Today was the day of the Academic Decatholn final, I tug a little on my yellow jacket that we are required to wear, I decided to wear casual clothes today, I wore Black jeans with a white shirt and white converse, I had my blonde hair in a ponytail, and I wore my glasses, I usually don't wear them, cause I wear contacts, but I ran out so hear I am looking like a completely different person, I talk with Michelle as we get read to board the bus.

"Hey wait up!"

We all turn to see non other then Peter Parker racing his way over.

"Peter what are you doing here?" Liz asked.

"Well I was wondering if I could rejoin." He sais.

"What, No way, you already quite you just can't come back and expect to be on the team again." Flash said.

"Peter, welcome back, Flash your back to first alternative."

Flash glared at Peter as we all boarded the bus I sat with Michelle and we both sat behind Peter and Ned, Ned then turns around to look at Michelle and I.

"Hey Ned." I said as I gave him a small smile, he and Peter both looked a little confused, I sighed as I pushed my glasses up a bit.

"Its me. Elizabeth."  I said.

"Oh" they both said.

"Sorry, you just look....different." Ned said.

"Uh, not a bad different." Peter said, Michelle then looked up from her book.

"You guys are such losers, does she really look all that different, I mean I still recognised her." She said.

"Well we're just not used to her dressing so casual, and wearing glasses." Ned said as Peter nodded his head in agreement.

"Whatever, you guys are still losers."

And just like that Michelle went back to reading her book, Peter and Ned turned around while I pulled out my phone and earphones and started to listen to music. I was listening to Hooked on a Feeling by Blue Swede as I looked out the window, resting my chin on the palm of my hand and humming along with the tune of the music, after a long bus ride, we arrive at our hotel, we get our keys and do a buddy system, I share a room with Michelle and our door is next to Peter and Ned, I flopped down onto my bed while Michelle read her book, I than took my earphones out and decided to let Michelle listen to my wonderful music. The next song that came on was Firework by Katy Perry, I started to sing, while Michelle looked up from her book and smiled a little.

"Do you always do this?" She asked.

"Yes." I replied.

"Your weirder then Parker." She said.

"Why thank you Michelle." I said.
"You like him, don't you?"

"Huh."

"Peter, You like him don't you."

"Uh, What, no, we're just friends."

"Whatever you say...he likes you though, you can totally see it, either your to dumb to realize it or your choosing yo ignore it."

I stood there surprised on her comment, while she continued with her reading, maybe I do like Peter, there is then a knock on our door, I open it to see Liz, I smile at her as I open the door a little more.

"Hey Liz, what's up?"

"Oh, were gonna go down in the pool, do you guys wanna come?"

"I'm good." Michelle said.

"Well I'll go, see you out there"  I said as I closed the door, I changed into my black two piece and slipped on a pair of shorts and took Peter's jacket and slung it over my shoulder as I walked out.

"I'll be back." I called back to Michelle, she didn't reply so I shrugged as I walked out to see Liz talking with Peter.

"Hey Liz."

"Hey Eli." She said as she gave me a smile, she then nodded at Peter as she left for the pool.

"Hey." I said, Peter looked at me as his face flushed.

"Are you going swimming?" I asked.

"No, I'm gonna go down and study for a bit." He said

"Oh, um okay, well see you tomorrow." I said.

"Yeah, night Eli."

"Night Pete."

And he was gone, I walked to the pool and jumped in enjoying myself, we got caught a little after and were forced to go back to bed, so we did.

~ Next day~

We were on our way to Nationals and I was so nervous, and Peter was no where to be seen, which kinda scared me, cause were else could he have gone. Once we arrived we set up and did more warm-ups, then it started, and since Peter wants here Flash was back in, I was proud of myself since I answered 6 questions for Midtown correctly, it was now the last question,  it was a simple equation bit before I could hit my buzzer someone else did.

"Yes, Midtown."

"Zero." Michelle said.

"That is correct, congratulations Midtown High!"

We all cheered as Flash took the trophy, I hugged Michelle telling her that she did great.  We decided to go to the Washington Monument to celebrate our victory, Flash kept the trophy not letting go of it.

"Your not going up." I asked Michelle.

"I don't like heights, I'll stay down and read." She said.

"Ok." I said as I followed everyone into the Monument, our tour guide, who was super boring, led us to the elevator while we were going up she told us about the monument, I then heard a beeping sound and looked around to see were it was coming from, all of the sudden a purple light shot out while this elevator dropped a little, causing everyone to scream.

"Everyone stay calm." The tour guide said, I held onto Liz as the doors opened, the security got us out one by one.

"Here take my trophy." Flash said as he pushed it up.

"Flash forget about the trophy!" Liz yelled, all that was left was Liz, Ned and me, I couldn't use my powers, and I forgot my suit, so I was.completely useless. The elevator then fell again as we all screamed, it then stopped.

"I did it!"

Spider-Man, he's here, he then drops in as we scream again.

"Hey how you doin." He says, really your disguising your voice.
"Yes, your so awesome." Ned said as he jumped.

"Woah, clam down big guy."

"Sorry." Ned said, he then shot his web and started to pull us up, once he did Liz and Ned climbed out, as I was about to his webbing broke and started to fall, I closed my eyes as I screamed, and I was actually crying, because I was actually scared, I then felt something on my hand, it was webbing.

"I got you." He says as he pulls me up, he then grabbed my hand and helped up.

"Thank you." I said as I whipped my cheeks.

"No problem, is everyone okay?" He said. At that moment his webbing broke and he fell.

"Are you really friends with Peter Parker!" Flash yelled, I glared at him as I hugged Liz.

"Are you okay!?" She cried as she hugged me really tight.

"Yeah." I cried out. We walked out as Michelle ran over and gave me a hug.

"You scared me half yo death." She said.

"Sorry." I said. I then saw Peter running towards us.

"Hey are you okay!" He yelled.

"Peter where we're you?!" Liz asked.

"Look I'm really sorry, but is everyone okay." He asked, She sighed as she nodded her head, I walked up to him and hit him in the arm.

"Ow!" He yelled, another tear traveled down my face as I jumped up and threw my arms around his neck.

"Where we re you, I was so worried." I said as I cried into his shoulder.

"I'm ok, but are you, how do you feel." He asked.

"I'm ok, thanks to Spider-Man." I said as I sniffled into the crock of his neck as he rubbed small circles on my back.

"Peter!"

We both broke away to see a middle aged women, probably in her 30' with Brown hair and glasses run over to Peter she hugged him to death.

"Oh Peter your ok, I'm so glad your ok." She said.

"I'm ok Aunt May." He said she pulled away as she whipped her eyes, she then looked over at me and gave me a smile.

"Hello, I'm Peter's aunt May." She said.

"Its nice to meet you May, I'm Elizabeth." I said as I whipped my eyes.

"Oh my god, you were up there weren't you, are you okay sweetie." She asked.

"Yeah I'm fine, if it wasn't for Spider-Man then I would've gotten really hurt." I said.

"Well thank God for that, do you have a ride?" She asked.

"Uh, no I don't." I said.

"Oh, well then I'll give you a ride sweet heart." She said.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah it's no problem, you two get into the car while I tell your teacher that I'm taking you with us." She said.

We walk to her car while Peter opens up the door for me, I thanked him while he got into the passenger seat, May then for in as we drove back to Queens, after I gave her my address it got quiet.

"So your the Elizabeth my Peter always talks about." May said.

"Huh?" I asked.

"May!" Peter said.

"He's always talking about how smart and pretty you are, its so adorable." She said, my face turned red as I let out a little laughe.

"May!" Peter whined as he slid down into his seat, May then pulled up to my apartment, I thanked her as I hoped out.

"Hey, I'll walk you up?" Peter asked.

"Yeah come on." I said as he walked ahead of me to open the door.

"Such a gentleman." I said as he laughed, we took the elevator up to my floor, he then walked me up to my floor.

"Uh, I'm sorry about my aunt." He said.

"Its ok, I liked her." I said.

"Yeah." He said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

I laughed at how nervous he was, I then got on my the tips of my toes, since he's pretty tall compared to me, and I kissed his cheek.

"Good night Peter." I laughed out as I walked through my door. I leaned against the door to hear s faint 'Yes!'. I laughed as I walked to my room and flopped onto my bed, thinking of Peter, he's so adorable. I laughed to myself as I drifted off to sleep.
