"Thats right " I teased . She looked genuinely sad. I know she was happy she just dont want me to leave.

"Alright alright , just dont switch up on me " I shook my head. "Never"

" I'm serious Aug , Once fame get to people head they change "

"Mya I wont " I kissed her head.
"Okay" she sighed.
"I gotta go ma" she nodded.

" Aight be safe , Call me as soon as you land " she blew me kissed as i began walking away.

"I love youuu!" She yelled . I chuckled. And yelled " I love you too baby"

Mya pov

I sucked in all those tears until i saw the plane take off. I let them fall freely . He was going on tour. That was gonna take a good couple months.

I have never been so far from him for that amount of time.

When I look down at my hand I see my promise ring and engagement ring. Then i start to reminisce on everything we been through.

We made it so far and we have so much more to go.

I'm so very happy for him though. He finally getting outta these streets doing something he love.

He would finally be able to take care of everybody like he wanted too.

I'm proud of him. We were finally married. All I had to do was wait for him to come back. And we would plan the big wedding of my dreams by the church.

I just had to wait till my baby come back. For now i just had to wait.

A month later....

Today was one of those days when i missed august soooo much.

I knew he saw it coming and i knew he felt it too. August never calls me late after 1 in the morning unless he really miss me.

I got up and turned on the lights so we could video chat.
"Hey Mama , how you doin ?" I see him layed up in his bed looking tired as ever.

"I'm alright"

"You aint been crying right ? Cause you my G , cant have you crying because you miss me if not I'm going have to come home" I shook my head. I sucked em tears right up.

"Whose crying? August I am on a chill ya heard me, I dont have you all up on me all the time " I joked. He grinned but i know he see right through me.

"That aint what you going be saying when I come back home " he smirked "ooh August i missed you, you been gone so long i felt so lost without you" he mocked me and i rolled my eyes at his failed attempt to do so.

"First of all thats not how i sound and secondly fall off yuh high horse boy" he playfully stuck his tongue out at me.

"Dont worry ma , i miss you too and I cant wait to marry you as soon as i come back" he said making me blush.

"So tell me what you been doin?"

"Weeeelll , August I dont know what I wanna do with my life yet."

"Mya we already finish high school , Ion know if you wanna go college but you gotta start something ma , Time running leave you" I sighed because i knew all this already.

I dropped my head in my hands.
"Pray mama , aint that what you always tell me, Ask and you shall receive, I know you be tryna pull out this preachin card outta me on purpose" he teased i rolled my eyes.

"Remember when it used to be me preachin to you , now look at you " i faked my tears.

"My God they just grow too fast " i grabbed a tissue and dabbed it under my eyes.

"You a clown forreal" he smacked his lips before letting out a yawn.

"Aye ma it was great hearing your voice and seeing yuh beautiful self too. I love you baby"

"I love you too sugababy" he smacked his lips. "Get outta here with that nick name "

"Aye boyy dont forget to not be on the clock all the time , your health cone first. Not ya fans." He nodded

"I know I know mother"

"I'm serious Aug I dont want nothing happening to you" he sighed but i was serious as hell. He know how i feel about him passing out .

"I hear ya mama , remember I told you i was going take care of myself more so you'n gotta stress? I meant that" he said seriously.

"Good because Ion wanna have to come up in this tour to start firing people for having my baby work to hard ya heard me?" I mocked his accent. He laughed.

"Oh yeah so you is boss lady now?" He raised his eyebrow with this "excuse me " attitude

"I been August. You forget I run things"

"The only thing you run is my bath guh" I laughed at that. I realized he was really tired . So i sent him to go sleep so he can have enough energy for the next concert.

"Mya!" Dennis groaned. I looked at him and shrugged my shoulders.

"Pick a damn channel" I see Rebecca roll her eyes.

"Rebecca calm ya man down and remind whose house he's in" Rude people.

"I can relate , this house is basically mines as well so pick a damn channel!"

I looked at her shock. "You kinda rude , you finna suck it up until i find something i wanna watch."

I see rebecca get up and she tackled me for the remote. Can you believe it ? In my own house.

"Rebecca !!" She shrugged" I'm sorry i was getting sick of this"

"Babe is this her on her period or is it because she misses August?" My mouth dropped.

"Nope she's worse on her period this is August right na" he nodded his head in understanding.

She started flipping through the channel and i saw something that caught my eye real quick.

"Wait wait wait go back real quick. On the news channel"

New Artist August Alsina reportedly fell off stage during the concert . All of fans are worried and devastated. Mostly anxious to know whats going on or if he is okay , we are still trying to get more information concerning his health conditions. I felt like time froze because I couldnt move. It hadnt registered in my head yet what she said.
