Mario was walking over to his house when he heard a yelp that sounded very familiar. After a second, he realized who it had belonged to and he instantly followed where the sound was coming from.

He saw Kit on the ground looking like she had just had a heart attack while Daveed, Inmo, and Bryan were standing and laughing, though Bryan wasn't actually laughing but he was standing there. Then he noticed that Kit had some tears in her eyes and they clearly weren't of laughter.

"What happened?" He growled out as he approached them. Their attention snapped to him and in an instant, Kit was burying her head in his shoulder and crying. He glared at the three laughing idiots as he asked again. "Ok, why did you make her cry?"

"We were just trying to scare her, honest." Bryan said in a quiet voice. "I didn't mean to make her cry."

"It was funny, Inmo let an explosion off behind her while Bryan made a pillar go up as well, it was funny." Daveed said still laughing and Inmo still was too.

"... Bryan, come over here, you're not in trouble." Bryan went and stood beside Mario in confusion. Mario gently moved Kit over so that she was being hugged by Bryan now before focusing back on Inmo and Daveed.

He focused his energy before growling out. "Cavern Dragon Roar!"

The two tried to scurry out of his way but he was deadly accurate with this one. They looked over at the cavern dragon slayer to see that he was absolutely furious. Looking at each other they both agreed it was in their best interests to run.

They were right as Mario was absolutely furious and chased them until he was stopped by Brandon when they got to the guild hall.

"What's going on here?" Brandon asked him.

"They made Kit cry." Mario growled out and Brandon's eyes went a little wide at that. Usually when Mario got mad at the two it was because of something stupid they had said but this? Brandon stepped to the side and said. "Carry on then."

Needless to say, it was a long time before Daveed and Inmo were able to stop running.
