It was the day after the feast as I sat up looking at the hut Rimuru-san made for me it was quite comfy. 'There's school today but should I go back.' I thought of my self.

-at Kuoh academy-

Sona's pov

It was another day at the school and the days were quieter. "President it's been a few days since (y/n) has been in school." Tsubaki said. "Yes but there shouldn't be a reason he didn't come." I said. "Yeah he can't just straight up disappear." Saji said. "True saji's right no one can just straight up disappear unless what Rias told me that he was murdered by strays or he went stray." I said. "But (y/n) isn't the type of person to go stray." Tsubaki said. "Yeah if Rias didn't get to him I could have recruited him into my peerage." I said as I went back to work.

I got out of my hut seeing that butler that is always with rimuru. "Your that butler with rimuru." I said. "Let me introduce myself I am Diablo butler and secretary of rimuru-sama." Diablo said. "So rimuru-san has two secretaries." I said. "Correct and Rimuru-sama wanted me to come get you so we can help develop your devil like capabilities." Diablo said as I followed him to where they will conduct my development. We soon made it to an open field where rimuru-san was with one of his other associates.

"Is this the person Rimuru-sama." The person said. "Yes (y/n) this is Carrera she will be your teacher." Rimuru said. "Hello." I said as I did a slight bow. "Hey rimuru-sama told me that your previous master lacked in helping your development." Carrera said. "Yea saw me as a weak link." I said. "Don't doubt yourself once you're done with my training you will be stronger than a devil." Carrera said giving me a soft punch to my chest. "Now let's begin with the first lesson." Carrera said.

Rimuru pov

"Do you believe carrera's training can help (y/n)." Diablo said. "I could've choose anyone to train (y/n) but I believe one of my 4 Black number leaders could train (y/n) but I felt Carrera would be best." I said watching Carrera help (y/n) with his physical prowess.

"Though what I don't believe is that why would (y/n) be reborn as a devil." I said. "The reason is unknown rimuru-sama." Diablo said. "But part of me doesn't understand Kuoh isn't near us almost miles apart." I said. "Though I'll say this rimuru-sama devils are capable of using magic circles even as forms of teleportation since devils are the lower form of daemons like me." Diablo said. "That's true devils are able to create teleportation circles able to teleport at great distances." I said to which Diablo nodded as we continued to watch.

Readers pov

"Hmm your physical prowess is average at that let's try manifesting a magical orb." Carrera said as she generated an orange magic orb floating above her finger. I nodded as I tried to focus to make the magic orb appear. "Try to not focus too much to make it appear." Carrera said. I let myself slowly focus imagining that there is an orb floating above my finger.

I slowly let out a breath as I opened my eyes seeing an orb float above my finger. "Whoa." I said. "It looks very small and condensed." Carrera said. "I guess it's a start." I said. "Now try to hit that tree." Carrera said as I released the orb as it soon made contact with the tree almost part of the trees in the forest were destroyed.

"I did that." I said in a state of shock. "Well I'll say that's a great start." Carrera said patting me on the back. "Should we end training for today." Jaune said. "Yeah I think that would be fine." I said seeing Carrera leave back to the city. "That was quite the experience watching for the first time (y/n)." Rimuru said. "Rimuru-san do you have a library somewhere in the city." I said. "Yes we do actually in the main building." Rimuru said.

-timeskip to the city-

We soon arrived in the city as we walked into the main building going down to a door a room full of books almost a book worms paradise. "My god." I said walking in. "Feel free to use it." Rimuru said leaving with Diablo.

I look at the many books as I saw one a book opening it revealing the history of something called the primordials I looked into it more as it had several familiar faces like Diablo and Carrera . I heard some footsteps as I turned there stood a woman with white hair and red eyes.

"Who are you." She said her voice calm yet mature. "I am (y/n) tempest I've been a resident since yesterday." I said. "I see your reading on the history of the primordial." She said. "Yeah it's quite interesting." I said. "I haven't got your name." I added. "I am testarrosa or Tes for short." She said. "I'm nice to make your acquaintance Tes." I said. "Rimuru-sama told me that your training under Jaune for magic and physical training." Tes said. "Yes she is." I said. "What about managing the energy of magicules since that will be the source of your magic." Tes said. "I see will you teach me Tes on how to manage it." I said. "Why yes follow me we can conduct an exercise in another room." She said as I left the book in the library. We entered into another room very spacious at that. "Now please (y/n) sit in the center of the room and focus on the magicules around you." Tes instructed.

I sat in the middle of the room slowly feeling the magicules around me. I breathe in and out this is a form of meditation letting the body focus on the things around it.

Tes pov

I was watching (y/n) with his eyes closed his aura slowly building up and magicules rising I can see his aura slowly showing.

'His aura is growing by the minute almost similar with rimuru-sama.' I thought. 'Was he being held back by his former master.' I thought. "Ahem." I said as it caught (y/n) off guard. "Oh Tes sorry i was spacing out." (Y/n) said. "It seems your magicules are slowly increasing since you have a high focus." I said. "I see but thank you for giving me this short lesson Tes." (Y/n) said. "No problem if you ever need magicule training you know who to come to." I said as he nodded and left the building. 'I think he'll be better than those so called devils.' I said to myself leaving as well.
