Julia Third POV

Julia gradually walked up to the restroom and closed the door behind her. All the time her head was bent low, until she got to the big mirror occupying the female restroom. She gradually raised her head to look at herself in the mirror.

She felt low esteemed. All her life, she always felt low esteemed. The people who were there to give her that little courage are being difficult to understand, she thought.

          I looked at myself carefully as a tear dropped from my left eye.
When I cry Rose and Jayden were there,
When I'm sad Rose and Jayden were there,
When I'm lonely Rose and Jayden were there and
When I'm been bullied Rose and Jayden were there.

But today Rose and Jayden watched me get bullied in front of everyone, I wasn't only bullied I was also Insulted and mocked. What the shit is wrong with them now?

I can't give up. If I want my friends back I'll have to be strong, I'll try all my possibility to bring them back. I cleaned the few tears that dropped from my face and tried to smile but it faded because I saw it was a sad smile.

How will I attend classes now?

Then a female with dark light skin entered into the restroom smiling at me. Well... Here's another student to mock me. I studied her carefully ready to hear the shit she would say but she just stretched fort her hand handing me some cloths.

I tilt my head in confusion and she smiled. Those smiles of hers were charming.

"Aren't you going to at least receive the cloths I'm lending you?" She asked still smiling at me.

I kept studying her appearance. She wore a hoodie and a blue jean trouser and packed her black natural curly hair with a rubber band.

"Uhm... May I know why you're lending me those cloth of yours?"

"Because I'm trying to be a good Samaritan, duh! I've got cloth to help someone in need for it, why don't I lend it to that person. So pa.. lease take it." She replied still smiling.

I took the cloths from her saying a "Thank you so much", as I changed into a hoodie and a black leggings.

"Thanks so much." I appreciated once more feeling a tints of happiness.

"No problem mo... That's just me helping students in need."

"So... I'll like to know my helper's name." I said grinning nervously.

"Oh... Well... My name is Loveth... Loveth Simeon."

"Wow... Nice name for a nice person like you."

"Yeah..." She said blushing a little.
"I'm from Nigeria and you're?" She asked.

"I'm from Canada. And wow...you're beautiful with that natural hair of yours." I complimented.

"Yep...It's normal for we Nigerian girls." She chuckled nervously.

"I'm Julia Robert... The needy." I said jokily.

"Oh I see... I'm your helper your my needy." She said grinning and we both ended up chuckling.

"Thanks so much, really... I'm really great full."

I appreciated genuinely and she nodded smiling happily as we left the restroom heading to our different direction.

Now I get to understand that
The only way to have friends is to be one

Stepping out form the house I saw Rose heading to school as I quickly joined her.

"Good morning Lia mi amor." She greeted me happily with the nickname she usually calls me when we were in junior high.

"Good morning... How was your night?" I greeted with same happiness.

"Nice and yours?"

"Splendid of course."

"I'm having food and nutrition this morning and you?" She asked now staring at me.

"Nothing," I said smiling.

We both entered into a taxi which took us straight to college. Come to think of it... Spring high college isn't quite far from home It's just 15 minutes drive but I prefer using car for now since I'm not familiar with the roads yet.

We got into the college premises as we saw Britney and Jayden kissing their faces close to his car. I saw myself smiling because they look cute together, is just Britney is rude but Rose stared at them disgusted, mumbling "Stupid shit... Bunch of shitty people" and walked off.

I followed her inside the building as she went to her class while I moved to the reading hall. Yep, this college has a very large reading hall but unfortunately it wasn't quiet. Everybody is making loud noises here and there. I sat down on an empty sit and brought out my physics textbook, my notebook and a rough note.

After hours of reading, I just decided to stare around to understand my surrounding. Then my eyes landed on a guy.

Oh my... He's so handsome. He has a brown hair, brown eyes and a cheerful smile but Jayden's smile is more preferable than his. What I'm I saying? He's also handsome.

I want to know his name... But I'm too shy to go ask him for his name. He was talking to a girl and the girl pecked him on his cheeks as she blushes.

Get away from him.
Come on Julia are you thinking straight.
I just sat down there staring and observing him.

I was brought down from my reverie when the bell rang signaling we should head to the cafeteria for lunch. I quickly packed up my stuff, stuffing them into my bag carefully. The guy I was staring at walked passed me with his friends. Aww... so nice to see him close.

Yeesh... Julia stop behaving like a junior school girl who have got a crush on some random guy.

I walked up to the cafeteria ordered what I want to eat and sat down on my usual dinning table. I started digging into my food when I heard laugh and cheers.

I looked up to see Jayden and Britney with their friends striding behind them. Jayden said something which made them laugh as they sat around their tables close to where my table was.

The table Jayden sat on was in the middle of the hall close to my table which was by the left then Britney and her friends sat at the right.

"Hellow..." Lilian greeted sitting at my right.

"Hey!!" Loveth greeted sitting at my left.

"Hi!!" Rose greeted facing me.

"Owh... Hi guys... How was your classes?"

"Good," said Rose.

"Not good, " said Lilian and Loveth.

"Whyyy?" I asked

"Math is soo hard. Can you imagine... We are having tests tomorrow when tests are meant to be on every Thursday." Loveth complain.

"Yeah... " Lilian supported.

"Just read, you'll do well," Rose said calmly.

"Like it would be easy," Lilian scoffed.

It seems Lilian and Loveth are in same department.

"Rose meet Lilian and Loveth... Lilian and Loveth meet my childhood friend Rose." I introduced them with a wild smile.

"Nice to meet you two, " Rose said maturely.

That's another thing I like about Rose. She's always matured, she isn't loud and she even has the princess like attitude, with her steps, the way she talks, the way she eat... She's just so matured.

"Your friend since childhood," Lilian and Loveth almost screamed with wide eyes.

Urh... For Lilian and Loveth they seem very loud and less matured.

"Yep... " I chirped.

"Oh my my my," they said in union.

"This is what they call friendship," Lilian said smiling at Rose and I.

"We've got sport classes anytime soon... So you three should quit the talking and eat." Rose reminded us as Loveth and Lilian chuckled.

Loveth and Lilian are some worth lively... I like it.

We 4 were done eating as we went to the ladies changing room to change into sport attires. We were told to go straight to the basket ball court. When we got there the boys were already playing.

The games were between the lions and the tigers... Yep does were the popular teams playing against each other. I got to know Jayden belong to the Lions.

Jayden teams were wining the tigers and the latter were not happy about it. All the while Britney and her girls were cheering them proudly.

Wow the way Jayden bicep flexed under his shirt was addictive. He was playing the ball professionally like an expert, any time his member pass him the ball he always win the target.

As Jayden toss the ball at any given opportunity the tiger team grumbles in annoyance. I studied the tiger team to see the guy I saw in the reading hall, he's angry that the opposite team is winning him but he still manages to put a smile on his face.
So sweet...

"Aww... Isn't he so handsome?" Lilian asked dreamily.

"Jayden right?" I quipped

"Emm...yeah but not him. I meant the guy with brown hair and blue eyes standing beside Jayden. " She described as I searched for him with my eyes.

"Oh yeah he is." I complimented.

"His name is Max... I've got a crush on him."

"That's sweet." I won't blame her the guy is handsome.

"Oh pa...lease... Don't forget David, he's also eye catching." Loveth quipped as I looked for who the guy was.

"The tan skin guy with black curly hair. " She described as I noticed that the guy was standing beside Jayden.

"Yeah he's handsome too." I commented.

"Don't forget Nicole too." Lilian added.

I searched the Nicole of a guy who has black hair and blue eyes, he's also eye catchy too.

"The three of them are Jayden's friend, right?" I asked as they both nodded their head dreamily.

"Nicole is very close to Jayden than David and Max." Loveth informed.

Wow! Jayden have got attractive friends.

"Oh pls... Stop with the acting... You three are acting like kids crushing on their toys," Rose said being irritated as she stood in front of us.

Loveth and Lilian just giggled... This girls.

And at the end of the game the lions won the tigers. The referee blew the whistle telling the guys to leave the court. As they left the court my eyes has always been on the guy I saw in the reading hall.

"Girls, girls butt in." The referee shouted.

Owh... So we're also playing basket ball... Nice.

Rose, Lilian, Loveth and I with some other girls entered into the right hand side of the court while Britney and her group of people did same occupying the left hand side of the court.

Then the referee blew the whistle and the game began.
For fuck sake I tried getting the ball from Britney but she purposely pushed be on the stomach with the ball and scored. Everyone cheered for her.

No that's cheating.

Rose tossed me the ball as I headed towards their net, Britney forcefully pushed me to the ground as she tried grabbing the ball from me but I didn't let her, she quickly stepped on my feet, grabbed the ball from me, pushed Loveth with the ball and scored.

No... I won't take it... That's pure cheating.
Didn't the referee see it.

I walked up to the referee and tapped him on his shoulder to get his attention. He turned around and gave me a questioning look.

"Sir... Britney have been playing in an unfair manner since we started this game." I complained.

"Well playing unfair to win the game, I won't object it." He answered in a carefree manner.

"What? Sir why?"

"The most important aspect is to win the game fair or unfair."

"Sir... Every games have rules."

"And I never stated any rules you should follow."

He was right and completely wrong. Why should we play games wrongly when we were given rules to follow. He smiled at me and continue to do whatever he was doing.

Okay then you want unfair game... I'll show you an unfair gave.
You want us to win at all means... Just you wait and see.

The referee blew the whistle once again, after few toss the ball landed on Britney hold. She ran towards me as she attempted to push me away but Instead I slapped the ball away from her hold and elbowed her making her land on the floor.

I ran towards their net and toss it from a good distance. Now we are 1:2.

I was with the ball as she tried to make me fall to the floor but Instead I stepped on her feet forcefully making her cry in pain. I toss the ball to Lilian and she scored. 2:2.

Of course we scored the last shot. 3:2. Britney gave me dagger glare and walked off as I and the girls hugged ourselves cheerfully. We broke the hug as my eyes landed on Jayden.

I'm going to ask him if we girls played well. So I walked towards him. Lilian tried calling me back but I ignored her.

I know Jayden doesn't recognise me or remember who I am. Maybe if I start from afresh would may make him recall who I am, It's no pain.
