "Hello, mister." I tried to bow trying to look like a weak woman right now. I was exactly trying to do the things I learned in my agency.

"Yes?" The old man frowned with his wrinkled face while looking at me. His forehead getting creased because of his deep frown. I think he was thinking a young lady like me, what was she doing here so early in the morning. I fucking want to destroy this whole country and take all good women, men, and children out. This Jeon organization should be stepped on and trampled by people. Fucking cut into pieces and let dogs eat them-

I stopped cursing in my mind as I had to talk to this old man.

"I wanted the house on rent." I stated as I looked him in the eye trying to read his expression. If he says no, I will have to tie him up in the house by trespassing it.

The old man softly smiled as he said, "It will take 300 sird ( Erasird currency )."

"Oh. Thank you so much." I bowed as I took out the money. I was given this in advance. So much money to take care of everything. Even if I get caught in something, I can bribe someone. I gave the money as the old man took out his keys from his pocket to give me. I took the keys and walked away as I entered the house. I kept the suitcase inside as I went in. Sirdi culture was so beautiful. I couldn't deny it. The house was decorated beautifully but also was dull, because of no lights there. No worries. Morning has arrived. I should take a shower and work on my plans. Ah, I was so hungry. I don't even know how I met so many good people in here. I didn't think I would.

═⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯═

After taking a shower and getting ready to go out, I stepped outside the house as sun rays hit my face. I had to buy groceries to make food for myself. My stomach was grumbling right now. Oh god. I locked the door with a metal lock as I turned around. I had to get used to the ways of people living here since I think it'll take time to complete my mission.

After taking a walk to the side of the street, I saw a market there. I had heard there are many markets here. The crowds chattering and the hustle and bustle filled my ears. I took the steps in the market and approached a woman selling vegetables.

"How much is the cabbage?" I asked while bending and squinting my eyes because of the sun.

"10 Sird!" The woman yelled because of the crowded market, so I could hear in this high degree of noise. I passed her the money as I took it. I got to buy more groceries as I got ready with the bag to go back. I went to the house as I was going to open the door, but heard something which stopped me in my tracks near the door.

"PLEASE, LEAVE ME ALONE!" A man's voice yelled from afar. I couldn't see it. It was all happening in another alley, that was in a corner. I immediately pushed my grocery bag inside the house and closed the door behind me as I approached the alley. When I was near it, I knew it was happening more inside. I entered another alley as I took out my gun that was near my stomach. My dress had a slit between it, from the stomach to my feet. But it wasn't revealing. I entered the alley while hiding my gun, and even hiding myself. The alley had one more alley in it. My brows furrowed together. What kind of structure is this? I had to go to the left one. I was alert the whole time. When I approached that one, I was sure, that was it.

I tried to peek, but I....felt a hand wrapping itself around my waist. The hand had even touched my stomach as it had gone inside the slit part. The warm fingers caressed my skin pulling me behind as the person pulled me towards them and pressed his other hand on my mouth. Heat build up in my stomach as butterflies grew at the unusual touch. I breathed in trying to stop my heart from racing so fast. Thank god, I had a piece of cloth on myself. I hid my gun in it, near my chest immediately as I had my skills as an agent. It wasn't the time to get caught.

I struggled to get the hand out while shaking my head and using my left hand to get it away. I couldn't use my skills, because there were more people around, and I would get caught.

"MMMPH-"

A deep, manly but sweet voice interrupted my struggles as the person leaned into my ear while leaning on a wall and still having me in his muscular arms.

"Shush, you'll be in trouble, if you get caught." The man's voice shushed me as I stopped struggling with a frown covering my whole face.

"Good girl." He praised while still leaning into my ear, "Oh yeah, sorry. I didn't know your dress was slit in between." He apologized as he removed his hand from my waist and also from my mouth.

I turned around with the same frown still hiding my gun. I had my hands on his chest as I stared at the man in front of me with raised eyebrows. My eyebrows were so high in surprise, I could feel my forehead creasing. He just sweetly smiled at me as I was continually staring at him while praising his beauty in my mind. Big doe eyes, with thick eyebrows and a sharp jawline. He even had a piercing on his right eyebrow. I shouldn't fall for a man's beauty on my mission. I shook my head at the thought, but he immediately pushed me against the wall as he was in my place now. The men that were inside the alley came out with a man.

"You go against the Jeon organization and you get this!" The guy shouted as he dragged an injured man away.

The man in front of me leaned into me, so close that his breath hit my face. I looked at him with wide eyes. What was he playing at? Why is he flirting like this? He's flirting, right? I don't know how to flirt, but still. He is. I was going to nod at my thoughts, but he leaned in more which made my frown deepen.

The men looked at us and yelled, "Get a room already!" They chuckled and walked away. The man in front of me stared into my eyes as I stared back in his, understanding his strategy. Because they're working for the Jeons, as a woman that I was alone without a man. They would take me away, and he was trying to show them that I had one with me. Why did my heart beat so fast right now?

The men walked away dragging the man with them. The man in front of me was still looking at me with that same warm gaze and a small smile as he immediately started clearing his throat while looking away after.

"You are safe now." He said and I raised my eyebrows. I pushed him away with my hands on his chest.

"Did I ask for your help?" I asked mockingly as I looked away and crossed my arms.

"There were countless of them, Miss." He answered back with a frown growing on his handsome face.

"I don't need your help." I rolled my eyes trying not to make a disgusted face and strut away as he was still looking at me like that. He tilted his head in thought. What did he even do wrong?
