"I accuse Shiverhawk!"

At the call of her name, the she-cat scoffed, turning her head away as she refused to face her leader and deputy.

"Excuse me? I'm under accusation just because I'm the smartest cat here? I might be more intelligent than most but I'd never resort to such mindless violence," Shiverhawk meowed, rolling her eyes in annoyance.

"Pretty sure that's not the reason..." Foxdawn mumbled quietly, earning a sharp glare from the warrior.
"What? Maybe if you weren't so rude to everyone who tries to talk to you, we'd have a better opinion of you," the she-cat growled.

Rootstar lashed her tail.

"Enough of this, arguing and insulting each other every single time a Clan meeting is called isn't going to help anything. If we're to keep our Clan safe, then a vote must take place once more. TundraClan, is Shiverhawk innocent or guilty?"

Evidence of her innocence:

- Glacierstar was her friend, and Snowpetal is her mate, would she really attack two cats who are close to her?

- Most of her unpleasant attitude comes from arrogance, if she were the killer would she truly feel the need to get rid of others for the sake of power, when she already has such a high opinion of herself?

- The killer has managed to avoid detection in forest environments numerous times, with her lighter fur colours of white and grey this would be fairly difficult

Evidence of her guilt:

- She seems to show no bias in who she is unkind to, even going as far to openly mock her own mate and brother, with the killer being similar in this nature in their disregard for 'family and loyalty'

- She was fairly irritated when her mate was chosen to be deputy and not her, perhaps that could've made her angry enough to kill Cedarcloud that day

- She is an intelligent cat and takes pride in her skills, if she were the killer making precise kills without being caught would be easy for a warrior like her
