Laffey was resigned and closed her eyes, just as she was about to feel something about to enter her, she heard an explosion and saw that all the Tentacles surrounding her had become burning tentacles. Laffey looked up and saw Nagato arriving with her Rigging active and several hatches open, indicating she had just fired Harpoons at the Tentacles.

Nagato : Laffey! are you okay?!

Several thuds were heard and the nine armor-piercing shells hit Morpho's face, but Morpho didn't look like It was in pain at all. Several Hellcats from Trafalgar arrived and made a strafing run, though half of them were shot down in the air and the others fell into the sea.

Nagato immediately slid away from there and met Washington who was breaking out in cold sweat.

Nagato: Washington! Come on!

Washington : A-Ah... yes!

Nagato and Washington immediately sailed away from Morpho as fast as they could, and the kinetic cannons of the mass production Ship Siren supporting their escape. Morpho seems to open It mouth and there is a particle cannon that is gathering energy by sucking oxygen and energy near It, including the energy from It escort ship.

The cannons from Siren changed their target and started shooting at the mouth of Morpho who was charging It particle cannon energy. Nagato who saw that locked onto the target, and fired two dozen Harpoons and a barrage of fire from her secondary cannon. All of Nagato's Harpoons hit their targets and made Morpho's shield flicker. And the Sirens instantly fired their barrage of blue corrosive missiles.

the missiles charged towards Morpho and seemed to be ripping apart It energy shield, but it was quite a waste since Morpho still had It escorts which instantly destroyed all of the Corrosive Siren missiles with their point defense weapons.

Washington : Damn it! how can we kill that creature?!

Nagato : Washington, could you try shooting again near the VLS section?

Washington: Huh? the VLS? you mean where he launched the rocket?

Nagato : Yes, I want to try something a little.

Nagato : Laffey, dear! where are you?!

Nagato saw Laffey being dragged by Morpho's black tentacle, and Nagato immediately materialized her Wakizashi and immediately slashed the tentacle at Laffey's feet. The tentacles were severed, but still alive and squirming. Nagato slashed at some of the other Tentacles and now she was equipped with a shotgun, shooting several of the tentacles with Incendiary bullets.

Nagato : let her go!

The tentacles increased and began to overwhelm Nagato, although the Shotgun with its Incendiary bullets was very effective against the tentacles, Nagato was still overwhelmed. The tentacles began to pull Laffey back, before finally a spear cut through the tentacles that grabbed Laffey, and the culprit was Javelin who arrived with Ciel.

Javelin now equipped with the energy spears she got from Siren, started slashing at the many Tentacles that were ganging up on her, while Ciel used her twin plasma cannons and fired hot plasma at the tentacles.

(In case you're curious, the Javelin Spear is basically a Covenant Energy Sword that's made just like a spear.)

Javelin : I will not let my best friend be taken by you!

Ciel : Miss Nagato! Are you okay?

Nagato smiled and stood up before finally removing both weapons. And now she's back to materializing her Two black claws.

Nagato : I'm fine, Ciel, can you take care of Laffey and Washington? Javelin and I will take care of this one.

Ciel : Understood! Be careful!

Ciel immediately carried Laffey to where Washington was still floating inexplicably.

Nagato looked at Javelin who readied her energy spear.

Nagato : Should we?

Javelin nodded and the two of them instantly charged towards the crowd of attacking tentacles in the hundreds.

Nagato grabbed a bunch of tentacles and tore them apart like paper, while Javelin slashed and thrust her energy Spear in various directions, cutting or killing many of the tentacles. Morpho, who had been silent for a while and watched with interest the battle of these two shipgirls.

Javelin : Haaahhh! (slashes the last Tentacle that attacks her.)

Javelin gasped for air as she looked around her which was full of tentacle carcasses that were starting to rot relatively quickly. Javelin felt nauseous and threw up her breakfast.

Nagato came beside Javelin and patted her on the shoulder with her hand which was still in the form of a claw.

Nagato : Dear, come on, the enemy is still attacking.

Javelin : o-okay!

The two of them saw the enormous Morpho moving towards them, and a huge wave ensued causing both of them to be nearly swept away. Morpho faced the sky and roared loudly. The circle with the strange symbol on its head became bigger and purple lightning started to fall down. The wind began to change direction and several hurricanes began to occur.

Nagato and Javelin looked up at the sky and heard a sound like breaking glass and saw the image of the Sakura Empire on fire. Dozens of dark green main battle tanks were moving through the streets, hundreds of Soldiers with Sakura nationality were shooting at each other with killing intent. But there was one thing that caught their attention.

A shipgirl who had very similar features to Nagato's, wore Miko's clothes which were torn here and there, had short hair and had a gold ornament on her head. While the enemy is a shipgirl also with brown hair tied in a low ponytail, has brown fox ears, has a brown fox tail and wears the typical clothes of an SSDF Paratrooper.

They could faintly hear the conversation between the two Shipgirls.

And uhh for those of you who really like Laffey, sorry if I almost got Laffey in uh.... harassed by the tentacles, I swear this is just for plot! It's not that I personally like the genre.... okay that's too much information.

And the battle between the Azur-Siren Alliance against Morpho was still ongoing and Dayum, Morpho still had a lot of cards up It sleeves. And of course, of course one of those cards is to force open the gate to another timeline as we saw above.

Mutsu and Amagi from another world trying to kill each other? well, that's a concept for my new story in the future, and well, that story will still be connected to this entire Leviathan Universe.
