She could tell the demons had been taken completely by surpise from her attack as they all scrambled over each other.

Frost didn't even give them a second to breath.

Her and her minions descended on them like vultures to a corpse.

Landing on an imp she wrapped a hand around its face and slammed him into the ground summing a icicle which stabbed through its head killing it instantly before wuickly standing up and grabbing a pair of spears as two imps tried to stab her.

Flipping them around she disarmed them and grabbed their heads smashing their heads together with so much force that they combusted into each other.

Her minions also did their part of the attack they were nowhere near as powerful as she was but they where more then enough to kill these lowly imps as they hacked and slashed down any soldiers that came near them.

A team of six archers started to load their bows by the door at the end of the hall way aiming at Frost and her minions.

Sending out a orb of energy she fired talking out five out of the six with the final remaining archer firing it's arrow.

Reacting quickly literally catches the arrow out of thin air and throws it back at the archer using her magic to enhance it it struck him dead in the chest and he collapsed dead in an instant.

Only a few enemy minions remained as one tried to sneak up on her from behind only to get stabbed in the gut but a backwards flipped sword apperently Frost did know if it's position as it crumpled to the ground also now dead.

And like that the room was clear she imagined it only took about a minute to clear the room as she walked up to the doors and said to her minions.

"Guard the entrance don't leave this position if anything hostile comes kill it" she ordered to which her minions nodded and formed a half circle around and got into a defensive line most armed with swords,spears and shields but a few where armed with bows and arrows and even crossbows two even had eighteenth century looking cannons in their hands as they locked their shields together and formed a tightly packed line and Frost knew that unless they where defeated or she called them to her aid they wouldn't even leave tbeirnposts for a second.

The next main room was empty except for one small figure thst stood by the doors it was none other then her old rival Firefly in all her hot headed glory.

"So..the prodigal ice princess returns" she said smirking with her arms crossed as she leaned agasint the doorway

"Yes..yes I do.. and I think you'd know my mission?" She asked in a blank tone

Firefly regarded her for a three count then said "killing the ol'boss eh?" She asked

Frost merely nodded then said "I don't want to fight you so please get out of-"

"Take to the room left of me.. my left" she cut her off suddenly

"W-what-?" She asked suddenly confused

The fire demon had stood up and uncrossed her arms before speaking again as she walked towards her.

"I said take to the room on my left you'll get the drop on the guard in the next room that way..as long as those portals don't fuck up your travels" she stated

"Portals?" She asked

She waved aside the question before saying in an unusually calm voice for her usual cocky attitude.

"I know what he did to you how he created you from an ancient and cursed spell from some God and how he murdered your adoptive family and used you for his own personal gain Frost..and besides if anyone's gonna beat you at fighting it'd be me!" She said winking at Frost

Frost was still dumbfounded by this reveal but her hunch was correct she did indeed have help on the inside of her father's fortress as she hugged Firefly and said "thank you I won't forget this" she said

Firefly hugged her back and said "as shucks don't mention it..now go get that basterd" she said releasing her

Frost released her back and said "don't mind my minions I've already told you to let you pass" she stated

"Get yer'own little army now eh?" She asked

Frost shrugged and nodded before saying "do me a favor and help them out in case of any unwanted guests will ya?" She asked

Firefly merely nodded and walked by her saying "later Ice Queen" with Frost replying "later hot head" before running ahead and into the left room.

Apon entering it seemed empty and for a second she thought that Firefly had played some cruel joke on her but then she noticed something.

It looked like a star twinkling in the night sky as it suddenly flashed and opened up into a portal.

The shape of this border was odd it wasn t shaped like one of those stereotypical circular or half circle shapped portal you see in all those human movies.

No this was shaped more like a..corrider to a building.

Realizing quickly that this was her means of getting the drop on the enemy soldiers as she heard more explosions rock the ground from outside which meant the angels where still waging their crusade against the demons.

Taking a deep breath she jumped into the portal.

And straight into a closet landing face first into a pile of crates and destroyed a shelf in the process with a heavy metal and wooden barrel falling on top of her.

"Ow..fuck You corridors.. fuck you" she groaned when she realized that she was now surrounded by enemy troops.

"Halt!" Said one and another said

"Surrender peacefully and you MAY live!" Said another

*""may live" you mean "won't live"?"* she thought before giving them her answer.

Touching a barrel and a crate and turning them into frozen ice cubes she kicked them out knocking a few soldiers down before causing them to explode killing mutiple other soldiers

Jumping out of her cover she landed on her feet and hissed "here's my answer" before rapidly whipping out a pair of ice swords and taking on the army.

Twirling in a circle she easily deflected the swords and spears of the imps before beheading two of them and before the rest could react stabbed another through its gut before she let go of the sword and grabbed the imps weapon throwing it at another Imp hitting it in the forehead.

She then retrieved her sword and swung around deflecting an arrow and stabbing both swords into into a larger demons soldiers before yanking them out then making them glow as she three them as daggers each find their way into an imp and promptly exploding in an icy blast.

She then extended her hands and created a gust around her that instantly froze those closest to her before she snapped her fingers and shattered them.

The rest of the army had regrouped and charges her as one unit.

She took a deep breath and focused heavily for a second summoning a pair of ice whips in her hands and slowly making circles with them making slow whipping sounds while she was at it.

She then dashed forwards and time seemed to of gone into slow motion for her

For the imps however she was a moving blur as she also flicked her whips which then caused them to grow small jagged blades which started to rotate back and forth like a chainsaw.

Bascially making her have a half whip-half chainsaw weapon.

Dashing forward she tore into the enemy group in a moving blur moving so fast thst all the minions saw was a fuzzy figure of frost before she cut them down.

Arms,legs and heads all flew in every which direction as she whipped her chainwhips in debt direction around her.

One poor imp was cut in half vertically starting from the waist to his hesd while another found the whip stuck in his chest say it started to rip him apart before he exploded from the sawblades.

She stopped her tornado of destruction before retracting her whips and turning them into spears shooting each one like a harpoon and each finding their way into a head before she flicked her spearheads and they exploded into an ice blast.

Finally dismissing her whips she killed one imp with her bar hands crushing it's hesd between her hands in her fury.

She dodged a spear being jabbed at her by another knight like minion before she jabbed him straight in the gut with her fist with enough force to punch straight through his chest and a very unlucky demon behind him found her hand still inside his chest before her palm opened and fired a dagger straight into his skill before she even removed her hand from the other demons now vanishing corpse.

She quickly tossed the body aside as she opened up her other palm and fired at point blank range an exploding ice orb that disintegrated the demon in a mere second.

One imp landed in her shoulders and tried to lift her into the air but instead she leaned forward causing another imp to accidently sting him with his tail before throwing him off and cutting then other imp in half  vertically.

Two knight demons swung their battleaxes which she caught each by the blade in her hand before more started to swing as will tho she managed to block all the axes with her ice barriers she was pinned down.

But not for long as she opened an ice circle below her and teleported above the group creating a large icy rock beneath her death and slammed it into the ground causing an icy explosion that took out the group of knight demons.

She then decided to create a tornado made up of ice particles around her with a few large ice swords just for good measure and blocked a volley of arrows and deflected them into random directions one even hitting a stray imp in the side of the head.

Dropping the tornado she charged forward and slammed into the group taking out a ice staff which shifted into a scythe twirling it around expertly and cutting down several demons in an instant.

A few demons tried to escape but she split her scythe in two and turned them into duel boomerangs thst she threw in their direction cutting their heads off and returning to her before she twirled them around gracefully rolling forward before catching them.

She spun them around and turned them into a pair of daggers and stabbed two demons to finish them off (her unit so attack somehow didn't kill them they where among the luckiest demonic minions to exist up until now)

Before turning them back into a scythe

All that remained was three minions who collapsed to their knees and said

"We surrender we surrender please don't kill us please-!" She said

Frost looked down at them without pity and said "then where is he?" She asked harshly

"five rooms behind us and each room before has a general in them and our captians-!" The one in the middle said

Their captains didn't worry her they where just SLIGHTLY stronger minima that she could kill in an instant but the generals are what worried her cause unlike the minions here they could very easily kill her in many different ways.

"Alright I thank you for your service let me know how you feel when you reform-!" She said

The knight demons didn't even have a chance to react as she cut all three heads off at once with just one stroke of her scythe.

She walked past them not so much as glancing at them before stopping at the next door dismissing her scythe she needed to be careful now she knew the weaknesses of each general but she highly doubted they'd just let her kill them.
