Her whole body was in pain, but at least she was away from them... She sat up from the golden flowers and started walking around. The area was somewhat dark, the only light being from the giant hole that she couldn't climb back up from. The girl then heard sobbing and headed in that direction. When she got there, there appeared to be a human child sitting in the flowers crying.
"Are you ok?" She asked. The child turned his head only to reveal that it wasn't a child, some ragdoll creature with a human eye and a button eye.
"You have to get out of here!" He said, still crying. The girl noticed the rips all over his body and approached him.
"Don't get any closer! In this world it's slaughter or be slaughtered!" He stammered, attempting to sound threatening.
"It's ok, I'm not going to hurt you..." She cooed, trying to gain his trust.
"You aren't?"
"No." She soon dug into her pocket and found a needle and string.
"What's that for?" He asked
"To fix your open rips. We're friends right?"
"Yeah.... What's your name?"
"Veronica, and yours?"
"Rontao. Rontao, your only Yokai." Soon, footsteps came that Rontao didn't want to hear.
