Just some headcanons I came up with for France and America's human versions. They're kind of basic, and not specific to any story in particular, so try not to take them seriously lol

~Francis is only a few inches shorter than Alfred but he's kind of lanky compared to Al so he looks really small compared to him lol
~Alfred is a cuddler, especially when he sleeps. He also has really bad nightmares, so he gets really clingy. Francis either gets crushed to death or has a giant teddy bear to hold onto all night. He mostly gets crushed to death though
~ Francis gets him back, though; his hair tickles Al's nose and it bugs the shit out of him. Alfred even resorted to braiding his hair once (props to Boy Scouts!), but Francis kept taking it out lol
~ They both bug each other so much when they sleep that they fall off of the bed sometimes (while Al yells out "RKO!!") and it's hilarious to watch
~ Francis loves spoiling Alfred with good food!! And kisses!!
~ Francis also likes joking about Al's sucky cooking (even though sometimes it's actually really good, but his pride still gets in the way). Alfred mostly sticks to making snacks to eat during movie night, though. It's what he's best at
~ Alfred is really strong. He picks up Francis like he's nothing, and carries his things most of the time- Al does it to look cool too, so it's a win-win!
~ Francis is the more romantic one, and can make Alfred blush even just by looking at him. Alfred, although he seems pretty chill most of the time, stutters a lot when he tries to flirt with Francis and gets flustered very easily
~ Al loves playing with Francis' hair, and likes to experiment with different hairstyles. His favorites are Dutch braided, slicked-back, imitating his own hairstyle, and, of course, French braids!
~ Francis also likes messing with Alfred's hair, fixing it up to look like his own, or combing it neatly. It annoys him so much when Al doesn't brush his hair
~ They both love wearing/making flower crowns, and Alfred likes to put extra flowers into Francis' braids
~ They love watching Disney movies, and they always debate on which princess is the best
~ Francis sleeps in late, and would probably sleep until noon if it wasn't for Alfred waking him up to make breakfast. He usually goes back to rest after he makes breakfast until his coffee kicks in. Otherwise, he gets really grouchy when he doesn't get enough sleep
~ Alfred barely sleeps; he can stay up all night and wake up super early without a problem. He does take an afternoon nap with Francis, though, and then goes back to being his hyper self
~ They both love to cosplay! They're both huge anime and manga nerds
~ They're also big fans of literature, and stay up late reading stories of all kinds. They collect all kinds of books, and build onto their own mini-library
~ They both have a sweet tooth; Al has more of a love for candy and soda, while Francis prefers pastries and baked goods. They both like a little bit of everything now and then, however
~ Sometimes Alfred really annoys Francis, but not really in a bad way. It's just that keeping up with the hyper American is a real chore sometimes.
~ Francis likes wearing Alfred's jackets when it's cold outside, mainly because they're really big on him, so it feels like an eternal hug from Al, and also because Alfred uses a really nice cologne. He purposely doesn't bring a jacket when it's cold and complains to Al until he gives up his jacket. It always works!
~ Francis buys Alfred's clothes. At one point, he made such a big deal that his clothes weren't to his liking that Al basically told him to just buy his clothes for him. It all turned out okay though, because Alfred actually ended up liking the clothes Francis bought for him. Another win-win!
~ At times, Francis keeps to himself and reflects. Alfred respects his space, and has some alone time to himself as well
~ Alfred can only speak bits and pieces of different languages (Spanish being the only one he feels comfortable calling a second language), so he isn't very fluent in French. Francis tries to teach him a few phrases, but Al isn't really motivated to learn the language
~ Even though they annoy the crap out of each other, they still love the hell out of each other, and would never let each other go.
