i finished doing my reps before wiping my face and drinking some of my water. i really feel dehydrated and idk what's going on.

looking at my watch, the time read 3:37 a.m. & i been her since 1:45 because i couldn't sleep. i changed the song and turned it all the way up.

moving on i did sits ups and crunches cus im really trying to get my abs to come in all the way. im trying to maximize this time cus we have an early practice at 6.

a few minutes later i felt someone tap me making me jump and ofc it was jackie.. she scare me at least 3x a week.

"omfg" i said huffing.

"im sorry lyss i called your name 5x so i wouldn't scare you but you're music was too loud" she said.

"what are you doing here ?? you couldn't text. geez" i mumbled.

"babe you been gone since 1 this morning. it's almost 4 a.m. & we have a early practice at 6. you need to come home and get some rest. you overdoing it and you don't realize that" jackie said.

"i couldn't sleep and i didn't wanna wake you so i came to do what ik clears my mind" i said.

"okay and if you can't sleep then wake me up baby. that's part of the reason im staying with you because ik you can't sleep."

"no you need you're rest. especially after last szn" i said.

"nalyssa" she said as i lifted the weights up.

"baby" she said.

"hmm" i responded.

"let's go. now." she said. the stern voice kind of turned me on but that's beyond the point right now.

"im not done" i said.

"yes you are. you need to save your energy for practice. let's go now" she said taking the weight. mind you it was 310 pounds. she so sexy omg.

i huffed and grabbed my water bottle taking off my beats and put them around my neck. i could feel her pull me back lightly.

"hey yk i love you right ?? and yk i love lifting just as much as you do & i understand but this isn't healthy like you think it is. you gotta rest baby or you're gonna hurt your body" she said softly as she cupped my cheeks.

"ikk but it helps with my anxiety" i mumbled.

"and so do i. that's why i keep saying wake me up if you can't go back to sleep. i don't mind & that's what im here for" jackie replied.

"i love you more. i promise" i told her.

"good now come on and i will give you a massage" she said kissing my nose.

once we got home i showered because i was drenched in sweat and ik that im gonna sweat again in like 2 hours but oh well.

i will shower 10x a day if i have to. i love a shower, i wanna be one period. i got into bed and laid in between her legs and she massaged my shoulders and neck.

"so is kb coming out with us later tonight ?" i asked.

"she said she is, but i feel like she gone get there and change her mind and go home . but imma make sure she don't leave" jack said and i nodded.

"and she's never acted like this before ??" i asked.

"never, that's why im so confused and so worried. last year her cousin died and ofc she was kind of depressed but it wasn't this bad."

"do you think it has sum to do with the team ??" i asked.

"definitely, but like it doesn't make sense tho cus what did someone do to her that was so bad that has her acting the way she is. but i mean considering how she acting towards us it does make sense" she said.

we spent almost an hour just talking.. the deep kind of talking and i loved everything about it. she really gets me and she is really there for me no matter what im super grateful for her.

we decided to get ready for practice and we left at 5:20 and got there at 5:50 cus of traffic. and ofc i got a heavy foot real bad lol.

"now i see why you got so many speeding tickets" she said as we laughed.

"i can't help it, most times ion even be realizing im speeding fr" i said.

we walked into the locker room and spoke to everyone including kb which she only gave us a weak smile. lord i just got here and she already don't like me.

"id please ma'am" one security man said.

"do she look under 21 ?? you better let her in for she beat you with her big ahh arms. she look like she deadlift at least 300-400 lbs." the other one said making me giggle.

"lol im 27, i appreciate you" i said as we shook hands. i showed him my id and then lyss did the same.

"the way he was fascinated when he saw your arms. that's how i feel too everyday when i see em" lyss said making me smile and giggle.

"thank you love" i said kissing her cheek. we saw the team at the bar so we walked over there to them.

"omg jack you look so good" kp said.

"thank you bestie. you look good too" i said eyeing her.

she was wearing a white top, that showcase a little breast and her abs were on display with some cargo pants that ik im gonna end up stealing from her closet when i get the chance period lol.

"not you eyeing sexting me" kp said.

"i mean you look good" i said shrugging as she hugged me.

"hey sis, ouu period" a'ja said.

"hey, you look good but bamonte would whoop yo ahh for wearing this" i said laughing.

"no he told me to wear it and take pics for him" a'ja said.

"aww okay period. as he should" i said.

"where's kb ?" i asked and she pointed to the couch thingy where she was talking to kate.

"i'll be back" i said to nalyssa and she nodded. i walked over to them and sat down and kate nodded before getting up.

"you actually came" i said making her chuckle.

"yeah, i was bored" she said shrugging.

"kb.. you're driving me up the wall with the way you're acting. wth is wrong ??" i asked.

"jackie please don't start" she huffed.

"start what tho ?? you acting so weird and you won't tell me why. im worried about you"

"we like this fr and you acting like you can't talk to me. ik all yo secrets kb ik all yo family secrets so what's so bad that you can't tell me ?" i said crossing my fingers.

she stood up and sighed making me shake my head. ts is so frustrating and ion even know what to do atp.

"kb im trying, you gotta meet me half way dawg" i said.

"fine you wanna know ?" she said making me nod and she grabbed my neck and pushed me against the wall smashing her lips to mine making my body jump cus wth.

"kb" i breathed out pushing her off.

"wth" i said staring at her.

"i like you jackie. like.. like you like you and ionk how you ain't see that. it's been almost a year and it's like you blind asf".

"but the minute she come here it's just fg kb right ?? what is about me that you cant love jackie ?" she asked.

"it's not you kb.. i- idek what to say honestly. i had no idea you had a crush on me. kb you have a gf" i said.

"had, had a gf but i broke up with her cus ik i wanted you and it wasn't fair to her. the way we was hanging out almost everyday for so many hours" kb said.

"woah" chelsea said.

"she has a gf kb. and she's here she saw you kiss her" kp said.

"you don't think ik that ?" kb said aggressively.

"okay let's stay calm folks" tip said.

"so that's why you were acting funny ?? especially towards me ?? kb why didn't you just tell me that ? we really could've talked to me about ts" i said.

"bcus you have a gf but you kept pushing me and i couldn't hold it in anymore." she replied.

"so what now ?? you want her ? cus you just let her kiss you" nalyssa said making me look at her.

"it's not even like that baby. it just happened so fast and then when i realized i pushed her off" i said.

"yk that's disrespectful for you to even kiss her knowing she has a gf" nalyssa said to her.

"ohh boo-hoo. you think just cus you was raped that you get special treatment well news flash you don't. you come here thinking you're so perfect and innocent and can't do no wrong stfu" kb said.

"kb you and jack should talk about this but not here" chelsea said.

"mhm, so yk she liked you ??" she asked pointing to nalyssa.

"that's different and yk it" i said.

"but it's not tho. anyways im finna go tf home" she said.

"kb don't leave.. you been sulking at home long enough" a'ja said.

"please stay it's not the same without you" megan said.

"right you're like the life of the party besides syd" kiah replied.

"where is syd anyway ??" kate asked.

"right here" she said.

"kb i apologize if i got in the way of anything or made you feel some type of way. it wasn't my intentions i just wanted a new family" nalyssa said.

"it's fine. it is what it is" she said grabbing her phone. she began to walk away making me sigh.

"kb don't leave" i said rubbing my forehead. she finna stress me out so bad.

"welp, there's a fun night gone down the drain" a'ja replied.

i shook my head and grabbed my phone and we decided to head out. idk if nalyssa still feel some way about kb kissing me but i hope not.
