On his way to an undisclosed location accompanied by the special forces team, Alex is briefed by Brad Smith, second in command to Gen. Munson about the current developing situation. Brad tells Alex that they are developing a state-of-the-art crime subduing program codenamed project P.E.A.C.E. Alex confused as to why he's dragged into this conundrum presses for more information when Brad informs Gen. Munson will further debrief him due to the closely guarded and secretive nature of the project. As considerable time passes by, they arrive at their location which turns out to be in the middle of the Atacama Desert where Alex is accompanied into an underground hi-tech research facility greeted by Gen. Munson and a team of other scientists. Munson reveals that they are developing project P.E.A.C.E which stands for Psychic Energy Augmented Controlling Exo-suit.
