summer speaks! behind little scenes here. I was going to write the third chapter of Fire and Ice. But then one day I had the motivation to write the first chapter of Frostbite. I hope that everyone likes it and how I've written it!

                     Savannah is in her bedroom, looking out of the window. Seeing the sky, ice glaciers, mountains and more. Savannah glances at how everything outside is always so cold. Never being warm or in the middle between warm or cold. Always cold...

The Remigate ice kingdom is known for having its eternal winter over the place and onto its kingdom. No wonder why it's known for being the coldest kingdom in all of the nine realms. Or at least closest to it.

Savannah turns her head away from the window, glancing over at the door. She starts to open her bedroom door to walk out. Closing it behind to walk down the hallway towards the throne room. Savannah hears noises coming from the tall doors that lead into the throne room. She takes her hands to open the doors, closing it behind her. Looking down them up to see her parents talking to some royal guards. The royal guards take a stand by the king and queen and bows to you.

Savannah watched as this happened, smiling at the two. "You both don't have to bow for me, it's not necessary" Savannah nods as the royal guards stood back upright. Noticing that they are confused with the weird expression she was using. The royal guards shrug it off. Looking back at Savannah's mother and father. Savannah's mother turns her head to look at her daughter. "Sweet heart, is there something you need?"

Savannah nods her head for a second time. "This might sound crazy but I was wondering if I can leave Remigate for a bit? You know, travel to midguard? It's boring having to stay here all the time nowadays. I want to leave to go explore and see new things for a while"

Savannah's father and mother laughed at their daughter like crazy. Not believing what she was trying to say to their faces. They both soon stopped to look at Sav. Savannah's dad glanced at his daughter. "Are you crazy? midguard? Earth that's filled with pathetic mortals? Oh no honey you don't NEED to go there. You're too royal for that" Sav puts her head down. Waiting to see what her mom says about it. "Sweetie, midguard not a good place for you. It's for people who are powerless, you my dear are not"

Sav keeps her head down, waiting for permission from her mother to speak. Savannah's mother nods her head to give Sav permission to speak. "It's just that I've been here since I was born. I want to go to other places than being trapped here. Isn't that enough for me to go and leave for a bit? I'm sure earth is not that dangerous for what it's worth. Considering that they are all powerless"

Savannah stopped talking, letting her parents know it's their permission to speak. Savannah's dad says, "We'd both think that it's a terrible idea for you to go, my little girl. What if people want to take your magic away? There can be many things that could happen. Me and your mother are not letting you take that risk. Now are we my love" Savannah's dad looks at Savannah's mother as they agree with Savannah on how she shouldn't leave the Remigate kingdom to go to earth. She waits until she gets permission to speak again. Her parents nod both of their heads. Giving her the permission to.

Savannah looks away for the third time back to her father and mother. "Just because you both think it's a terrible idea to go. Does NOT mean that I can't protect myself in case anyone wants to steal my magic. I clearly can. I've been protecting it for centuries. What's the problem with it now? I've also had training as well for self defense"

"Sav, me and your mother both know that you can protect yourself and have been taught self defense. We both just don't want you to return here to tell us that you've lost your magic. Or if someone has hurt you. That's all my little one. I'm surely know that you will understand that"

Savannah's dad turns his head to his wife. Let her talk to her about the situation now. "Savannah if you go to midguard you must watch your every move. Come to think of it you're right despise you haven't experienced going to midguard. You should be able to go. I think it's finally time for you to see what it's like for yourself"

"You're say-" Savannah's dad glanced at his wife as she was talking to Savannah about going to earth. "I'm saying she can go to midguard and experience it, yes. Edmund (Savannah's father) I think it's time for her to go there. She has never left the kingdom, nor gone to see what it's like. I think this is the perfect chance and opportunity for her. This is her moment to prove that to us. Don't you think we should give that to her?"

Edmund can't believe that Reina (Savannah's mother) is actually thinking of letting his daughter go down to earth to leave the kingdom to see what it is all about. Savannah was surprised her mother was starting to agree with her. Edmund looked annoyed but started to be happy at the same time.

"If you're letting her to down to earth. Savannah, I suggest you be careful where you are and where your surrounds are going to be. There are people you trust and don't trust. Do you understand me? I will only accept this once. Until you come back to us to prove you are ready to go back and forth between the kingdoms and earth. You are able to come and go as you please. Just make sure you remember to come back and talk to us about what happened over there" Savannah jumps up and down at her excitement, having the permission to leave the kingdom for once.

"I will make sure I keep on the lookout for my surroundings. Making sure my powers are safe and that I return back to you as soon as possible. Giving you two an update" Reina smiled as her daughter is ready to leave to go to earth. Edmund smiled a little, not so sure of the idea. Savannah goes by the throne towards her parents. walking up the three steps. Hugging one then to another. Soon walking over to the huge doors. Turned her head back around to wave at them. Edmund and Reina waved back. Savannah glances back at the doors. Opening it up to soon close it behind her. She walks outside down the path. Passing the civilians at Remigate waving to them as the princess she is.

Continuing to walk until she gets to the frozeneer (kinda like where heimdall stays by the bifrost to keep it safe. Although this is for the Remigate kingdom. I'll have to figure out name ideas for their protector of frozeneer. So it won't have one at all and Sav is there by herself) She used the sword in the place it's held in. She turns it to the left, frozeneer takes one second. To grab her, taking Savannah to earth. Leaving Remigate to the place she has been waiting to go to for centuries...

                     summer speaks!! Here is the first chapter to frostbite. I hope everyone likes the story and how I've written it just as I do! I don't know when I'll be able to update this story again with chapter two. But I hope it'll be soon!
