Third Person's POV

We start in Knothole Village's waterwheel in the day "Here y'all go, Rotor" Bunnie said giving him a tool box "Thanks Bunnie" Rotor said "Welcome, Ah'm sure" Bunnie said and notices her frizzy ears and screams "Ah'm a walking disaster! Y'all wanna hurry up here, Rotor? All this dampness is frizzin' my ears" Bunnie said as Sally walks to them with a big wrench "This is the biggest wrench Brody had, Rotor" Sally said "You knoe, if we use a bigger gear -here- we could double the power output" Rotor said "I bet you're roght" Sally said taking out Nicole "Nicole, search data bank for entry 'water wheel' " Sally said "One entry qualifies, Sally" Nicole said showing a hologran of a rose confusing Sally "Wha? Nicole, a water wheel" Sally said "One entry qualifies" Nicole said showing a chili dog "Oh no. I was afraid of this" Sally said as Sonic and Brody run in "Somebody's got that old chili dog feeling again!" Brody said "No, Brody. Nicole is malfunctioning" Sally said "A chili dog is NO malfunction, Sally" Sonic said "Nicole, run diagnostic level 4B" Sally said "Running.... sub-microprocessor chip 16 has a fatal error" Nicole said "Is that bad?" Sonic asks making Sally growl exasperated.

*Later at Robotropolis' streets*

Brody peaks out from a manhole cpver and looks around "It's cool" Brody said as he, Sonic and Sally get out "Ready you two?" Sally asks "Ready and Steady" Sonic and Brody said "Let's do it to it!" The three said and Sonic and Brody run up to two swatbots guarding the entrance to the factory "Yo, heavy metal heads!" Sonic said "Wanna play tag? You're it!" Brody said and the two run away being chased by the swatbots "Now or never, Sally girl...." Sally said going inside.

*Inside the Factory*

Sally entered the factory and started to look around till she found a chip from the assembly line "Yes!" Sally said and gasps whenshe's confronted by a robot "Oh, Hi! I was just leaving..." Sally said and the robot sounds the alarm "I hate when they do that!" Sally said running away.

*Meanwhile Outside the Factory*

"Come on, Sally" Sonic said "Where is she?" Brody asked as swatbots arrive "Don't they ever get tired?" Brody asks  as the two run off and stop seeing hiver units going to the factory as Sally runs out. On the streets she finds a sign "Forbidden Zone?" Sally asks and gasps a swatbot approaches so she runs inside.

*At Robotnik's Headquarters*

Sally is seen on one of Dr. Robotnik's monitors "Send more Hover Units, Snively!" Robotnik said "Yes sir, Dr. Robotnik" Snively said "I want the Princess!" Robotnik said and a cloaked figure appeared infront of Sally and vaporizes the swatbot chasing her and then walks away "Who was that?" Robotnik asks "I really don't know, sir. I'll find out" Snively said. Later Sally finds Sonic and Brody "You okay Sally?" The duo asks "Yes. Let's get out of here" Sally said and the three left.

*Back At Knothole*

"What in Heaven's name do you suppose that cloaked thing was?" Bunnie asks "It was the Guardian" Sally said "Who's the Guardian?" Rotor asks "More like 'what'. According to legend, he watches over the resting place of Lazaar" Sally said "What's Lazaar?" Brody asks "Not what; who" Sally said "Who is what?" Sonic asks.

*Back at Robotnik's Headquarters*

"The evil wizard, Lazaar, has rested for centuries within the Forbidden Zone. Although many have attempted to recover his computer of magic spells, none have succeeded" Snively said "Hmmm. Go on" Robotnik said "According to legend, Lazaar awaits someone vile enough to awaken him" Snively said "Vile?" Robotnik asks "That would be you, sir" Snively said.

*Lake of Rings-Next Day*

"Forget it, Sonic and Brody; it's too risky!" Sally said "C'mon Sal! Lazaar's magic spells can really kick some Robuttnik tail!" Brody said "But you might wake Lazaar!" Sally said "Us? Faster than lightning, quieter than a mouse....we're there and back before you know we are even gone!" Sonic said "Will you two be serious for a minute?" Sally asks "Thirty seconds is our limit..." Brody and Sonic said "One day yyou two will learn that speed is no substitute for common sense" Sally said "Time's up!" Sonic said as he and Brody start running in place "Snooze, ya loose; gotta cruise!" Brody said "Be careful you two!" Sally said "It's magic time!" Sonic and Brody said running away and Sally sighs exasperated "Boys..." Sally said.

*Meanwhile at The Edge of the Forbidden Zone*

"I've found him, Doctor Robotnik" Snively said "Then where is he?" Rootnik asks "Well, he was right..." Snively said when the Guardian walks up to him "Why have you summoned me?" The Guardian asks "A little business proposition, my dear Guardian; one you might find rewarding" Robotnik said "I have no use for riches" the Guardian said turning to walk away "Well, another kind of deal then. I....I want the location of Lazaar's lair. Name your price" Robotnik said "You intend to harm my master?" The Guardian asks "Oh, you wound me, dear Guardian. I merely want to wake the grand wizard and honor his evilness. We have much in common" Robotnik said "Yes I can see that" the Guardian said and projects a holographic map "You mus enter the Forbidden Zone. Go alone; for only your metallic heart is evil enough to withstand the dangers. You have been warned" the Guardian said.

*Later Outside Lazaar's lair*

"Proceed" Robotnik said to a swatbog and it walks foward only to get crushed by a trap "Hmm" Robotnik said and went inside. At the same time, Sonic and Brody arrived at the lair "That is one ugly condo!" Brody daid "Juice and jam time!" Sonic said as the two run inside avoiding the trap.

The duo screeches to a halt when they find a tunnel slitting into three tunnels, each with its own obstacles "Whoa! Whoa! Here's another nice mess!" Sonic said "Which way? What's a hedgehog and wolf to do...Do we wanna get diced, charred or crushed?" Brody asks "Hmm.... this is a tough one" Sonic said when the two see the guardian behind them and he attacks "Huh? Hey, watch it!" Sonic said and the two run as they dodge his attacks "Man! This guy has an attitude!" Brody said and he and Sonic look at each other and nod "Triple-S time!" Sonic and Brody said spindashing knocking over the guardian and they spin through the rock making a path of their own.

*At Lazaar's Inner Sanctum*

"Since you won't be needing this anymore..." Robotnik said grabbing Lazaar's computer triggering an alarm "Sleep well, old boy" Robotnik said walking away. At the same time the duo stop when they reach a bridge with various objects swinging back and forth "Woah! Piece of cake" Sonic said as the two start jumping from object to oject till they reached the other side "Nice bridge" Brody said and the two kept running.

*Back at Knothole, Waterwheel*

"Cool. Now tightwn that screw, Bunnie" Rotor said "Sally, screwdriver please" Bunnie said and Sally gives her a hammer "My, my, I do declare Sally-girl; your mind is anywhere but--!" Bunnie said "Sorry. I'm worried about those two. If they wake Lazaar..." Sally said "Now don't worry yourself none. That cute pair are too quick and well syncronized for some sleepy old wizard" Bunnie said "I hope you're right, Bunnie" Sally said.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Headquarters*

"Activate it, Snively" Robotnik said "Yes, sir" Snively said activating it "Enter command or 'I' for spell index" Lazaar's computer said "The index, Snively; quickly" Robotnik said and Snively did "Amulets, banishments, bones, cages, curses..." Lazaar's computer listed "What a lovely variety.

*Back at Lazaar's Inner Sanctum*

Sonic and Brody arrived and started to look when Lazaar appeared having being awaken from Robotnik stealing the computer "Another thief it is! My computer they come to steal" Lazaar said "Who us? Nonononono; we just took a wrong turn, so We'll be crusing" Brody and Sonic said trying to walk away but Lazaar traps them in a magic bubble "Fast not so, little thieves!" Lazaar "Hey! Let us outta here!" Sonic and Brody said.

*Back at Robotnik's Headquarters*

"...ravens, rings, submission, slavery, teleports..." lazaar's computer said "Oh, that's it. Teleports. Exactly what I need" Robotnik said "Name target" Lazaar's computer said Sonic The Hedgehog or Brody The Wolf" Robotnik said "Both targets out of range. Name target" lazaar's Computer said "Princess Sally" Robotnik said "Comfirm target" Lazaar's computer said "Affirmatove" Robotnik said and Sally is teleported to Robotnik "What happened? Where...?" Sally asks confused "Take her!" Robotnik said "Robotnik!" Sally said and runs away "Stop her!" Robotnik said and Cluck flies to Sally bothering here "Gah! Get out of my face, Cluck!" Sally said and the swatbot restrains her "So nice of you to drop by, Princess" Robotnik said "How did you do this Robotni?" Sally asks "Oh, let's just say it's....magic" Robotnik said "You found Lazaar's computer, didn't you?" Sally asks "I cannot tell a lie, Princess. I did" Robotnik said and looks at a swatbot "Secure her. A princess needs her lady-in-waitng wouldn't you say, Snively?" Robotnik asks "Oh, yes sir. Absolutely" Snively said "Name target" Lazaar's computer said "Bunnie Rabbot" Robotnik said and Bunnie is teleported tochim "What the heck happened?" Bunnie asks "Bunnie, run! RUN!" Sally said and Bunnie smacks down the swatbot and tries to free Sally "Bunnie, just go. Go!" Sally said "You all should learn how to treat a lady!" Bunnie said "Stun her!" Robotnik said and a swatbot shoots Bunnie with a stun ray from a laser rifle "You are a miserable creep, Robotnik!" Sally said "Why thank you, Princess" Robotnik said.

*Back at Lazaar's Lair*

"Using the magic he is" Lazaar said "Who's using the magic?" Brody asks "I know not his name, but evil he is. Pure evil!" Lazaar said "Then it's Robotnik!" Sonic said "Evil I was once... but dreamed for centuries I did. Regret the evil, I do" Lazaar said "Cool. So let us outta here" Brody said "Release you two? Why?" Lazaar asks "So we can stop Robotnik. Like you said, he's totally evil. No telling what he'll do with your magic" Sonic said "Promise first, you two must" Lazaar said "Sure, anything. What?" Brody asks "Find my computer. Return it you two shall" Lazaar said "We promise. Now let us out" Sonic and Brody said and Lazaar presses a button on his belt freeing Sonic and Brody from the magic bubble "Yeah! Thanks" Sonic said "It's juice and jam time!" Brody said as the two start revving up but Lazaar presses a button belt causing the duo to stop "Man. Whadya do to us?" Sonic asks "Took your speed, little thieves" Lazaar said "That's uncool! Why'd ya do that?" Sonic asks "Evil I was; ignorant I wasn't. Return it when your promise you two keep" Lazaar said "No prob. But how do we get your computer without our speed?" Brody asks "Brains you two have; brains you must use" Lazaar said "Why does everything have to be so difficult?" Sonic asks as the two walk away.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Headquarters*

"Hmm. The submission spell sounds... so interesting, Snively" Robotnik said "Yes sir" Snively said and Bunnie gets hit by the submission spell "I await your orders, sir" Bunnie said in a monotone voice "Oh Bunnie..." Sally said. At the same time, Sonic and Brody made their way to Robotropolis hiding under hover cars to get faster. "Bring the Princess" Robotnik said and a swatbot starts dragging Sally "Bunnie. Listen to me. You have to fight the magic. Fight the magic!" Sally said "Enough!" Robotnik said shooting Sally with the submission spell "Hoe can I help you Dr. Robotnik?" Sally asks in a monotone tone.

"Way to use the ol' brain" Brody said as he and Sonic high five when they get teleported to Robotnik and they see Sally and Bunnie "Sal? Bunnie? What are you guys doing here?" Sonic asks "Ladies, if you please..." Robotnik said and Sally grabs Brody while Bunnie grabs Sonic "Well, hedgehog and wolf..." Robotnik said "Hey! What's going on?" Sonic and Brody asks "....I have you two at last" Robotnik said "What did you do to them, Robuttnik?" Sonic asks"You used the computer didn't you!" Brody said "Correct wolf. Thanks to it I made them obedient. Perhaps I should roboticize them. Starting with you two. Princess!" Robotnik said and Sally and Bunnie starts dragging the duo to the roboticizer "Sal, hold up. Don't do this!" Brody said "Sal, it's us your best friends, your best buds" Sonic said "Shut your mouth, hedgehog and wolf!" Sally said and Snively presses a button "Activating...dialing..." the roboticizer said when Brody and Sonic see Lazaar's computer so Brody elbows Bunnie causing her to let go of him and Sonic pushes Sally away "Sorry, Bunnie" Brody said "Sorry, Sally" Sonic said as the two run to the computer "Get them!" Robotnik said as the duo grab Lazaar's computer and a swatbot was about to fire but Robotnik grabs the laser rifle "You'll hit the crystal!" Robotnik said as the duo hide "This isn't good" Brody said "Security, intruders alert, main lab!" Robotnik said "Up to you two, little thieves" Lazaar said through the computer when Sally and Bunnie find them "Now, grils..." Sonic said as Brody presses a button on the computer undoing the spell "Sonic? Brody? What's going on?" Sally asks "What in the high heavens are you two doing here?" Bunnie asks "Tell ya later" Brody said and the four start running away "Past cool, Lazaar" Sonic and Brody whispered when they get stopped by two swatbots "Um, can Ah make a little ol' suggestion?" Bunnie asks "We're all ears, Bunnie" Brody said "Let's get the hip-hop outta here" Bunnie said trashing the swatbots and they all run away escaping "I despise that miserable hedgehog and that miserable wolf, Cluck. Despise them with all my metallic heart" Robotnik said.

*Outside Lazaar's Lair*

"Well you two did, little thieves" Lazaar said "Stay with us, Lazaar" Brody said "Join the Freedom Fighters" Sonic said "Here for Mobius it is bad. Guard it I must" Lazaar said "Can't you destroy it?" Sally asks "The girl has a point. If it's all so evil, why not just be rid of it?" Bunnie asks "Release alk the evil that would. A catastrophe it would be. Sonic and Brody, your speed I return" Lazaar said pressing a button on his belt and Sonic and Brody get their speed back "Luck to you both, Sonic and Brody" Lazaar said shaking hands with Sonic and Brody "And to you Lazaar" Sonic and Brody said as Lazaar and his lair disappear "We better juice" Sonic and Brody said "Music to my ears" Bunnie said.

*Later at Night-Knothole Waterwheel*

"Man, I'm glad you guys are back" Rotor said "So are we" Sally said "What happened?" Rotor asks "It's a long story, bud" Sonic said and Bunnie yawns "And it will keep 'til morning" Bunnie said "Well, this won't. Check out the water wheel" Rotor said and flips a switch and a light bulb turns on "That's what you guys been working on??" Sonic and Brody asks "Yes. Isn't it fantastic?" Sally asks as they all start to walk to the village and Sonic and Brody groan as this chapter comes to an end.
