For a few minutes when Andy and Esmw helped a extremely fussy and cranky Aurora get to sleep he forgot Esme was a telepath. Both of them were tired from an assignment that took longer than expected but cared about Lorna's little girl. Plus the smile the girl had on her face before she finally went to sleep was memorable and adorable.

When they carefully placed her back in her crib Andy pictured a future for him and Esme. A nice open area with a luxurious house where everyone could have their own space. A future where for miles around there were only friends, family and mutants like them. And children that had the best of both of them. Appearances and abilities but all of them constantly comforted and watched over.

He pictured always being there with potential children spending hours with them. He wouldn't care whatever they were born with or the choices they made. He and Esme would always be accepting and a person to turn to in times of a revelation or crisis. He pictured Aurora as a babysitter or someone that was basically family in all but blood. Someone that would return the favor in the future years from now.

He got lost in that thought as well as seeing Esme and Aurora's smiles which he counted as some of the most beautiful things he ever saw.  By the time he remembered Esme could see and hear everything he thought he looked embarrassed.  But she just smiled.

" Now that's a future we can fight for. That's a future she inspired for us. This kid already has a unique kid. Giving us moments where hope and love is the only thing on our minds along with the future. " Esme's heartfelt response was what made Andy sure he wanted to build that future as soon as possible.
