~Natsu's POV~

I watched as Lucy slept. She looked so peaceful.
I can't believe I let her lay her head on my thigh... What was wrong with me?
Now I'm stuck like this with my hand on her head.

" She looks just like a small kid! "Levy squealed, on the bed next to Lucy's body.
Gray, Erza, Levy, and Juvia all came over after Lucy had fallen asleep. I'm just glad she let me in and comfort her.
I glared at Gray as he held his hand over his mouth, containing his laughter as he stared at me and the awkward position I was in. That bastard.
Erza was sitting soundly looking at Lucy and next to her was Juvia who was squealing with Levy of how 'cute' Lucy looked as she slept. And I guess... She really did look quite adorable in her sleep.... Just a little bit though.
" You all are going to wake her up with all your squealing! "Erza growled.
" J-Juvia's sorry! "
" Gomen E-Erza! "
Gray sighed as he shook his head.

~Lucy's POV~

My ears filled with silence but with faint noises. I felt afraid yet, I could not remember why.
Why was I so afraid?
Why could I not remember the reason of my fear?
My head was thrombin with thoughts and questions I could not answer.

" Father... "

I shot myself up, feeling dizzy afterwards. I shook my head. It was dim as I averted my eyes around my bedroom.
I was alone.
I hugged myself, my small hands gripping my slim arms.

" I'll be here when you wake up. "

" Liar. "I let a small giggle escaped my lips. I slipped to the edge of my rounded bed.
My body shivered violently then as I hugged myself tightly. I was still afraid, so very afraid.
I remember yesterday, how my father... Father...
I won't ever become a Heartfillia!
I won't ever have father see me for me... His daughter...
Mother... Mother!
I felt my breath become painful and my lungs felt suffocated.
I was having another attack! So where was my inhaler!?
" V-Virgo... "I called in a weak voice. It was so hard to breath, it pained me so much." Aries... C-Capri-corn... Lo-ki... "
Nobody came. I had stood and I was so close to the door when my body gave out and I slammed to the floor.

~Nobody's POV~

" Loki, it's been awhile hasn't it? "Gray asked, down at the main entrance with the rest.
" It has, seems you haven't changed. "Loki grinned." Still have that stripping habit. "
" Gaahhh-----! "Gray shrieked looking down at himself.
" Virgo, still emotionless as ever. "Levy smiled lightly.
" Miss Levy is a bookworm like princess as before. "Virgo bowed politely.
" Still calling Lucy 'princess' Juvia sees. "Juvia stated, Levy nodded, noticing herself.
" Loki, you aren't being a flirt with Lucy.... Right? "Erza asked and Loki stiffened.
" I'm gonna go check on Luce. "Natsu said, walking up the stairs.
" There he goes. "Levy said, snickering a bit.
" He's always been the one to worry about Lucy the most and was always by her side protecting her. "Erza smirked.

" Luce? "Natsu knocked on her door and there was no reply as he stood there. His hand went over the knob and twisted it, gaining access to the room beyond it. He walked in the dim room and looked around.
Lucy wasn't where she was when he'd last seen here. He walked in, continuing to look for the blonde.
His legs froze as his eyes dropped onto a heap on the floor. He knew what it was before he could see any details of the 'pile'.
" Luce! "he called her name, turning her over in his arms. Her face was completely red as her eyes clenched shut. She obviously seemed to have trouble breathing correctly.
He whipped his head around. She was having an attack that was for sure, but where was her inhaler?!
" Luce, where's your inhaler?! "Natsu asked, holding her tightly.
She couldn't speak, breathing hurting to much for words to form.
He bit his lip.
How was he suppose to help her? Protect her?
He lifted her body and took her to her bed. She wasn't calming down, making Natsu panic.
He'd waste time running to the others, but he had no clue where her inhaler-
He turned to her desk seeing her school bag was placed their. He ran to it, opening it quickly and pulling out her pencil pouch. He dug through it pulling out her inhaler. He ran back to Lucy, placing the mouth piece of her inhaler to her lips.
She breathed the medicine, her lungs calming down. Lucy leaned on Natsu as he pulled her inhaler away.
" Th-Thank you... "she said, gripping onto his shirt. Natsu wrapped his arms around her body tightly. She smiled lightly." You're a liar... You said you'd be here when I woke up. "
Natsu tightened his grip with a small smile of his own." If I would've known you'd end up having an asthma attack I would've, but... Will you forgive me? "he asked.
" Of course. "she nodded.
" What caused your attack anyway? Don't you get your attacks when your worked up? "
" I do. "she nodded again." I woke up scared of something, I'm not entirely sure what though. Like a bad dream I couldn't remember. I was also thinking about yesterday, with father and all... "
She frowned." I'm sorry-"
" Are you 'still' apologizing for yesterday? "Natsu looked at her as she avoided his gaze." Yesterday, was a rough day. And I'm not entirely sure what happened-but I doubt you'd tell me. "
Lucy clenched to her inhaler. Her head still throbbed in pain. She brought her hand to her head.
" Are you ok? "he asked, bringing her hand over hers upon her head.
" Yes, it is only a headache. It'll pass. "she nodded. Natsu stared at her, afraid she may have been lying for his sake to not worry. She glanced to him and let out a light sigh." I promise, it is only a headache. "
He nodded.
" By the way-"

" LU!!! "a petite bluenette launched at Lucy, knocking her over onto the bed.
" McGarden-"Lucy shook her head. "" Levy? "
