The following lunchtime, after having some more raunchy fun with each other all morning, which also included Kimmy wearing her revealing bra and thong, she and Jake were sharing a shower before heading to the studio for filming. Not only were they filming Every Hospital Ever, and a Try Not To Laugh with Gus Johnson, but also today was also the day that they would come forward about their relationship to everyone in the cast, and Kimmy was a little nervous about it.

Kimmy: You think everyone will like us together?

Jake: It's hard to pick a person who wouldn't be - Courtney and Ian have had a bet about how long it would take, Shayne's already told me he likes the idea, and as for the others, well, they kinda know we've 'liked' each other for a while now so why wouldn't they approve?

Kimmy: You always know what to say to soothe my nerves, that's why I love you.

Jake: And I love you too...

They had a make out session in the shower before getting out, with Kimmy limping a little from their antics during the last 12 hours.

Jake: You okay?

Kimmy: Yeah, just a little sore from last night... and this morning...

They had a little laugh before going to make a coffee each and then heading to the studio, where Ian was the only one there.

Ian: Hey guys, coming together I see?!

Jake: Yeah, after we had a date last night, it kinda escalated to the point where I asked her out.

Kimmy: And obviously, I said yes! I mean, who wouldn't?

Courtney: Yeah, true...

The blonde had been listening in on their conversation from the corner of the room, going over the script for Every Hospital Ever.

Courtney: So, you guys are official?

Jake: Yeah we are, and to be honest, we couldn't be happier.

Courtney: Looks like neither of us won that bet then, Ian!

Ian: Damn it, I got closer though, saying 6 weeks.

Courtney: True. Anyway, I was going through the scenes for filming, and one caught my eye.

They all looked at the script - it involved Courtney, Olivia and Kimmy as nurses while they were checking out the new doctor, who would be Jake, who was treating a patient and over the other few clips, Olivia and Courtney would try to flirt with him unsuccessfully, while Kimmy would just be herself and instead of her flirting with him, he'd be flirting with her and end up together, making out at the reception area after work, with the girls acting jealous.

Kimmy: That is actually pretty good, not gonna lie. Plus I get to kiss my handsome hunk on camera...

Jake: Here comes the fanfiction shippers!

The group all shared a laugh while waiting for Shayne and Olivia to turn up, and then they headed to hair and make up, where the girls went first.

Olivia: So Kimmy, I hear you and Jake are a thing now!

Kimmy: Yeah, we just couldn't bottle our feelings up any more, and after the amazing date me and Jakey had last night, how could I resist saying yes?!

Courtney: Sounds like you've got yourself a keeper there...

Olivia: Yeah definitely, he's a real cutie and so funny as well!

Courtney: Who knows, when Gus comes on Try Not To Laugh again later, maybe Jake could be the one to break him - I've never met someone so funny in my life, except perhaps Shayne...

Kimmy: Ooh... could Shartney happen after all?

Olivia: Always been a lifelong shipper!

They then headed to costume where they got their nurse's outfits on, with Kimmy's being a little bit of a tight fit, and noticing Jake and Shayne were there too, in costume, going over the scene.

Shayne: So after you give me the diagnosis, we both see the girls eyeing you up. Liv goes first, then Court and Kim in seperate scenes - with Kim getting her way after Court and Liv run into you and Kim making out after their shift finishes.

Jake: Yep, looking forward to it.

As the cameras got set up, Kimmy could not stop staring at her man, and thinking what they would get up to if she was the doctor and Jake was the patient.

Olivia: Yoo hoo, earth to Kimmy!

Kimmy: Sorry, what?

Courtney: We were saying, we know you're okay with you kissing Jake on camera, but how about him kissing you?

Kimmy: He should be okay with it, I think...

Meanwhile, Jake and Shayne were now having a bro talk.

Shayne: So, you asked Kimmy out in the end?

Jake: Yep, I really do like her and she's the best thing to happen to me in a long time.

Shayne: And how about you kissing her on camera? That's gonna be a big moment...

Jake: I'll admit, I am a little nervous about that but I feel like it'll be okay, my trick is to basically just ignore the cameras until the guys say cut.

Shayne: And you know there will inevitably be speculation surrounding you two after today?

Jake: We're just taking it one step at a time with this, but I am prepared to see what happens in terms of being shipped.

Shayne: Don't be surprised if we end up having to do a fanfiction video involving you two in the near future!

The two shared a hearty laugh before taking up their positions for filming, with Jake getting his doctor's jacket back on as Shayne lied down on the bed, ready for the first take.

9 takes and 2 scenes later...

With the first 2 scenes in the books, including Courtney picturing Jake in the jacket and nothing else in the previous scene and also 'flashing' him too, it was now Kimmy's turn.

Director: And... action!

They were in the break room, Doctor Jake looking through a magazine while eating a salad, and Kimmy looking nervously at him from behind as she made a coffee.

Kimmy: Hey, doc, mind if I join you?

Jake: Yeah, sure, take a seat.

Kimmy bit her lip a little as she really got into character.

Kimmy: So, I know you're new here and all and it's only your 2nd week, but I've noticed you rushing around the department and everything... and I also think you're quite... cute.

Jake then spat out his drink in 'surprise'.

Jake: You think I'm cute? Wow, next thing I know, you'll be asking me out or something like that...

Kimmy: Actually, yeah I was going to, I was wondering if you'd wanna go to dinner sometime?

Jake's face then went from smiling with laughter to sheer shock.

Jake: Oh, you're serious?!

The scene then cut to the end of the shift, with Courtney and Olivia finishing up.

Courtney: So how did it go, Ellie?

Olivia: I tried seducing him in the E.R, but it didn't work. He obviously didn't see me the same way. How about you, Beth?

Courtney: Well, after I blacked out and just pictured him wearing the jacket and nothing else, I flashed him my tits to try it on but no luck.

Olivia: Wow, wonder how Katie got on.

They then turned the corner to see Kimmy and Jake making out against the wall for the camera, with them breaking apart as they saw the girls, who then fainted in shock.

Jake: Think they'll be okay?

They then carried on their make out session for a few more seconds before the cameras cut, with the final scene only going for 4 takes.

Director: And... cut! That's a wrap! Good work, guys, take a break for an hour! Still got a Try Not To Laugh later with Gus, so back at the studio for 4!

As everyone split, Jake and Kimmy headed back to the studio straight away, still in costume, without realising. Once they got back, they finally realised.

Jake: There must be some more clothes around here somewhere...

Kimmy: I have a good idea - we keep these for ourselves!

Jake: That's a good thought - but we still need other clothes though. Hang on...

He quickly shot Shayne a text as Jake knew he was still at the set.

Jake: Me and Kimmy left our clothes there, got nothing to change into for TNTL, can you help us out?

Shayne: You got it, you pair of complete nutcases. Back at the studio already?

Jake: Yeah, left with her and forgot what we were wearing at the time.

Shayne: No worries, will be there in a bit.

Jake: Problem solved, Shayne's coming up in a bit with our own clothes. So how do we keep ourselves entertained until then?

Kimmy then locked the door they were in and pushed Jake onto the sofa before joining him, sitting on his lap.

Kimmy: Oh, I can think of something...

She wasted no time planting a loving, romantic kiss on the lips and it quickly turned into a make out session between the two, with Kimmy taking control, as her hands slid up Jake's doctor's jacket, and then undid the buttons, one by one until he was topless.

Kimmy: You know, we should probably keep these for ourselves... and put them to some 'other' uses... especially since this outfit is real tight on me...

Jake: I'm sure costume won't mind if a couple go missing...

Kimmy: All I'd need to do is make a few little changes here and there, and add a few of my own 'special' features.

Jake: You saucy woman... you certainly know how to make things kinky don't you?

She then leaned in closely, her lips barely grazing his ear.

Kimmy: You haven't seen anything yet...

She undid the top two buttons on her nurse's outfit, revealing the tops of her boobs, but just as they were about to get down with it, there was a knock on the door.

Shayne: Jake? Kimmy? You in there?

Jake then mouthed to Kimmy to get whatever clothes they had on quickly before unlocking the door.

Jake: Hey Shayne, have you got our clothes?

Shayne: Right here. Can't stay long though, gotta go pick up Gus to try and make him laugh later!

Shayne then left, leaving the two lovebirds alone again to get dressed back into their clothes, staring at one another as they got dressed, and admiring their features, with Kimmy looking and staring at Jake's arms and his bare chest as he took off the jacket and white shirt and got changed into a black and blue striped shirt, and Jake admiring Kimmy's ass as she took off the outfit and saw she was only wearing blue panties.

Jake: Naughty...

Kimmy: Only for you...

A few minutes later, they were now fully dressed and heading to the TNTL set, where Courtney, Olivia, Damien and Noah were all waiting.

Jake: Hey guys, I am pumped for this. I guarantee me or Shayne will make Gus laugh - I have a trick up my sleeve. Let's just say it involves a long skirt, my best Tweety Pie impression, and one very special woman...

Noah: Special?

Damien: Kimmy?

Olivia: Oh, wake up and smell the roses you two!

Noah: About what?

Kimmy: Me and Jake, we're official now!

Damien: That's awesome guys! You two really have hit it off from the beginning!

Noah: I did suspect something from all the time you two spent together since Jake arrived, but it's amazing to see and hear it being made official!

Jake: Well, I'm glad you guys approve of it! And to celebrate, we're gonna try and make you all laugh!

As if on cue, Shayne and Gus arrived and the guys got ready for filming. Noah went first and Jake did his classic Minions impression, which Noah laughed at almost immediately, with everyone else also making him laugh. Next was Shayne, and after Olivia and Noah failed, Courtney flipped Shayne's Dumpster Wizard back on him, causing him to laugh. Then came Jake's turn, with big goofy glasses and an anime wig, introducing himself as Jake's twin brother, Douglas. It was enough to make Shayne laugh in the last few seconds, after holding it in for so long.

Shayne: Oh my god, that was hilarious...

Next was Kimmy and everyone made her laugh except Noah, as she just held it in with Jake doing his best impression of her, leaving her in hysterics. Jake was next, with everyone trying and failing to make him laugh, the closest being Shayne, as he, Damien and Gus came up with a new pizza place joke, and Kimmy who pretended to be a more sexy version of Hermione from Harry Potter, even going as far to flash him, which almost made him explode with laughter.

Jake: Holy crap, that pizza place cracked me up, and it nearly got me - but I kept the faith.

Kimmy: How did you survive that?!

Jake: I very nearly broke on your go as well, did not expect that!

After Courtney and Damien had their goes, last up was Gus, and after everyone had tried and failed to make him laugh, last up was Shayne and Jake. Shayne went first with yet another audio clip from his phone that didn't work. Then came Jake, and he and Kimmy stood there in front of Gus, with Jake going to lay on the floor, while looking up her skirt, doing his best impression of Tweety-Pie the bird. He then poked his head out from under her legs and cleared his throat, getting the voice ready.

Jake: I tought I saw a puddy tat!

They then swapped places, with Kimmy in between Jake's legs looking up, and when she got up, her head accidentally knocked his dick, and as Jake laughed and winced in pain, she then did the same thing, in a very similar voice.

Kimmy: I tought I saw a ditty dat!

That was enough for Gus to finally laugh at something, and the couple had finally broken him as he began laughing.

Kimmy & Jake: YESSS!!!

Everyone came out and hoisted Jake in the air in celebration, with Gus handing over the crown of Try Not To Laugh to Jake.

Gus: Well, you guys finally made me laugh!

Jake: Yep, I did... but at what cost? Ouch...

Shayne: ALL HAIL THE NEW KING OF TRY NOT TO LAUGH... JAKE EVANS!!!

As the cameras cut following the outro, Kimmy and Courtney got Jake some ice to help him recover.

Kimmy: As accidental as it may have been, that's what made him laugh!

Jake: I'm just glad we did it.

The two then kissed right in front of Courtney, who just rolled her eyes and smiled.

Kimmy: Jealous?

Courtney: Of what?

Jake: Us?

Courtney: No, no way!

The couple then smiled at one another before hugging Courtney and then heading home, with Kimmy spending yet another night at Jake's house. One thing was for sure... that nurse's outfit and doctor's jacket from earlier would definitely come in handy in the future...
