It's 6:00 pm and I still didn't hear anything from Gray. I'm really worried now because this Van didn't look harmless to be honest...

I know for sure that Grayson is doing some criminal shit.

This boy will get into big trouble...

My mom walks into my room.

Mom:„You're still not ready yet?"

Leyla:„I can't find something pretty to wear."

She comes next to me. Now we both stay in front of my wardrobe and look for an outfit.

Mom:„ Your dad and Sean want to tell us something."

Leyla:„Yeah, I already know that, Ethan told me. Do you know what they're going to tell us?"

Mom:„Yes."

Leyla:„And what is it?"

Mom:„It's a surprise."

Great. I have to wait until they tell us... But I'm an impatient person. I hate surprises.  Ugh.. never mind.

After 15 Minutes we finally found something pretty. It's simple, a white high waisted jeans with a black top and a red hijab.

Mom:,,Be ready in 30 minutes."

Leyla:„Okay."

She walks out my room and closes the door. I look at my phone, before I get dressed, to see if Grayson texted me, but no, still nothing. This boy makes me crazy.

Grayson often got in trouble for example in the school, outside or with his parents. He always gets into trouble. But I still love him as my best friend and I'm so glad to have him in my life. But I'm scared, what if he gets into big trouble with the police? Maybe I'm just overthinking and when I'm at his house I find out he was sleeping the whole time. Ugh... I'm still going to kill him no matter what.

When I'm finished dressing.  I go downstairs and see that my parents are waiting for me. My mom holds the meal she cooked earlier in her hands and looks at me.

Mom:,,Finally."

Dad:„You got everything you need?"

Leyla&Mom:„Yes."

Dad:„Good, let's go. Sean is already waiting for us."

Mom:„Yeah yeah, just open the door."

My dad and Sean love each other like brothers. They can't stay with out one another. That's why Grayson's family lives next to us.

We go outside and walk straight up to the Dolan house. We can see that Sean is waiting outside. My dad runs to him and they hug as if they haven't each other for 500 years... They saw each other 2 hours ago...

Both go inside. Then we were greeted by Lisa (Grayson's mom). She is a wonderful woman, she is so nice and so lovingly. I lover her so much.

Lisa:„Hey Leyla."

She hugs me.

Leyla:„Hey."

Then she goes to my mom and hugs her as well.

Lisa:„Leyla, Ethan and Cameron are downstairs."

I nod.

Leyla:„Okay."

Ethan and Grayson have an older sister. Her name is Cameron and she is so unique. She is like a sister to me and I can trust her blind.

I go downstairs and see them either on their phone or watching TV.

Leyla:„Hey."

Cameron gets up and takes me into a tight hug. Ethan does the same.

Cameron&Ethan:„Hey."

Then Ethan went to do the same thing he did 10 seconds ago.

Cameron takes me by my hand and we both sit on the couch.

Leyla:„Oh my god, Cam."

Cam:„Yes?"

Leyla:„I saw Nash today."

Cam:„Oh my god, did you talk to him?"

Leyla:„No... I'm too shy to do that."

Ethan:„They're just watching each other from the distant like in those Bollywood movies."

He starts laughing.

Leyla:„You shut up, you don't even got the courage to talk to Riley. So please."

He gets red and looks away.

Ha!

I dedicate myself back to Cam.

Cam:„You have to talk to him!"

Leyla:„Yeah... I know but what should i say to him?"

Cam:„What about a simple Hi?"

She rolls her eyes.

Leyla:„Ugh it's not that simple Cam... I need to find a reason to talk to him."

She sighs and face palms herself.

Cam:„ You told me the same thing six moths ago... And you still didn't find a reason? Leyla to be honest, you don't need one just go and talk to him!"

Yes, I'm having a crush on him for six months now... and she is right, I have to talk to him.

Leyla:„Yeah, you're probably right."

Cam:„I'm always right haha."

Yeah, too often when you ask me...

I stand up and walk to stairs, I want to go to Grayson and see what he is doing.

But Ethan stopped me and told me he is not here.

What does he mean he is still not here?

It's funny how they always know that I want to go to him even if I don't say it hahaha.

Leyla:,,He is still outside?"

Ethan:„Jop, I tried to call him but he isn't picking up Hits phone."

Leyla:„Same."

Cam:„Don't worry that idiot will be back soon."

Ethan:„Yeah, but dad will be mad when Gray comes late. Today is an important day for him you know."

Leyla:„Ethan is right, they'll be so mad at him."

But Grayson doesn't care anyway.

Cam:„He will come, don't worry."

She is right, he'll come no matter what.

I sat back and we continued talking and doing funny things until Lisa called us. She wants us to come upstairs so we can eat.

We go upstairs and walk into the kitchen.

Wow, there is so many food on the table, gosh i think I fell in love.

We sit down.

Of course, my dad and Sean sit next to each other just like mom and Lisa. Cam and I sit in front of each other and Ethan sits next to me.

Sean noticed that Gray is missing.

Sean:„Where is Grayson?"

Ethan:„He said he'll join us later."

Sean:„Call him and tell him he has to come home now!"

Ethan:„I tried to call him but he doesn't pick up his phone."

Sean sighs and looks at me.

Sean:„Leyla, can you try to call him? I know for sure he'll pick up when he sees your number."

I nod.

Leyla:„Okay I'll try."

I get up and go to the living room to call Grayson.

Hey, I'm not reachable at the moment so please leave a message after the beep.

His mailbox... ugh

I'll try again.

Beep*Beep*Beep*

Grayson:„Yes?"

Oh yes! Finally!

Leyla:„Grayson where are you? Your dad wants you here now!"

Grayson:„Sweety I can't talk right now. Tell him I'll be there in 30 minutes."

I can hear someone talking in the background. It's a man and he sounds angry.

Leyla:„Gray--"

He hanged up.

How can he dare to hang up on my face?
This boy wants to die.

I walk back to the kitchen.

Sean:„And?"

Leyla:„He said he'll be home in 30 minutes."

Sean:„I knew he would pick up when you call him."

My dad puts his hand on his shoulder.

Dad:„Everybody knew it Sean."

Sean:„You're right. Leyla you can go back to your seat."

I do what he said and go back to my seat.

Sean stands up and looks to us.

I think he wants to say something.

Sean:„We came as a family together today to celebrate mine and Mehmet's friendship. I'm so glad to have a true friend like him and I hope our friendship will never end."

My dad stands up and gives him a tight hug. They're true friends.

They both sit and we all start eating.

Lisa:„Sometimes I think my husband loves his friend more than me. , l

Mom:„Same."

We start laughing, yeah sometimes you can really think something like that.

Sean:„Hello Madame, our love and my love to my friend is not the same."

All:„Ohooooo Hahahahahaha."

We ate and continued our talking.

We sat here for about an hour now and Grayson still didn't show up yet.

And now I'm more worried than I was before.

Sean:,,I thought Grayson was going to come 30 minutes ago?"

Leyla:„I thought the same."

Dad:„Whatever, let's just don't wait anymore and tell them what we wanted to say."

Sean:„We wanted to tell you guys something."

Dad:„20 years ago we gave us a promise and now it's time to achieve it."

Sean:„We want---"

Suddenly this black Van approached.

Leyla:„Grayson is here!"

We all look to the window.

The Vans stops, opens its doors and throws Grayson out, who is unconscious and seriously injured.

Leyla:„GRAYSON!"
