How to start a good story?

First impressions are an important thing and the first chapter of your book is just like a first impression. Some people have it as an introduction, first chapter or a chapter that introduces your characters.

I recommend you to use chapters that introduce characters. But every book has a different introduction that suits it. Most books like this review book will have an introduction that explains what this book's purpose is and what is going to be in this book.

Books that are long chapter stories will mostly have the first chapter be a chapter that introduces all the characters and the chapter is mainly from the point of view of the main character.

Books that might be short story books or about something else might have the first chapter being a normal story.

Just keep in mind to make it one of the best chapters of your book because the starting chapters are the chapters that make the reader want to read more. If the starting chapters are written very well and interest the reader on pressing add the story to your reading library.

If sometimes readers get very impressed and are very happy with the book they might even add it to their public reading library instead of private and might also consider following you. Which is probably one of the luckiest things to happen.

Remember to make a few of the starting chapters the best you can make and also try to make the rest of the book good too!  First impressions are an important thing and we need to make sure that they are good.

Remember if you do get inspiration or you use someone's idea. Then give them credit! Because then it will be considered stealing someone's idea and that will be something horrible to do and fruit slice and I recommend you NEVER EVER do that.
