A week and 2 days has passed and everything was going somewhat well for the three boys. All the buildings were done being built and stuff is getting produce. When the airfield was made planes were already in the hangars but the airfield wasn't that big but it was big enough to launch multiple planes at once.

The first planes that were their was the planes that skippy launches from his carrier. More specifically we had 20 Ju 87c's, 5 Me 262's, 5 Horten 229's, 30 He 162-A3 and 50 Bf 109 K-14 which was to be discovered not aces.

We actually tested the planes in combat to test how well they were and no we didn't actually shoot any of the planes down just simulation basically. To our surprise skippy's aircraft no only beat every plane but also beat only took 5 losses. Since skippy had aces and his planes fought for a longer time they had experience. Surprising to us was the fact there were no seaplanes but apparently we had to make them first. Which we decided to hold for a while because next was the shipyard.

The shipyard at this point could only make cargo ships, destroyers and light cruisers. Right now we have 3 cargo ships and 6 benson class destroyers being made. With us already having 3 cargo ships and 3 destroyers.

Now lucky for us the gods allow us to instantly make the first ship of the class so we have one benson class destroyer and one liberty class cargo ship. Of course we tested the benson which had the regular armaments of a benson instead of Helens armaments. First we tested the difference between the regular and helens benson against skippy and his aircraft. Results were expected helens ship did everything better than the regular benson can do. Helens "shot down" more than half of skippy's planes while the regular only shot down only a quarter, helens even "downed" 5 of his aces while the regular did not.

The benson class is the only one we can make but these bensons aren't better then helens himself. Any mass production ships that are built are weaker then their ship boy counterparts. Last but not least our main production of materials the factory.

At this point it was only making parts for our ships and aircraft no ground vehicles at this point. Of course we were surprised that the gods decided that to make sure we don't make our island a inhabitable wasteland that the factory would use clean energy. Specifically from the apparent hydroelectric generators below the island. The factory is currently working at full production with it only having to produce small amounts of materials.

As for mission we have done 6 this past week that means we did 8 in total of coming here. 2 missions we did all together, 2 duo missions where there's only two people doing the mission and 3 solo missions. The most successful duo mission was helens and himmels. We have all done a solo mission with skippy being the most successful. The other two missions went without a hitch this time we were more cautious and we had cargo ships to carry the supplies.

The base was slowly growing in size as well instead of having 3 piers we now had 12. The cafeteria and R&D lab had also grew exponentially.

The R&D labs now wasn't barren it was filled with different types of technology which would help skippy. After every mission the lab only grew and grew in size as well. It has also basically gotten an upgrade from modern day to now basically future.

Even the computer skippy had used was made futuristic with being a hologram touch screen. The gods said that these will be the only things that will be futuristic everything else to the factory, airfield and defenses will be WW2.

Now since defenses was said most would believe we would get it or have it. Luckily we technically do the guns we have on our ships can be used for defense. Since we had extra supplies we also had extra guns and radar. Yes since helens is a benson class his ship allowed us to have the Mark 37 Gun Fire Control System.

This allowed us the Americans to fire shots more accurately and now we had it as well thanks to helens, and again lucky for us skippy had made it so not only will it work for me and his guns but also can be put on our ships. We also had the Type SL8 4 meter Rangefinders and Seetakt that was on me and skippy's ship as well.

With the combination of the 8in, 5in, 10.5cm and Bofors we had a really good defense for the island. The gods had said that we only get attacked once we have been seen by any of the factions or the sirens. If the sirens or well any sirens spot us then that's when we will start to get attacked or have "defend the island" missions.

On the island we had 5 8in guns for dealing with ships and anything that tries to land, 10 5in guns for both long range AA and ship fighting as well as artillery, 15 10.5cm guns for the same reason but Medium AA fire and then 32 quad Bofors for well again the same reason but not fighting against ships. We also have about 20-30 gun fire controls, radars and rangefinders. They were spread out across the island to give us a better defense.

But now let's go and check on our three legends cause as of right now their in the cafeteria. Skippy is eating his favorite snack macaroons, helens is drinking some Oxy cola and himmels is cooking up something. Sadly they were interrupted by a call from the gods again.

Dust: "Hello again legends I hope this time we aren't interrupting anything." She said kinda annoyed while gesturing to a certain dark god who laughed nervously.

Himmels: "Nope not this time really I'm just making some lunch, Skippy is eating and Helens is well being helens." He says as Helens finishes a oxy cola and falls asleep.

Skippy: "Can I ask something there's only us three and it seems as though everything is getting bigger does that mean people are coming here real soon?" He started to question the gods.

Dusk: "Actually that's why we came here in the first place cause we wanted to tell you that you will soon get a mission or start getting missions to get more people." He basically answered skippy's question.

Dust: "But these people will not be legends as you three are." She stated which kinda confused the three boys.

Dusk: "You three are the original legends the ones who has actually been her for the longest even if you don't know it you are 10 times more skilled then the people that will come here." Dusk started to explain to the three.

At this point skippy and himmels were deep in thought listening to the two gods while helens was well.

Yea

But anyway dusk continued to explain once more.

Dusk: "See you three have it only with but also against some of the most known shipgirls." He stated.

Dust: "The most notable would be when they had first "discovered" you guys," she paused as she then summoned a large book that didn't crash on the table it floated on to the table, "let me tell you a story of when two of the three legends were first known."

The pages of the book flipped as if a strong wind was blowing through as dust told story and image were being seen as a flashback.

Dust: "This story has no view it was said that one of the shipgirls that was there wrote it." she paused and began to tell the tale

Flashback/book

It was at first a calm sea and day me and some of the other shipgirls were assigned to a massive fleet of ships it had to be about 40-80 in total, we even had some of the most notable shipgirls such as the enterprise, Lexington, Hornet, illustrious, ark royal, vestal, Cleveland, warspite, prince of Wales, King George V and more. This fleet would have beaten anyone or at least that's what everyone thought until we fought our first ships.

The ships we were fighting couldn't even be seen. That calm clear sky turned into a thick fog and heavy storm. Some of the ships that were with us had to retreat because of how heavy the storm was. Luckily it stopped but the god was still there and it was thicker then ever. At first we thought it was the siren and we were in one of their dimensions or 'illusion' but that wasn't the case.

After a while multiple carriers started to say that their losing planes and that their aircraft were getting ambushed. Our radars seemed almost useless we couldn't even track the aircraft or the targets. At this point they decided to group the planes in two big groups nearing 100-200 in each group. Now it was so we thought with that big of a group the enemy was to afraid to fight but that was until they carriers stated that one of the groups were getting attacked.

The group that was being attacked was right in front of the fleet but we couldn't help since we may hit or own planes. The battle was a mess planes were falling left and right to us we couldn't tell who was friend or foe. That was until the carrier ordered their aircraft to stop attacking and retreat back to the carriers so the ship can shoot them down. To our surprise all of the planes turned at the same time and they all landed.

If all of our planes landed and their were no planes retreating or attacking us then that must of meant either two things. First we either shot all of them down or we weren't fighting the enemy at all and was fighting each other. Once we got to where the battle was all we could see was planes that were from our side shot down into the water.

Multiple carriers swore that they not only saw from their planes perspective but also that planes dived from above and attacked their aircraft. The fog gave us a big disadvantage since we could barely tell friend from foe. So we had the idea of getting closer together to at least tell who from who and that worked well.

It was also decided to keep about 20 planes in the air separated and circling the fleet at the same speed so no friendly fire can happen. After that it was an hour of silence with the only sound being heard was aces and distant planes getting closer. That's when enterprise went on alert we told every carrier to tell us when their aircraft would be returning and no one did.

The planes were getting closer and everyone was watching the sky's until the most distinct and fearful sound can be heard.

Everyone immediately looked straight up into the sky to see about 75 aircraft diving down on us. It was the ironblood only they would use Stuka's as dive bombers. Everyone started to fire upwards at them sadly our radars were still no help as the Stuka's dropped their bombs. The bombs that were dropped had to be around 500 to 1000 pounds with some rockets being launched.

Most if not all of the bombs and rockets that were launched hit someone. Mostly the main fleet with hornet getting a broken flight deck, illustrious getting a few fires ark Royal nearly losing consciousness and warspite getting knocked out. Once the planes dropped their load and pulled off one plane got close enough to the point where I can see the symbol on it.

It was a disaster but luckily everybody survived the attack but most of us were damaged and we still couldn't even find who did this. It was decided that the ones who had been hit return to base and I was not one of those people. The rest would continue on trying to find whoever did this.

I don't know if the damaged ships made it or not but let's hope. Right now their were about 20 of us left in the fleet mainly cruisers and destroyers. This time we didn't have any carriers with us but we did have some battleships. That's when our radar started to work again and we could detect stuff through the fog.

The first thing we detect is a large ship right in front us not big enough to be a battleship so it could of been a cruiser of some kind. We didn't even get a chance to try and identify the ship as it had started to engage us. Some of the Shell did hit some our cruiser but they were still able to fight until they were hit again. This time they had to retreat the destroyers didn't have the range to engage with our guns so we had to get closer.

We gotten a bit too close as the secondary guns of ship opened up on us. The guns weren't that accurate but it was still able to get some hits on a few of us. The ones that were hit launched torpedoes and retreated back to base. The battleships were already firing on the ship but it was moving to much no it looked to be changing. But before we could fully realize what was going on the ship it started to turn away from us which at that point started to get envelope by the fog. No the fog didn't envelope it the fog was growing thicker and was heading straight for us.

At this point everyone retreated while we could still detect the ship on our radars we didn't want to take the chance of another surprise. Sadly we still did as the same amount of planes came after us with some new ones in the mix. Luckily this time we were able to down a few of them I would say 30 in total were downed.

But it was for nothing as everyone was in someway hurt and damaged some of us had our main guns disabled, some had no radars or long range communications and some had fires luckily we were able to put the out quickly. We had no loses but we took massive amount of damage. Another attack from either that cruiser or carrier will kill us.

So we headed back and as soon as we did the cruiser was off of our radars and the fog lessened to the point it was calm again. It took us nearly 2 to 3 hours to head back to base where we saw everyone else who was in the fleet. Their ship having holes on their decks, guns destroyed, remnants of fire and ash coating the ships. No one knew who had attacked us but we knew they were not a force to be messed with so easily.

These ships marked themselves at the strongest and that no one could beat them.

The book shut as they get back into the world and figure out what was said.

Skippy: "But wait that was obviously me and hel," he pauses hating himself slightly, " that was me and himmels story but what about Helens?" He questioned.

Helens was also somewhat questioning but like always.

(Not saying is a girl but he acts laffey)

Dust: "Sadly enough Helens story is lost only a few people actually know of his legendary while you two were taking on fleets he was defending convoys supply routes and capital ships." She answered skippy.

Dusk: "But he never had fought you two or even encountered you two the only time you guys got close enough is when skippy planes attacked a convoy and Helens was escorting it." He stated.

Dust: "The battle was quick since skippy only attacked it since he loved to attack convoys and also it was nearby at the time." She quickly explained.

Himmels: "Hmm ok back to the legends and people thing." He said trying to get off the fighting topic.

Dusk: "Ah yes well these people will be let's say knights or guards in a way they will technically be your protectors." He explained which now catches Helens ears.

Helens: "But I'm a destroyer I shouldn't be protected I should be protecting." He said then drinking an oxy cola.

Dust: "You are and will be but your very important as well so you will need some protection." He explained to helens who somewhat disliked the idea.

Dusk: "But anyways that's what we wanted to tell you at this point we will answer more questions later but," an alarm played on their watches meaning a mission was about to happen, "you have a missions to complete."

Then the two gods disappeared leaving the boys to look at their watches and see something surprising.
