I slip on my suit as I turn in to ice knowing that this fight wasn't gonna end well, I ran out with Steve while Clint, Wanda and Scott were on the roof, and Sam and Bucky were running down the halls. Steve and I walked out to see Tony and Rhodey fly down.

"It's so weird how you see people at the airport, isn't that weird?" Tony said

"Definitely weird." Rhodey said.

"Here us out Tony." I said, as I stepped forward.

"That doctor psychiatrist he's behind all of this." Steve said, then T'Challa jumped down.

"Captain."

"Your highness."

"Anyway Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in that was 24 hours ago, can you help a brother out." Tony said.

"You're after the wrong guy." Steve said.

"Your judgement is this acute, your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday." Tony said, I balled up my ice fist ready to speak,but Steve beat me to it.

"And there are five more super soldiers just like them I can't let the doctor find them I can't leave." Steve said.

"You know what's about to happen do you really want to punch your way out of this one."Nat said.

"Alright I've run out of patience...Underoos!" Tony yelled, and with that a figure of blue and red jumped down, he took Steve's shield and used some type of web to bond my hands and Steve's together.

"What the hell." I mumbled as I looked at Steve, then back at the guy, he was wearing a red and blue suit, with big white eyes..he looked like...a spider.

"Nice job kid." Tony said

"Thanks...well I could've stuck the landing a little better it's just the new suit...wait it's nothing Mr. Stark i-it's perfect, thank you." he said, he sounded like he was my age, and he was pretty dumb, in a cute way if you ask me, but I don't know what or who is under that mask.

"Yeah we don't really need to start a conversation okay." Tony said.

"Okay, ca-Captain, big fan, I'm Spider-Man." He said as he saluted Steve, he then looked at me and gave a little wave, I just furrowed my eyebrows as I looked at Tony.

"Yeah we'll talk about it later Just-"

"Hey everyone." He said

"Good job."Tony said.

"You've been busy." Steve said.

"And you've been a complete idiot, dragging in Clint and Eli, rescuing Wanda from a place she doesn't want to leave a safe place, I'm trying to keep...I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart." Tony said.

'You did that when you signed." Steve said.

"Alright we're done,  Your gonna turn Barnes over your gonna come with us now! Because it's us or a squad of JSOC guys with no compunction about being impolite!" Tony said.

"We found it." Sam spoke through our earpiece 

"The Quinjet's in hanger 5 North runway." Sam said.

Steve then lifted his hands up while Clint shot his arrow freeing Steve, while I froze the webbing around my hands and broke it off.

"All right Lang." Steve said, as Scott traveled on Steve's shield.

"Hey guys so-" he started.

"Okay." Scott said as he turned big again while kicking the kid in the face and retreating Steve's shield.

"Oh,wh-what the hell was that." Rhodey said.

"I believe this is your's Captain America." Scott said as he handed Steve his shield. 

"Oh great, all right there's two on the parking deck one of them's Maximoff, i'm gonna grab her." Tony said as he flew off.

"Rhodey you want to take Cap." while the spider guy went after Bucky and Sam.

"Go after Sam and Buckey Eli, I got this." Steve said.

"On it." I said as I glided on my ice to help Bucky and Sam, when I got there the spider guy was about to throw something at Buckey.

"Hey buddy I think you lost something!" he yelled as he threw the container, but it didn't even touch Buckey, because I stepped in and froze the whole thing, which stopped it mid why, I then touched it making it turn into snow and fall to the floor.

"Ok, that was awesome!" spider guy yelled. While Buckey stared at me, trying to figure out who I was, I rolled my eyes as I groaned.

"Hey Buck, it's me." I said.

"Eli, how...why...what did they do to you." He said.

"That's a long story that i'll tell you another time bro, now you and Sam go, I got spider guy."  I said.

"You sure?" 

"Yes i'm sure, Buck, i'm not 11 anymore, you don't have to worry about me now go." I said. He nodded as he ran off calling back.

"STAY SAFE!"

I nodded my head as I faced the spider guy.

"Look, i'm really trying to impress Mr Stark, and I really don't want to hurt a girl." he said.

"Your lose." I said as I aimed by hands at him shooting ice at him, while he dodged my attacks. He then shoot his web's at me while I froze them.

"Hey! These webs, you make them." I asked as I dodged his punches.

"Huh, Oh yeah...you like them?" he asked.

"Pretty cool tech, you must be really smart." I said as I shoot more ice at him.

"Well, i'm not sure if i'm really sma-" I cut him off by sewping my foot under his, making him fall, I then stood over him.

"You get distracted to easily." I  said, he then punched my face, but it didn't even hurt.

"Holy shit! Ow! What the hell!" He yelled as he held his hand.

"Maybe you should think twice before hitting ice." I said, I then felt something on my waist and was thrown into a pillar, I watched as the spider guy swung after Buckey and Sam.

"Sam, you got company." I said as I jogged towards them, I then saw them webbed to the floor, and before the spider guy could do anything, Red Wing came and flew the kid out the window.

"You couldn't have done that earlier." Buckey said.

"I hate you." Sam said, I then ran over to them and froze the webbing off of them, as we ran to meet up with Steve and the we were all running when Vision stopped us.

"Captain Roger's, I know what you belief what you are doing is right but for the collective good, you must surrender now." Vision said .

"What do we do Cap?" Sam asked

"We fight." Steve said as we walked forward.

"This is gonna end well." Natasha said as they advanced forward. We then started to ran towards them.

"They're not stopping."

"Neither are we." Tony said as they ran we then all attacked each other Wanda and I were trying to take out the spider guy, Cap ran off with spider guy on his tail, I threw ice at Panther before he struck Buckey.

"Thanks."

"Anytime bro." I said as I ran off towards Steve.

"He also said to go for your legs." as eh webbed Steve's feet making him fall, I slide in kicking him to the floor.

"Well did he also tell you that i'm always saving his ass." I said, as I helped Steve up.

"Language." he said, I scoffed as I crossed my ice arms over my ice chest.

"I'm 15 Steve." I said

"Doesn't mean you still can do it." he said as he kicked the spider guy under a crate and broke the legs so he was holding it up, which was impressive.

"I'm telling Buckey by the way." Steve said.

"Go ahead Steve rat me out, I thought we were buddies like in the old days." I said as he laughed turning his attention back to the spider guy.

"You got heart kid,where you from?" Steve said.

"Queens." he said, Steve looked at me as I smiled.

"Brooklyn." we both said as Steve ran off.

"Hey a-little he-help." he said, I rolled my eyes as I made an ice pillar on the other side to hold it up for him.

"Thanks." he said.

"No problem." I said as I glided away, all of the sudden Scott became huge.

"Holy shit!" Spider guy yelled.

"Hey Steve can I try that new thing." I asked.

"You sure." he asked.

"Positive." 

"Go ahead." 

I then stood in front of Scott while I saw that spider guy was trying to knock Scott over by webbing his legs.

"Here goes nothing." I put my hands in front of me focusing all of my energy on my creation, then it happened, I successfully created my own ice dragon.

"I did it!" I yelled as I controlled the dragon.

"What the hell is that." Rhodey said as he and Tony knocked Scott over, they then looked at me as I smiled, I used my hands and made the dragon attack, it shot and ice blast at the spider guy sending him flying.

"oh no." I said as I put my hands down letting Tony destroy my dragon as I ran towards the spider guy.

"Hey are you ok, I didn't mean to do that." I said as I ran towards him, but Tony bet me to it.

"What the hell was that. Since when could you even do that." Tony said as he walked up to me.

"I've been working on it, Wanda help me concentrate my mind so I could do it, but I never meant to hurt him." I said.

"Your out, you two are done, go home." Tony said.

"What no, this my fight, i'm not leaving." I said.

"Yes you are go home, while I knock some sense into your childhood ice buddy." Tony said.

"If you hurt Steve and Buckey Tony, I swear i'll end you myself." I said

"No promises, but why do you care so much about Barnes."  Tony asked

"Because...he's my brother, please promise me Tony that you won't hurt him, he and Steve are the only family I have left." I said.

"Okay kid, i'll try,now head home." Tony said as he flew off, I then walked and sat next to the spider guy.

"That was a cool dragon." He said

"Thanks spider dude, that idea you had was a pretty good idea." I said.

"It's actually Spider-Man, and um thanks."

"Well Spider-Man, you did good today." I said as I got up and held my hand out.

"Let's go home Spider-Man." I said as I helped him up and we headed home, I just hoped that Steve and the others would be ok.
