"So it was more tan just a scratch." the lilac muttered looking at the unconscious blonde. He had collapsed earlier when he went to his room, even though he was in pain, he didn't tell anyone. He looked like he was sleeping, there was no sign of distress on his face at all.

Leaving Elizabeth to take care of Meliodas, Konomi left Boar Hat to see Diane. "Diane!" she called.

The giant turned to look at her, "You told me earlier that Gil said that Ban was in Baste Dungeon, right?"

Diane nodded, "He also said that King had passed." she added.

"King wouldn't die that easily you know." Konomi looked at Diane while saying that, she gave her a look that the giant couldn't understand. Does she even know about King's feelings for her?

When the group finally arrived at the town, Diane marched inside in search for a doctor while carrying the injured blonde. However, the town did not act like she wanted, with a giant in town, the people starting panicking, running away from Diane, ignoring her calls for help for Meliodas.

"Diane, you're scaring the people, no doctor will come out art this rate." the lilac stated, gazing at the fleeting figures of the people.

"But-"

"It's okay, me, Elizabeth and Hawk will search for a doctor. Right?" Konomi said.

"Yes." the princess replied.

"You take care of Meliodas." Konomi ordered the Serpent's Sin of Envy who nodded.

After the three finally managed to find a doctor, Elizabeth looked at Diane who was worriedly staring at the blonde through the window. A giant can't enter a small house after all.

The lilac couldn't tear her eyes away from the doctor, there was just something that seemed to frustrate her. She was feeling as if she was being watched, and being watched was a hint that bad things were to come.

Just when he was about to give Meliodas a medicine Konomi yelled, "Stop!"

The doctor froze in his place, eyes wide.

The reaction from the doctor just confirmed to her that there was something fishy going on around here. Snatching the medicine out of the doctor's hand, the lilac sniffed loudly. She then drank the whole thing before realizing what it was, "Wolfsbane, deadly nightshade, cantharidin and henbane's leaf. A specially mixed deadly poison." Konomi mumbled, Elizabeth gasped when she realized that the doctor just tied to kill Meliodas.

The lilac then smirked, "But doctor, too bad that poison doesn't affect me at all." she said grabbing the blonde and throwing him over her shoulders, noticing the blonde as he held tightly to his broken swords, Konomi surpassed the urge to smile.

The doctor took a few steps back, now feeling fear of the lilac haired girl.

"I had high hopes for you Dr.Dana." a voice from an unknown source spoke.

The doctor panicked, "I did my job, the girl with purple hair ruined everything! Please don't break the deal!" he yelled.

The voice completely ignored the doctor's pleas and said, "I am the Holy Knight weird fangs. Princess Elizabeth, I have come to pick you up."

Konomi's eyes narrowed dangerously, "Elizabeth, take care of Meliodas." she ordered, the princess didn't waste a minute in holding the blonde with Hawk's help. Turning to the Holy Knight, the lilac kicked the knight sending him flying through the window, breaking it as a process. "

Looking through the window, Konomi realized that Diane was fighting some nasty bugs.

They have us cornered, she observed.

The knight whom she kicked somehow managed to came back and attempted too punch her jaw, the lilac took a step back and dodged the attack before summoning a scythe. The knight's eyes widened, "Where did you bring that from?" he asked with surprise.

Konomi ignored her and swung her scythe, causing a deep wound on his chest. "Are you really a Holy Knight? You're really weak, you know?" she mocked.

The doctor, Elizabeth, and Hawk stared at Konomi with wide eyes. "Sh-She's crazy."

"Why are you having that much trouble with that kid?" another knight appeared, catching everyone by surprise. He took that to his advantage and grabbed Meliodas by the face from Elizabeth and Hawk.

"G-Give him back!" Elizabeth yelled.

The knight tried to snatch the sword out of Meliodas's grip, when he did he threw the blonde away from him. However, when the knight finally thought he got rid of the blonde, he saw him holding the sword in his hand like his life depended on it.

"Let go of the sword." the knight said.

"I can't let go of this sword even if I die." Meliodas said as a great deal of energy was surging out of him. "This is the one and only thing I can do to atone for my sins."

"Meliodas-sama?" the princess called confused. Although the lilac was gazing at the blonde with a small frown on her face, her scythe was covered in blood before it disappeared from her hand.

"It doesn't matter what nonsense you spew out! I am taking this sword and the princess!" the knight yelled at Meliodas, who looked at him with a deadly glare with a strange black colored symbol on his forehead, his eyes being mysteriously colored black.

The knight was overwhelmed with fear which made him flee immediately from the already broken window.

"He ran away." Hawk commented.

"You're Meliodas-sama, right?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yo, Elizabeth, Konomi, and pig bastard." he greeted, returning to his usual personality.

"Thank God! It's the usual Meliodas!" Elizabeth exclaimed.

"But this guy called me pig bastard." Hawk said.

"Where are we?" Meliodas asked looking around. Konomi sighed, "We are currently near Baste Dungeon." she answered.

"And that weird guy?"

"A Holy Knight called Golgius. It looked like he was after Elizabeth and your broken sword." Hawk explained to him. "And it turned that shitty doctor over there was on his side."

When they all looked the doctor was nowhere to be found, "He ran away? Let's go after him!" the pig yelled running before being stopped by Elizabeth who grabbed him by his ear.

"Wait," she shouted. "Meliodas-sama's wounds aren't healed yet."

Taking his bandages off Meliodas looked at his now healed wound, "It's already healed." he said.

"What?! No way!"

"Great! Now we don't have to worry about your wounds." Konomi said.

"But what about the poison you drank, Konomi-chan?" the pig asked.

"Poison?" Meliodas repeated.

Elizabeth exclaimed how the lilac drank the medicine to confirm whether it was really medicine or a poison, which it was.

"Arrigatou, Konomi." the blonde thanked the lilac who shook her head. "I didn't do anything worth mentioning." she said. "I'll go to Baste Dungeon."

"Wai-" Meliodas was interrupted by her disappearing.

Entering Baste Dungeon without any trouble, Konomi started looking for the Fox's Sin of Greed, Ban. "It's been noisy for a while. Did someone escape?"

"That someone is you." the lilac appeared in front of Ban, whose eyes lightened up. "Konomi-chan! Long time no see!"

Konomi smiled, she kind of missed Ban too.
