Its been a couple of a week's since Peter and I declined Tony's offer and two weeks since Peter and I have declared ourselves as crime fighting buddies. Yeah I know, we haven't gone on a date yet, and I know I've been worried, but he'll ask, he's just waiting I guess. Oh and we have an addition to our little group, Harry, turns out he and Peter are good friends, I was also shocked when he said his dad owns Oscorp,  he's nice, but he's also a girl magnet, you know cause he has money.

"So Harry, how'd your spanish test go?" I asked as I took a bite of my hamburger.

"I think I nailed it."

"That means he failed." Peter said. As Ned and I laughed, all three boys then stopped laughing and looked at me.

"Uh? Guys, your kinda freaking me out."

They then all started to whisper stuff, and it was as if I wasn't even there, I mean they said my name several times. They then pulled apart as Ned and Harry folded their hands in front of them, sat up straight and had a serious expression. I then began to laugh, while Peter became tense.

"Seriously guys, what's wrong with you?" I laughed out.

"So Eli how do you feel about Peter?" Ned asked.

"Uh..."

"Do you like him?" Harry said.

"What are you guys trying to do?"

"Guys come on." Peter whined.

"Let us finish our work." Ned said.

"So do you or do you not like Peter." Harry said as he leaned closer.

"Well yeah, it's obvious."

"Good, then you'll go in a date with him." Ned said.

"Hey, that's not how this works." I said.

"You said you liked him, make it official over some dinner." Harry said.

"Well, he has to ask me, not you two telling me I should."

"Well." Ned said.

"Go on Pete, ask her." Harry finished.

"Uh...Eli....I uh"

The bell then rung, I sighed as I got up.

"Just talk to me after school Pete, see ya guys later."

And like that I was out of there and on to my next class.

Peter's p.o.v.

"You screwed up man." Harry said as he shook his head.

"I agree with Harry, man this was your shot, and you blew it." Ned said.

"I know guys, but how would I even know if she'll say yes."

"Oh come on Peter, some times you can be an idiot." Harry said.

"She's been waiting for you to ask her for the past week." Ned said.

"She has."

Yeah it's all she talk about, 'What has Peter said', 'When is he gonna ask', 'Does he think I'm cute'." Harry said, trying to initiate Eli.

"I..uh."

"You have to fix this dude." M
Ned said.

"Don't worry I will." I said as I quickly got up planning the perfect date, I then wrote on a piece of paper and slipped it in her locker, then I left preparing for tonight.

Elizabeth's p.o.v.

I sighed as I opened up my locker to grab my things and head home when a note fell out.

Elizabeth

Meet me outside of your apartment at 7:00 tonight, and wear something nice

My heart melted as I smiled and tucked the letter into my bag, I then skipped to the subway feeling super bubbly and just HAPPY! I smiled as I walked into my apartment and immediately started my homework, once I finished I got ready.

After I got dressed I grabbed Peter's jacket and walked outside where I waited for 20 minutes I sighed as I gave up hope and started to walk back inside,.as I was about to I was swooped up from the ground, I screamed as I held onto who ever held me.

"A pretty girl like you shouldn't be out with out a date."

I looked up to see none other then Peter in his Spider-Man suit swinging from building to building. I laughed as I looked up to see the city moving before my eyes, this is way better then gliding on ice, I loved it, I felt so free, I clung onto Peter for dear life.

"Peter of you drop me I swear to god."

"Don't worry miss, hold on for the landing."

I laughed as we landed on a building, well the Empire State building to be exact, I let go has I wondered around and looked around to see a table, with candles drinks and food, I gasped as I walked over.

"Peter....did you...did you do all of this." I said as I walked around the table.

"You like it."

I turned to see Peter in a suit, much like the one he wore to homecoming.

"I love it."

He then sat me down as he poured me some sprite and cute up my chicken for me, we laughed as we ate and for a moment all was silent.

"Hey Eli. I know this isn't the date you were expecting, I mean a girl like you deserves a lot more and-"

"Peter it's perfect, as long as I'm with you no matter what I will always love what you do for me."

He smiled as he started to pull on his collar.

"Hey um Eli."

"Hmm."

I turned around to see Peter on one knee with a black box in his hand, he coughed as he opened.it up revealing a beautiful promise ring. It was a silver ring, and had diamonds along it, in the middle was a heart with diamonds dancing around the rims.

"Elizabeth Barnes, will you uh, he my girlfriend?"

I threw my arms around his neck while a smile plastered onto my face.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! A million Times yes!"

He stood up as he slipped on the promise ring, I put my hand up as I admired the ring in the moon light.

I went to the edge of the building as I over looked the city, the wind blew my blonde hair into the night sky while my white dress flowed with the wind, I heard a camera snap, and I turn to see Peter putting his phone down.

"My new wallpaper."

I laughed as I walked over to him and threw my arms around his neck.

"Your the biggest dork I know Parker."

"I know, but you love it."

"That I do."

And the gap between us was closed as we kissed, he was so passionate and caring he hugged me to him, hands propped on my waist, while mine were roaming through his hair, we pulled away to look into each others eyes and smile.

"Did I say that I have the most beautiful girlfriend in the world."

"Haha, no, but did I tell you about my handsome boyfriend who's a total nerd."

He laughed as he bent down and kissed me again.

"Thank you Eli."

"For what."

"For making me the luckiest Spider in the world."

I kissed him again making it last longer.

"God what would I do with out you." I said.

He laughed as he we kissed again letting the breeze blow around us, making this night perfect. Best. Night. Ever!
