Hi, idk where else to put it but like I need to put it somewhere or I'll explode

I've been to the doctors recently about my period bc it's absolute hell and the pills I've been on up until now aren't working so I've got a new one that I take every single day without the week break anymore and I'm worried that I have to take it at exactly the same time and shit.

I've also been put on antidepressants. There was a moment where I'd broken down after an argument with my mum and had 2 full blown panic attacks in the span of one evening and I know that isn't much but she ended up getting me an appointment and they prescribed me sertraline.

But like I'm confused bc I can't take it with any grapefruit products????? Like idk why????
