Chapter 16

Alia’s POV

I woke up feeling sore but very happy. I turned and crashed into something. I then opened my eyes in confusion and saw Blaise. I felt myself blush as I remembered what we did last night and into the early morning. I held up my hand looking at my ring. It was a very pretty ring too. Not to big but right for my finger.

“That ring tells the world that you are mine” I heard Blaise say and I gasp in surprise. I flushed, because he caught me day dreaming.

“Well in order for the world to know you are mine. I think you should tattoo property of Alia on your forehead.” I said giggling.

He growled and pinned me under him. Then he started to nuzzle my neck. “I would love to tattoo your name on my body.” He said and I looked at him wide eyes.

“Would you really Blaise?”

“Anything for you baby. Just not on my face” that made me laugh hard.

So we um did a little morning activity. Just thinking about it has me blushing and then headed for the station. I was determined to finish up the last 5 pictures today. Mr. August-December. Blaise was going with me and we had no idea where Carter and Monique are today.

We got to the station and I was surprised to hear Blaise whistling as we strolled in. I’m guessing the guys were too. Everyone froze where they were at and looked at Blaise. He just smile and said “Good morning my fire station family. I felt my face burn the color of their fire engines as they looked at each other and roared in laughter. Damn you Blaise, he just practically told them what we did.

I turned to glare at him and he just pulled my arm making me crash into his chest. He then bent his head and kissed me. Right there in front of everyone. I lost myself amongst the whistles and cat calls. When he pulled back he raised my hand and yelled out. “She said yes.”

That made everyone walk over and hug us. “Well girly thank you for making an honest man out of him. That and we were ready to tie him up and stuff him in the basement. He had turned into a bear without you. So welcome to our family” said the chief when he hugged me.

I was trying hard not to let my tears fall. “Ok bozo’s lay off my woman before you make her cry. Now I want her all to myself and not here taking pictures of you guys. So I need the last 5 who are doing it.” Blaise said all authoritative. Damn but my man was sexy when he was bossy.

I smiled when I saw who approached.  We have Paul, Oscar, Kevin, Angelo and last but not least was Ivan.  Each one of these men unique and special.

But it was Ivan and Angelo who fascinated me the most. They had disclosed to me their preference in men. But it seems they had yet to tell the guys here. But figured it was as good a place as any. They are currently not dating anyone at the moment. But the funny thing is that they themselves don’t know that someone else in the station is like him.

Hmm, I wonder if it would make a difference to them. I mean in the way that they may already have found love under their own noses. I mean I see how they kind of gravitate to each other at times. I have to stop myself from giggling. Because I can’t tell them what is happening. But they will read about it soon.

I looked over at my Blaise. I truly can’t see him being mean because they like guys instead of girls. I looked around at everyone. I don’t see any of them being that way. But I can understand their trepidation. Since they say their own family disowned them for it. I frown not understanding why people are so judge mental.

Then we have Paul, Oscar and Kevin. Also fine men but all single and not in any relationship. But I doubt once the calendar comes out they will stay that way. I smirk just picturing what their fame may reward them with.

I smiled as I told them what I had in mind for their shots. It all went off without a problem and I thanked each and every one of them for their help and well willingness to do this for me and their station.

My job here as far as the calendar was concerned was almost over. I plan to work with Carter on the back drops and have things ready tonight but for now we are off to see mom and dad.

Ahhh the story is almost over. But once the last men in uniform is over we will get one last book called

ON FIRE

This will be the story of each one of our calendar guys and what happened after the calendar hit the stores.
