  1. {Selcouth questions} Were you always an avid reader or writer? 

{Gianna answers}   I have always had a passion for reading stories. Novels like the Harry Potter Series and Percy Jackson helped me learned that I loved to read. My passion for writing is something that I have recently discovered about myself, though.

  2. {Selcouth questions} How did you get the idea for your book-The Last Time Keeper?  

{Gianna answers}  I really don't have a straight answer to this question. Sometimes I just lie awake at night when I can't go to sleep and think about good book ideas. Other times, an idea might just pop into my head!

3. {Selcouth questions} Is the theme or protagonist, of your book, related to you or your life? 

{Gianna answers} No, I like to make my characters original. It is fun to write about a person or people who have different personalities than I myself, though sometimes I might throw a little bit of me here or there.

4. {Selcouth questions} Who inspires you to write?

 {Gianna answers} J.K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Lisa Mcmann, and Stephanie Meyers, just to name a few. And not only authors inspire me, but the people brave enough to follow their dreams, however big or small they may be, without worrying what other people will think of them.

  5. {Selcouth questions} In the near future, do you have plans to take your writing, to a new level? 

 {Gianna answers} Of course! I have dozens of plans for books that I hope to write and publish. Right now, I am focusing on polishing my writing skills!

  6. {Selcouth questions} That's wonderful! Lastly, how does it feel, to be the winner of The Spice Awards?  

{Gianna answers} It feels AMAZING!!! Knowing that my writing is good and that people like it tells me that I should never stop writing, and that even if there are awards I don't win, even if I receive harsh criticism, and even if people hate what I write, I will never give up because the only thing worse than guessing what could happen if you follow your dreams is giving up on them and letting your passion go to waste.
