In Taehyung's opinion, searching for a roommate was much harder than it sounded. He had made a 'In Need of A Roommate" ad and he was going to go interview most of the applicants after work. "You're stupid, you like Mia too much to do that. I-I'm sorry that happened but maybe she was confused? I heard they dated so maybe to Mia it was like a...a goodbye kiss. You know? Moving on to her next chapter to her whole new life. "No one has ever asked," Taehyung shrugged yet again as he went to the back room to get his phone and gather his belongings.

Hay furrowed her eyebrows and felt bad for Taehyung. She doesn't know his life story with his friends and all but it's kind of baffling that no one but assuming his family and now her know about his birthday.

While Hay was deep in thought, Taehyung interrupted the thoughts by stating, "Okay, I gotta go. The first applicant is on their way to the apartment! I'll text you how it goes!" Taehyung smiled, waving at her while walking backwards to the entrance.

Hay smiled roughly, still feeling pitiful for Taehyung. Poor boy, she thought.

"Shut up," the duo said as Hay light up the last two candles.
