"I'm so sorry that I'm late, I was so busy at the hospital, I lost track of time, and by the time I'd come back home, I was rushing,"

Kim Taehee flashed an apologetic, awkward smile at the handsome young man seated in front of her, him returning the gesture, nothing judgemental to be seen.

"That's alright, I wasn't here for that long anyway. Ah, would you like a drink?" He asked, earning a nod from the medical student. "Does red wine sound good to you?"

"My favourite,"

"A red wine for the lady," He called, and as the waiters went off to bring in their next order, Kim Taehee finally had a good look at the blind date that Hanna had set her on.

His name was Jo Seunghyeol, a friend of Hanna's sister, and the girl hadn't been decieving her when she'd said he was cute.

He was adorable in a mature sort of way.

It was as though he had walked straight out of a K-drama, his black turtleneck had been concealed by a warm coat, his hair parted in the middle, eyes that were focused upon her and her only.

Taehee was impressed.

Hanna had really outdone herself.

"Hanna told me that you work in SK Group," The Kim girl raised her eyebrows. "Straight after your graduation. That's amazing,"

"Yeah, well, it was quite the shock," The Jo boy rubbed his neck, leaning back in his seat as the two thanked the waiters who'd brought them their alcoholic drinks. After taking a sip, he continued. "I'd just applied for curiosity, didn't think I'd actually get the job,"

"I mean you went to SNU," Taehee smiled. "I mean if I saw that then I'd hire you straight away,"

"I'm honoured, Miss Kim,"

The two chuckled, coversing alongsides each other through the night, and for the first time, Kim Taehee finally felt as though her love life was going better than expected.

...

"So, how was it?" Hanna wiggled her eyebrows. "Was Jo Seunghyeol the one for you?"

"He's really sweet, cute and I had the most loveliest of conversations with him," The corner of the girl's lips twitched upwards at the mere thought of her blind date. "We're going to meet up again next week,"

"Did you exchange numbers?"

"Yupp,"

All the while Park Jimin had been listening in on the conversation, slightly distracted from cutting up the vegetables which he and Taehyung had been tasked to do.

"You're jealous, aren't you?" The Park boy turned towards his friend who had a small smile playing upon his lips, and Jimin once again shuddered at how it was exactly like his sister's.

They're twins, you fool.

"No," He defended. "I'm not - why would I be... I'm just curiously listening,"

"Well, if you must know, I'd rather it be you than that Jo Seunghyeol guy,"

The blue-gray haired boy raised his eyebrows, rather shocked at the words uttered from his best friend's mouth.

"You still trust me after what happened in senior year?"

"In senior year we were idiots, jerks, complete assholes who didn't care. We've changed, Jimin. I'd like to think that you are better than what you were back then,"

Taehyung held his best friend's gaze.

"Prove it to my sister that you've changed, and guarantee that she'll be willing to try it again,"
