August POV

Today makes it 3 weeks that Mya  been in the hospital. About the seizures its just a side effect of her concussion , or something's like tha the doc said. I got scared for a second there . I thought this was a whole new situation. If it was I prolly would of lost my mind.

"Yes Mr. Alsina and Mr.Houghton we have done all we can and she is fine now the seizures are just a side effect of her concussion but I promise you all is well it's just for her to wake up" the doc said

"So no more problems?" He tapped my shoulder "no more problems , she'll be as good as new."
"Hey by the way how's the arm ?" I looked at it. " It doesn't really bother me that much I'm fine with it honestly" I told him. I been so focused on Mya I didn't have the time to think about the pain.
"Alright sir make sure to come by so we can check how the healing process in going"

"Alright man, thanks doc for everything I appreciate it"

Everything is gonna be back to normal soon Mya wake up. Things have been great really. I've been in the word alot more. So my faith in God is better now. I feel like he gonna bless me greatly for all that I have lost .

I'm gonna visit her in the next hour and a half I was just busy getting ready to go by my job to pick up my check.
The more closer I am to him the less depress I feel. I feel more confident bold, strong . I feel like I got nothing to worry about cuzz he got me.
If he's on my side trust n believe all is gonna work out for my good.

Today was Sunday so the place was pretty much empty.
I called up my boss because no one was here.
"Ayee boss man i'm inside the building "

"Aye man I'm sorry for my tardiness I'll be there in a half an hour my kids held me back" he said

"Aight aight I can wait "

I shut the phone and head straight to recording booth. I had the second part to the song I was making and I wanted to record it before boss man reached here.

So I set up the stuff quick quick and I pull up my last recording.
I wait for the second verse to start so I can start.
" I know it's harsh , but this is how I feel girl its coming from the heart.
I hope it doesn't end the way it had to start.
Cause it started out bad but I made this far.
But every body ain't tryna see me make it or they only wanna see me win so they can take it
Cause I know it's hard to get a job so niggas kill and rob.
There's a chance that I won't make it here tomorrow being honest."

"See I gotta keep it real witcha baby , cause what I use to do is what made me and I'm hoping I ain't gotta go back to the trap cuzz we really know that we don't want that"

"But if I don't make it home tonight tell my mama that I love her
leave some flowers for my brother girl I love ya
But if I don't make it home tonight take some money to my sister I don't ever want her chasing after niggas

cuzz where I'm from niggas outchea dyin everyday and they ain't all bad they just tryna make a way and I ain't no different so if I go missing these are my last wishes I hope you get them right. Girl if I dont make it home tonight"

I stepped out and stopped the recording and saved it. My phone started ringing and I saw it was my boss I ran out to check him one time. Didn't wanna get caught or anything . I'm just the damn janitor I ain't got no business being in the studio.

"Ayy wassup" I hollered at him and dapped him up. "Hey man what were you doing ? thought you was out front " he digged in his brief case for my check while scratched my neck.

"I forgot my watch the last time so I went up for it " he nodded but he had this suspicious kinda look going on.
"Alright then . Here's your check sir" he handed me it. "Thanks man preciate it"

"See you around,  take care " he said "same to you"

Time to see my baby girl.

I walk in the same old room again.
"Eeeeeee!! Look at my baby girl !" Is it you is it really you ?" I joked around. "Looking all cute and thing , my God check that forehead , Jesus you could blind somebody with that " I laughed with myself.
Damn I miss her.

"I got paid today after I tried using the studio again almost got caught." By then I hopped in her bed.  "And i ain't tryna hear all that mess , it help me when I feel demotivated"

"Aye mama when you gon come back to me ? I miss you ma" I looked at her tryna see if you going move or something but I got nothing. " Take your time though I can be patient , I promise soon you come back to me I'm goin make everything right" I kissed her hand.

Cha POV
So I roll up at the hospital to see my boo and I see this chile laying all over the poor girl.
I shook my head. He always around doing things he not suppose to. "Aye stupid " I called out to him , but he stay still . "Lampose" I tried again.
"Would you get your dumb butt up!" I smacked his head .

"Soon you call me by my name I will,shoot" he replied still with his eyes closed. I don't know I he saw it come but I dragged his but out of the bed.

"The hell you do that for?" He whined. I just rolled my eyes "it's our girl time , you always here from morning to night . My turn. " I said with left hand on my hip and the other shoo-ing him out.

"Fine. That's why Chat Soo violent! I'm giving you a half a hour" I shook my head "what kind of nonsense is that !! You had her all day!"

He gave me that 'okay ' with an attitude look. "I don't give a damn"

I rolled my eyes "well get on with it then."
He mocked me before walking out.

"How you do it girl ?"
"He come here just about every damn day , you dont get tired of seeing him?" I sat in the chair. "Oh I'm sorry I forget you like these kind of things "

"Girl I'm just tripping , how you doing girl ?" I got up to fix the curtains "I'll tell you about me though. I did this one girl hair and some friends of hers loved it. So now they be coming over to the house and I get paid to do they hair. Man i'm so happy. " I went back to sit next to her.

"I feel like God is just blessing us right now , and it feels good boo. Since you came into our lives you managed to change us girl and now look at us depending on God for everything . Its all because of his faithful servant Mya Houghton"

"You special babe , Thank you Jesus August found interest in you . I don't know how you did it but thank you Jesus" I started praising God jokingly . August was a hot mess now he a master piece in the making.

"So anyway anytime you ready to wake up you just say the word and ama do ya hair real quick for a proper arrival " I joked

"Well can you start on me now?" If I told you I fell out my damn chair, would you believe me?

"The blood of Jesus" I was on the floor holding my heart. I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack .

"Girl what you tryna do ? Kill me?" I tried getting up holding my heart. "Lord Jesus she tried to kill me "
When I caught my self  I went to hug her but her body was still in sleep mode and her eyes were still closed "Damn girl you scared the hell outta me"

"I'm sorry girl" she said and I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. When I pulled back I saw that she opened her eyes. " Can I have some water please?" I got right to it " yeah yeah I'm on it "

"Nice hair by the way "  I was about to say thank you but I had to catch myself and then I stopped in my tracks. "No..uh uh ..you lying girl dont  even do it cause i'll slap your but right back to sleep" she was killing me right now .. my eyes was already filled with water. She had tears of joy in her eyes.

"Oh my goodness " I grab the water and ran back to her. "Oh my gosh I can't believe it!! But how?"

"I don't know girl , I just opened them and I saw everything" I started squealing I was Soo happy for her .  "Wait till the rest hear about this!"

"I know right God finally blessed me with my eye sight back" she drank her water. "God is so good."

"Girl-" I heard August big mouth coming "damn August coming"
"Oh my baby "
"Girl shut up and play sleep" I waved her off . " Girl if you don't stop smiling."
"Do as if you lost your memory or something " she looked at me .

"That's mean"
"August would do it " I shrugged cause he would.
"No he wouldn't "

"Yes he would ,now sleep chile"
I ran to the other side to sit in the chair. "Yes Lord thank you for blessing us with all these great things" I heard the door open so I know he listening now " Lord I know they say love is blind but please bring clarity to Mya's eyes" I pretended to feel the prayer.

All i feel was a pillow slap me in my face "man shut up" he said while I laughed.
"My half hour ain't done yet"

He shrugged "ion care " I mugged him.
"So can I please talk to my girl again?" I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch in the back.

August POV

"Anyway Cha wear you out baybeh ?" I looked at her smiling "aaah come for this good lovin girl" I went on the bed getting comfortable with her to make Cha feel uncomfortable and leave and it worked "y'all are just disgusting" she left her stuff so I know she coming back.

I was feeling loving today so I started to kiss her everywhere ,her cheek her nose her forehead her eyes and lastly her lips. I started caressing her cheek. "Your forehead big nuh dawg ,Jesus"
I kept caressing her face until I feel her face get comfortable in my hand. "Baby?" My heart was beating fast. Was she up? was she gonna wake up?!

She started groaning like she was in pain. I sat up straight to see what the hell was going on. "Baby?" She started rubbing her head.
"My head hurts" she groaned . Then she opened her eyes . "Who the hell are you ?"
