Hello, since Harley is my favorite character of the year, I made a third fan art.

I used Photoshop to make Harley, but for the logo I just took the logo and edited it in Powerpoint because sometimes they have pretty good effects.

I used these pictures to create the whole thing:

Combined them in Powerpoint and TA-DA!

Lol I suck at vectors but it's kind of like a drug now.
