His Real Juliet

Warning: Some strong language near the end.

After one uneventful month, Kira found herself returning to Japan for a month, due to some  business with Soryu and her father. She had just arrived on her jet plane and was standing in front of Tres Spades. "It hasn't changed much..."

Heading up to the penthouse, Kira prepared herself, her face void of emotions. The bidders were all in the middle of an auction, and Kira had her mask on. But what shocked her the most was there was another woman, watching the auctions in the penthouse with them.

A beautifully decorated mask covered her face, and her blonde hair partially did as well. "Who are you?" Soryu asked as Kira suddenly appeared out of nowhere. "I'll let you know soon. Wait." she snapped in return.

The rest of the auction was quiet, and after the successful "I.V.C.", Kira finally took her mask off. "I'm here Soryu."

"So it was you?" her brother quipped, brow raised. "Can't believe you don't remember me." she chuckles. But as she was about to speak once more, a shrill voice called from her side.

"Kira! Is that you? My, what a pleasant surprise." Kira turned to the woman from earlier as she whips off her mask. "Oh, Hikari..."

Hikari stood by an awkward Ota, who had his arm wrapped around her waist. "How's things been going for you? I heard you moved to Paris! Couldn't take drama here?" the model grinned wickedly, reminding her off their little... exchange from months ago.

"I had a job there. I accepted it." she growled through gritted teeth. Before Hikari could make her anymore angry, Ota butted in. "Anyway! Let's celebrate the successful auction!" he cheered.

"I came here for mere business, nothing more, nothin' less. I need to speak to Soryu and Ichinomiya, if possible?" she asked with a raised brow. "Alright, come up to my suite." Eisuke offered and the siblings nodded, following the CEO upstairs.

"So what did you need, Kira?" Eisuke asked as they sat themselves in the living room. "Well, as you know, I'm a leader on an Ice Dragons branch now and I have some business here in Japan with a few gangs and I need to stay here for a few months after this. I want to offer helping with the auctions." Kira grins evilly.

"Well, I can make that happen, but Soryu already has us covered." Eisuke mutters, glancing at his best friend for a moment before turning back to the author. "I didn't mean just protection. I have some... connections. And I can get you information for things that you, nor the bidders can get."

"Really? What did we need?" Eisuke smirked confidently, as if thinking he were already to win this battle. "I remember you wanted to get those gems, a few months ago and you still didn't get it. You know it has skyrocketing value. Perhaps the 'Lover's Quarrel' gems?"

"Tch, fine. But you're also helping with organizing and protecting with Soryu." Eisuke clicks his tongue at the mention of the wanted items and finally agrees. "Why didn't you say so in the first place?" Kira laughs and stands up.

"Anyway, I have a few Dragon newbies to train and some things for Inui and Samejima to do. I'll see you boys later." Kira leaves the suite, pulling out her phone to call someone. As she entered the lounge once more, Hikari and Ota were making out in a corner with Baba chatting with Mamoru. She shook her head and began t leave when Baba ran to her side. "Kira! Can I talk to you?"

"What, Mitsunari? I have places to be."

"Come." Baba drags Kira out to the balcony nearby, despite her protests. "What do you want, Lupin? I have to go. I have a job, too, you know."

"Are you okay with this?" "With what?" Baba's gaze knew she knew what he was talking about. "It's none of my business, anymore." she snaps, shoving her hands into her pockets.

She made her way into the elevator, and all the bidders were watching as Baba chased after her, including a grinning Hikari. "Are you sure, Kira?"

"It's always worse than it seems."

The next night was just another auction and Kira was there with a few experienced Dragons, along with Samejima and Inui. "We're here." Kira entered the lounge to find the bidders, and once more, Hikari.

Ever since she saw Hikari yesterday... Kira was pretty sure she had taken her spot as the group's girl. "Alright, Kira. Your crew can either guard by the doors, guard the stage, one of you can stay with us in booth to monitor everything, and one can be watching backstage." Eisuke instructs, looking over the group of mobsters.

"Alright," Kira nods and turns to the group with a sharp look. "Daiki, Daisuke, Hachiro and Etsuko. Squad 1, group now. "Hayate, Hibiki, Itsuki, Jiro. Squad 2, group now. Inui and Samejima partner up. I go solo."

"Alright, squad 1 goes to the doors, squad two by the stage and the pair goes backstage. I'll go to the gallery viewing. Clear?"

"Yes, ma'am." the group chants together with a salute and Kira nods her head in satisfaction. "Good,"

"Well that was quick. You're a good leader, sis." Soryu praises his sister with a pat on the head. "Mhm, anyway. Squads 1, 2 and the pair. You know what to do."

In a matter of seconds, the group of mobsters dispersed in groups and a pair, heading down to the basement of the hotel for the auction. "Alright, let's go." Eisuke gestures for the group to follow but Ota stops them. "Can Hikari go as well?"

"I say no, this auction is dangerous. More so than the usual. A gang is after a particular thing but we have it and they're pissed right now. I don't suggest you go, pretty lady." Baba says seriously, looking at the couple.

"What?! But Kira's going!"

"She's a mobster, and she can protect herself." Eisuke reasons, rolling his eyes at her whining. "Can't Kira watch over me then?" Hikari suggests, but once she turns to Kira, a cruel smirk plays on her lips. "How about it, Kira?" Ota asks, looking at the author, only to have Kira shoot him and Hikari a smirk.

"Ha, bitch, please." she chuckles, "Have me protect her? I might just be the one to kill  her. She and her huge ego. I'm going down first. You solve this yourselves." Kira scoffs and leaves the penthouse when Hikari's words suddenly called to her.

"Are you jealous of me and Ota, Kira? I thought we were friends!"

"YOU BITCH!" Kira lunges at Hikari, but Baba holds her back. And just when she was about to slip out of his hold, he calls for assistance and all the other bidders, apart from Ota, hold her back. "Come on, can't you help em this once?" Hikari taunts and that just flare the assassin more and she finally wiggled out of the 4 men's grasp.

"Certainly! Let's give your ugly face a fuckin' makeover!" she screeches, latching onto the model and tugging her hair. "Hey! Let go of me! Ota! Help!"

"K-Kira! Let go of her!" Ota seemed to panic for he only told her to stop, not moving an inch. "Make me!" she hisses, pulling Hikari's head back with her hair. That was when Hikari suddenly slapped her, leaving a red mark on the ravenette's face.

"Oh you're going to-!" Kira never finished her sentence as her hand hit Hikari's face in a bitch slap. After a few more moments, Mamoru and Baba finally pry Hikari away, holding her back, along with Eisuke and Soryu who did the same to Kira.

"Let me at her!" they screamed in unison, glaring fiercely. "No, Kira, go manage the auctions please." Soryu lightly shoved his sister to the door and the assassin left with a warning glare to Hikari. But as she walked to the basement of the hotel, she couldn't help but feel depressed.

Romeo's already found his Juliet.
