Soon, Ash returned to the elite suit.

"Hey Ash, so you finally achieve your dream, huh?" asked Steven.

"Not yet, but I will after I win this thing" said Ash with his signature grin, as he forwarded his hand for a handshake.

"No you don't. Did you forget who I am?" asked Steven with anger. "You offered me a handshake instead of a hug! I thought I was like your brother" said Steven in a fake hurt tone.

"Very funny" said Ash, as he hugged him.

"So, how is it going, huh?" asked Cynthia, as she too hugged him, making Serena jealous.

"I am gonna win" said Ash with his usual fist pump.

"Not on my watch" said Cynthia.

"Don't count us out," said Lance, as he, Alder and Diantha joined them.

Ash took seat next to Gary, as he talked to the champions.

"Ash..." started Serena, but was cut by Ash.

"Shut up. I am not here to hear your fake apologies" said Ash, leaving Serena in tears.

"Give him some time," said Gary to them as Ash talked to his elite four about the match.

After 15 rounds, it was the time for Alola's match.

"Kiawe, the opponent is a grass type specialist, so destroy them. Try not to reveal many pokemon" said Ash.

The battle was pretty short, as Kiawe finished the battle with just his Turtonator and Charizard.

"Woah, that was quick" said Brock.

"They are not playing around" said Clemont.

"Hau, your opponent is a poison type specialist, so he is gonna choose a poison field. Make some silly mistakes for the first two rounds, then use decidueye to finish them" said Ash.

Hau did as Ash had told him, and the result was that he had went through the opponent's team with just three pokemon.

"Guzma, do what you always do" said Ash.

"Don't worry dude, yo boy Guzma will defeat them" said Guzma.

As he had said, Guzma had defeated the opponent with just two pokemons, his Golisopod and scizor.

"That's all for today, folks. Return tomorrow to see the rest of the rounds" said Mr Goodshow.

Later, at around eight at night, the gang went to the forest to enjoy natural beauty.

"This forest is pretty scary" said Dawn

"Whose idea was it to come here at night" asked Serena.

"Pikachu, use eletroweb, Lucario, use aura sphere" said Ash.

"Whoa, What is happening?" asked Max.

"Hey, look, Ash is training," said Bonnie.

"Whoa, look how much power each of his moves have," said Brock.

"Lucario, let's do this. With the power bestowed upon me by Tapu Koko, through the power of Alola, we will win, we must win. Loss is not an option. This is the power of us. Corkscrew crash!" said Ash, as he did z-move poses.

Lucario's fist turned yellow, as he hit the ground. As dust cleared, the place where lucario had hit had formed a crater. 

"That was some power" said Cilan, as they returned to the pokemon center.
