Julia Third POV

It was recess time already and Julia was going to meet Andrew on top of the school building. She read his text message after chemistry classes. Heading up the stairs someone gripped her wrist stopping her in motion.

When she looked bind her she saw it was Jayden with a stern face.
What does he want? She wondered.

"Where the hell are you going?"

"It's non of your business." I replied.

"Come on Julia, I don't like that guy."

"That's totally your problem not mine." I told him.

"Why did you choose to like that fool?" He asked angrily.

"Jayden I've told you, It's non of your business and stop insulting him."

"Have you ever considered my feelings for you, Julia?"

"And have you ever considered Rose feelings too." I told him.

"Stop telling me that shit Julia, stop," he said angrily.

"And you too, don't tell me that shit too." I also replied trying to release my wrist from his hold but he only held it firmly.

I could see tears gather up in his eyes.
Is Jayden's about to tear up?

"Juli can't you see? They are all trying to get in between us. 1st was Rose now is Andrew," he said sadly.

"No one is coming in between us, you're just over thinking things but Instead you're the one who is coming in between Andrew and I. So I tell you now, just back off," I spoke up, rudely pushing him away and continue to held to the school top building.

I didn't bother to look bind me to see if Jayden was infuriated by my action or if he's saddened by the words I told him.
All I know is that, I like only Andrew and no one else.

I finally got to the top building to see Andrew waiting patient for me.
Such a sweet guy.

"I apologies for keeping you waiting." I apologised.

"No need, you had things to take care of," he said calmly.

Oh my, he understands. What a nice guy?

"I also apologies for last time, living you all by yourself at this roof in the middle of the night." He apologised.

"No no no, no need to say. You also had things to take care of." I told him.

He quickly covered my both palms with his hand.

"Julia, that night, I wanted to tell you that I've liked you since the first time I set my eyes on you. I apologies for confessing now. I know I'm late," he said sadly.

"Oh pls don't say that, you aren't late okay. I've also liked you for a pretty long time." I told him.

"Oh thanks so much. I thought you were going to reject me,'' he said embracing me.

His embrace felt empty. But why. I'm just over thinking.
I also embraced him with a smile.

"I know this is wrong way but can you be my girlfriend or do you need time to think it through?" He asked me.

Why is he so nice?

"What if I say yes right now?" I asked him as a happy smile creped up his face.

"Yes pls," he said embracing me once again.

But why does his embrace feel cold and empty.

"So around 8:30 pm would you be set for our first date, tomorrow?" He asked with a smile.

"Yeah, I will be."

"Wonderful." He added as the bell rang for our next class.

"Alright, see you later." He told me running to his class without waiting for my reply.

Yeah see you later. I said to myself smiling so wide. I feel happy but I'm not sure if that's true happiness.

Why I'm I feeling this way, now?

Loveth, Lilian and I were now leaving English class heading out from the school building.

"Guys I'm going on a date." I told them with a smile.

"Oh my. Is it with Jayden?" Lilian asked enthusiastically.

Why must she mention his name?

"No It's with Andrew," I said enthusiastically as the jolly smile on Lillian's face dropped.

"Oh," Was her only reply as she kept walking forward nonchalantly.

"I should have known." Loveth said also behaving nonchalant.

"Come on girls, aren't you happy for me?" I asked them becoming angry with their actions too.

"I am but I don't really like Andrew," Loveth said sincerely.

"Well I'm not happy for you. Period." Lilian told me.

Of course she won't, she haven't liked Andrew for once.

"I don't get the both of you. I like Andrew so much, why can't you two understand that? What kind of friends are you both?" I asked being very annoyed.

"We know that. Is just that, I feel he'll hurt you," Lilian said calmly.

"I don't think he will." I told him. "Seriously, I do like Andrew and he does feel same for me."

Lilian and Loveth glanced at themselves and smile.
"Well, you have a point," said Loveth.

"What are friends for, huh? We'll support you and him." Lilian added with a smile.

"Thanks for always understanding me girls."

"Of course. If that idiot try any nonsense. I'll give him a piece of my nasty mind." Lilian warned as I nodded my head.

Today was the day I'm going on my first date with Andrew, I'm so happy.

I put on a knee length dress and packed my head on a pony tail applying a brown powder on my face and glanced at the mirror when I heard the door bell.

Wow! He's here.

I rushed towards the door with a smile, once I opened it my smile fell down to see Jayden standing in front of the door not Andrew.
Why the hell is here?

"Jayden?" I called his name with a questioning face.

He only smiled at me and quickly hugged me.
What the hell? But... But... I feel warm. I feel so relax that I almost hugged him and closed my eyes in the process.

I've never felt this way, when a guy hugs me.
I felt loved just with his hug.
But no. I'm going out with a guy, I can't be embracing another guy, so I pulled myself from his warm hug.

I was enjoying the way he smelled. He smelled like sweet strawberry mint. I need that right now. No think straight.

"Are you still going out with that dork?" He asked with an unfriendly tone.

"Yes so pls leave."

"And I don't want to," he said walking in closing the door bind him

"Jayden just leave, don't anger me this evening."

"I don't mind if I'm still staying right here with you." He told me as he wrapped his hand around my waist, swiftly dragging me into him as he stared into my eyes.

And my body quickly responded to his sweet touch. Why do I feel so entice when his hand are all over me?

"Jay, stop this madness," I said trying to push him through his chest.

Damn when did he get this muscular. But immediately my hand itches to wrap my arm around him and feel his soft hair in between my finger.

Shit. Why I'm I thinking this way?
I need to get away from him.
I pushed away from him as my breath steadied. But my heart started to beat continuously. Why is it so?

"Alright, if you're going out with him, let me be your driver."

"What did you say?" I asked not sure if I heard right.

"I said I want to your driver." He told me and it only made me laugh out loud.

Oh my, Jayden won't kill me, he want to be our driver. Hahaha.

"Jayden you know you're so funny. Thanks so much for your offer but my boyfriend will do that."

Immediately Jayden expression hardened as I see hatred and anger written all over his face.

"What did you say?" He questioned angrily.

"I said my boyfriend..."

"Don't ever call him your boyfriend juli." He yelled at me.

"And if I do Jay. He's my boyfriend and if you aren't okay with it, disappear." I told him angrily.

"Juli why? Juli why have you proceeded to torment me like this?" He questioned once again as he held my shoulders, shaking me in anger.

I pushed him away also being furious of the way he yelled at me. "If you feel tormented then leave." I told him.

Jayden stared at me for a good 5 seconds as his eyes gather water. He brushed his head in frustration as the tears from his eyes dropped. "Juli why? Why this? Why this now?"  He kept mumbling to himself.

Is he crying? Am I making him cry? My heart also felt heavy. Just why?

"Jayden leave," I said and then the door bell rang.

Shit. Andrew is here.
Jayden is going to ruin everything.

"Jayden hide." I told him in panic.

Jayden glared at me in anger and walked up to the door to open it.
"No Jayden don't do that." I whispered yelled but he did otherwise and opened the god damn door.

"Juli why is Jayden's car..." Andrew stopped speaking immediately he sighted Jayden who towered him a little.

Andrew glanced at him and then to Jayden. I was so freaking nervous. The tension within we three was 100 decree centigrade. 

"Juli why is...."

"Don't ever call her that." He interjected Andrew.

"Juli lets..."

"I said don't ever fucking call her that." Jayden interjected warning him furiously.

"Jayden I can call my girlfriend whatever I please." Andrew told him.

"What the hell did you say?" Jayden asked being infuriated with Andrew's recent reply.

"I can call my girlfriend... "

" She's not your girlfriend." Jayden told him cutting him off again.

What is wrong with Jayden?

"Step aside man." Andrew told Jayden calmly.

"I said she's not your fucking girlfriend," Jayden said in an obsessed tone holding Andrew by his shirt while glaring at him with dangerous daggers.

It was so clear that Jayden could beat up Andrew here and now.

"Jayden stop." I told him trying to pull his grip on Andrew's shirt. But he kept deaf ears.

"Jayden, I said stop this nonsense." I yelled at him angrily.

He released Andrew by throwing him backwards, glared at me and walked out of the house entering his car and zoomed off.

I ran over to Andrew with scared expression. Andrew will not want to go out with me anymore.

"Andrew are you okay?"

"I'm cool lets go." He told me walking towards his car.
I could see he was clearly angry.

Jayden, I hate you for this.

Andrew quickly forgot about what happened and a smile was now plastered on his fine face.

But damn it Jayden was much more handsome than him.
I shock my head. I shouldn't compare him with Jayden.

"Where I'm taking you. You will love it." Andrew told me.

"Really."

"Yes," he replied smiling at me.

But Jayden's smile was much better than his. When Jay smiles showing off those cute dimple your heart melts immediately. Andrew smiles felt plain.

Come on Julia, you're going out with Andrew, stop thinking about Jayden.

We finally got to a well known restaurant. I got down from the car as he opened his palm for me to hold. When I held his hand, i didn't feel anything. No electric shock. No feeling of butterflies. This is so old.

I thought he was going to order a table for two but we got into an elevator going to the highest floor. When we got there, I saw a round table with chairs at opposite sides.

The arrangement was beautiful, no denial.
He pulled out a chair for me as I took my sit and he took his.
There was already food set on the table even with drinks.

"If you don't like this, I can call them to change the order." He enquired.

"Nop. This is quite okay." I told him and true it was okay.

But I felt out of place. What are all this uncomfortable feelings.

I was done eating as I stood up to enjoy the sight of the city from the top of the building. This place was truly beautiful.

Andrew turned me around to face him as he wrapped his arms around my waist. His hold felt empty, so empty. The way Jayden held me was very enticing but his was so empty.

"I'm happy you're my girlfriend," He said sweetly as he pecked my lips.

I felt nothing. No spark, no butterflies that little kiss felt so damn empty.

What is wrong with me and this feeling of emptiness around him?

Suddenly, someone pulled Andrew away from me and stood in front of me protectively.
Immediately that scent of sweet strawberry mint hit my nose. It was definitely Jayden.
Did he follow us here? He freaking followed us here.
Why the hell is he here? Jayden what the fuck is wrong with you?

"Get your filthy hands off her." Jayden told Andrew angrily.

"Jayden stop this." I also told him.

"Man let us be." Andrew spoke up.

Jayden didn't reply as he gripped my wrist pulling me towards elevator.

"Lets go home, now," Jayden said still dragging me towards the elevator.

"Jayden stop your stupidity and let go of my wrist. "

"I said, I'm taking you home."

"No matter your nonsense Jayden. She will be mine. She's my girlfriend already so fuck off." Andrew told Jayden.

Jayden didn't reply.

"Very soon. I'll kiss does kissable lips of hers and while I do. I'll nibble on it and suck it pulling her into me," Andrew said laughing in the process.

Before I knew it Jayden left my hand and landed a heavy blow on Andrew's face making his nose break and bleed.

Shit. Jayden stop this. As Jayden proceeded to give him another blow, I held his hand.

"Jayden stop this nonsense, what the hell is wrong with you." I yelled at him.

But he didn't feel affected and grabbed wrist in a protective manner and pulled me into the elevator and down we go.

"Jayden let me go, " I said stubbornly.

But it went deaf ears.
