You're My Baby

Chapter 34

Harry's POV

        I've known that I'm gay for years, but I've never had a boyfriend before. I told myself that I would date girls, but that hasn't exactly worked out for me. The boy with the lovely straight brown hair and beautiful blue green eyes found his way inside me. Anyways, it's time for English Literature. I take Louis' hand in mine and we enter the class together. As we head towards our seats we get a lot of looks. Some people go "awwwwww" and others roll their eyes. Niall is the first one to actually approach us. He has a smile on his face so it seems he might have kind words for us.

        "Hey Louis. Hi Harry. Congrats on becoming a couple. I just wanted to say that you guys are cute together and I ship it." I laugh. "Thank you." "Listen guys, I'm sorry about Liam. I tried to talk to Liam last night." Immediately, Louis goes pale and tenses up. I put my arm around him to make sure he dosen't pass out. "What did he say?" Niall sighs. "He told me that we're no longer friends and that I should go fuck myself. He also said that isn't the last that you'll hear from him." Louis then starts crying. Ms. Palmer walks in at the exact moment. I give Niall a look and he goes to talk to Ms.Palmer, explaining that I'm going into the hallway to try to calm Louis down.

        I lead Louis down the hall to a quiet corner and we both sit down. He puts his head in his hands and I pull him towards me. I rub his back. "Liam's probably bluffing Louis. You know him, he's all talk most of the time. Plus, he'll be arrested if he even sets a foot on campus. Campus police will be on his ass within a minute." Louis tooks at me with tear streaked eyes. "But what if he does sneak on to campus somehow? What if..... he tries to kill me." A wave of seriousness washes over me. "I will kill him if he ever lays a hand on you again. No one is going to hurt my baby." Louis smiles a bit. "I'm your baby?" I kiss his forehead. "Yes, you are and I will be your baby, as long as you want me to stick around." He gets back up. "Of course I want you to stick around and be my baby. Now let's get back to class. I don't want to miss anymore of that class, even though I hate it with a passion." We enter the class again and take our seats. Hopefully, the rest of the day will be okay for Louis and I.
