Setting/Back Story:

The story takes place in an Alaskan remote mountain town: Frost Lock

The town was originally manifested by Eskimos of Russian descent. The town depends on its lumber business but has a dark spring of murders resulting from the crime of a pack invading the town. Olga's family originally owned the town's timber business, when her parents died, her guardian inherited ownership of it since she was still a minor. The story picks up when Olga comes of age to inherit the lumber business.
