"I accuse Darkwind!"

The tom narrowed his eyes as the Clan turned to look at him, shaking his head. He scoffed, lashing his tail.

"Of course, as soon as anything goes wrong in this Clan, I'm always the one to blame," he growled, as his brother turned to look at Glacierstar.

"Perhaps we should have a Clan vote first, we don't have any proof yet..." Cedarcloud suggested, as Glacierstar considered it for a moment.

"Alright. We'll let the Clan be the judge of this. TundraClan, is Darkwind innocent or guilty?" Glacierstar meowed, as the Clan began their discussion.

Evidence for his innocence:

- His brother is mates with Glacierstar, he has nothing against Cedarcloud so why kill his mate's brother?

- He is a fairly clumsy cat, it likely would be difficult for him to pull off a precise kill on Ashenblaze without being noticed

- He has a very dark pelt and the killer was able to quickly leave the scene without being seen, while for him it would be more difficult to camouflage himself within the snow

Evidence for his guilt

- He hates both Glacierstar and Ashenblaze, killing one of them would hurt both siblings

- He may be clumsy but he is also cunning, therefore such dark actions may not be beyond his capabilities

- Another of his traits is salty, perhaps he held a grudge against certain cats that could cause him to act this way
