{ P A R T #23 }

Merida DunBroch

There was a total silence. I look at the rope still hanging. I look at the dead Mor Doom. I sit down and ponder. My mind is crowded with thoughts.

I decide to forget about it. But I just glance at the carcass of Mor Doom.

I heard a landing so I turned around to see Hiccup. "We thought you were dead."

I didn't respond, I really don't know why. I'm outta my mind.

Hiccup treaded down the brick pile and put his hand on my shoulder. "You okay?"

No I wasn't okay.

"I'm jost confused." I answer still unemotionally staring at Mor Doom.

"About what?" Hiccup asks.

"If I tell yar ye'd think I'm a physco." I respond.

"I already do." Hiccup chuckled and I chuckle back.

"No really though ... what's bothering you?" He repeats.

I sigh. "I actually miss that bear." I lied.

Hiccup chuckled and took his hand off my shoulder and he grabbed my hand and hauled me up to the top of the brick pile. He gave the end of the rope to me.

"Ladies first." Hiccup insists. I smile back and I climb the rope.

Once I make it to the surface I am immediately greeted by my mother's loving arms. I hug back but not as tight.

"What happened?" Rapunzel asks.

"I ran into Mor Doom and I killed him." I answer.

Elsa pointed at my arm she was petrified.  My mother spotted it, my bloody scratch and rushed to tend to it. "Oh yer poor thing." She says.

"Unfortunately Merida we don't have anything to help you with that. There's nothing in our backpacks that can give you medical support. Only the flower but it's for another purpose." Elsa explains "We must rush to the colony before that gets infected."

We walk fast paced to the docks. Trudging through forest and looking at spider webs which helps us determine which is North, East, South and West.

We make it to the docks and two boats are waiting.

"So ... see you guys at the colony." Hiccup says and hugs Elsa and shakes Jack's hand.

"Els. Don't go please. Let me come with you." Rapunzel rushed in Elsa's arms. Rapunzel also hugged Jack.

"See yer later Els and Jack." I nod my head at them.

"I hope so." Elsa smiled.

My mother rushed to both of them and did a group hug and then all of us joined in. We broke the hug.

"Stay safe." Elinor smiled "I know that the Big Five will be reunited."

"The Big Five?" Jack repeats.

"Yeah mah wee nickname for yer friendship group." Elinor explains.

"I like it." Jack smiles.

As we board a different boat I yell to them, "The Big Five forever!"

Elsa giggles on the other boat "The Big Five forever!" Elsa repeats.

Jack Frost

Elsa and I weren't even rowing the boat. We were just relaxing.

"So I wrote a song for you." I softly murmur.

"Well go on. Let us hear it." Elsa says.

"Oh she is a hard one to love, As I recite these lyrics I use these words carefully ... to not break her heart but hopefully it will light" I sung and I wink at her "Cause damn she is a hard one to looove!" I kept singing to be applauded by Elsa again.

Elsa instantly hugs me, I was in a shock but I hugged her back and stroked her hair.

"Jack ... thank you." Elsa smiled warmly to me.

"No worries." I say.

Elsa broke free from the hug and got a paddle and paddled the boat.

Elsa broke the silence again, "So I am hard to love?"

"Umm ... It's just a song. Just a song." I reply and force a smile.

"That makes my hearbreak Frost. I thought I was special." Elsa says in a try-hard sincere voice.

"You are." I mutter to myself quietly and resumed paddling.

Haaay! Sorry it took longer than usual it is nearly the end of the academic year (tryna hide my excitement) and I had to finish off end of year assignments.

PLUS You should follow me because I am making a new book coming out soon called 'Jack Frost Must Die' which is based on 'John Tucker Must Die'

It's basically following the same plot so yeah :)
